The force10 secondsof 9.8Nis applied to
eachterminalinaxialdirection.
分别在每个插针的轴向施加9.8牛顿的静荷
重10秒.
先将声响器的插针浸入松香液5秒钟,然后
浸入+230±5℃熔融的锡槽中3±0.5秒.
Lead terminals areimmersed inrosin for5
secondsand then immersed insolderbath
of +230±5℃for3±0.5seconds.
Lead terminal areimmersed up to1.5mm from
sounder'sbody insolder bathof +300±5℃for 3±0.5
seconds or±260±5℃for10±1seconds,and then
sounder shall be measured afterbeing placed innatural
condition for4hours.
将声响器的插针插入(插至距声响器壳
体1.5mm处为止) +300±5℃的焊锡槽3±0.5

放置于温度+100±2℃的烘箱内96小时,然
后取出,在常温下放置4小时后,测试声响器
。
Afterbeingplaced in achamberwith+100 ±2℃for96
hoursandthenbeingplacedinnaturalcondition for4
hours,soundershallbemeasured.
Afterbeing placed inachamberwith -40 ±
2℃for96 hoursand then being placed in
naturalcondition for4hours, soundershall
be measured.
放置于温度-40±2℃的制冷箱内96小时,然
后取出,在常温下放置4小时后,测试声响器。
放置于90%~95% R.H.,温度+40±2℃的
环境试验箱内96小时,然后取出,在常温下
放置4小时后,测试声响器。
After being placed inachamber at -40±2℃for30
minutes, sounder shall be placed at room
temperature(+20℃).After 15 minutes at this
temperature,sounder shall be placed inachamber at
+100±2℃. After 30 minutes at thistemperature,
sounder shall be returned toroomtemperature(+20℃)
for 15 minutes.
After 5above cycles, sounder shall be measured
after being placed innatural condition for 4hours.
先放置于温度-40±2℃的制冷箱内30分钟,然后放
置于室温(+20℃)15分钟后, 放置于+100±2℃的烘箱
内30分钟,再放置于室温(+20℃)15分钟.
经过以上循环5次,在常温下放置4小时后,测试声响
器。

Incaseof using solderiron forsoldering, the top of soldering iron's
temperatureshouldbe kept less than +350 ℃.Moreoverthe soldering timeshould be
alsokept within3seconds.
在使用烙铁的情况下,应注意烙铁头的温度应该保持在+350℃以下,并且焊接时间
控制在3秒内.
Washing of the component is not acceptable. Becauseit is not sealded.
11.4 该声响器不适合洗涤,因为它不密封.
