Safety
lRead these instructions carefully and retain for future
reference.
lBefore using for the first time, remove all packaging
and any labels. Wash the parts: see ‘Cleaning’.
lDo not use the chopper with more than one
attachment in the bowl. Use only one attachment at a
time
lUnplug the appliance before fitting or removing parts
or cleaning
lMisuse of your attachments can result in injury
Refer to your main chopper instruction book for
additional safety warnings.
Cleaning
lAlways switch off and unplug before cleaning.
lSeparate the parts before cleaning.
lWash by hand, then dry thoroughly or wash in the
dishwasher.
lSome foods may discolour the plastic. This is perfectly
normal and will not harm the plastic or affect the
flavour of the food. Rub with a cloth dipped in
vegetable oil to remove the discolouration.

1 Place the rasping plate over
the drive shaft and turn
anti-clockwise to lock into
place.
2 Fit the fine grating attachment
into the bowl over the locating
pin.
3. Place food into the bowl and
fit the cover over the drive
shaft.
l Use fresh ingredients and cut
into even size pieces.
4 Place the lid onto the chopper
bowl.
5 Place the power unit onto the
lid

6 Connect to the power supply
and press down on the

1 Place the emulsifying disc over
the drive shaft and turn anti-
clockwise to lock into place.
2 Fit the emulsifying disc into
the bowl over the locating pin.
3 Place ingredients into the bowl
and place the lid onto the
chopper bowl.
4 Place the power unit onto the
lid.
5 Connect to the power supply
and press down on the
speed selector to select the
desired speed (Refer to the
recommended usage

1 Place the rubber cover over
the plastic plate. Secure into
place, by pushing the tabs on
the underside of the rubber
cover into the holes on the
plastic plate.
2 Fit the garlic peeling disc into
the bowl over the locating pin.
3 Place garlic cloves into the
bowl and place the lid onto
the chopper bowl.
4. Place the power unit onto the
lid.
5 Connect to the power supply
and press down on the
speed selector to select the
desired speed. (refer to the
recommended usage

Important
lDo not operate the food
chopper empty
lBeware of overprocessing
some ingredients. Stop
and check the consistency
frequently.
Care and Cleaning
lAlways switch off and unplug
before cleaning.
lRemove the attachment
from the drive shaft before
cleaning.
lWash the parts by hand, then
dry. Alternatively they can be
washed in your dishwasher.
Garlic Peeling Disc
Note: Separate the Rubber
cover from the plastic plate
before cleaning. Re-assemble
once thoroughly dry.
To separate the rubber cover
from the plastic plate, push the
rubber tabs upwards from the
underside of the plastic plate.
Mayonnaise
90ml Olive Oil
8g Dijon Mustard
1 Egg Yolk

1 Fit the Emulsifying disc and
add all the ingredients apart
from the oil. Process on speed
1 for 10 seconds.
2 Gradually add the oil through
the liquid dripper, whilst
processing on speed 1. Ensure
a constant flow of oil. Switch
off once all the oil has been
added.
Note: Some oil will remain in the
liquid dripper after use, this is
normal.
