Zulässiger Gebrauch
Der x-net Modulare Kunststoffverteiler besteht aus steck-
baren Einzelmodulen zum Einregulieren, Absperren und
Verteilen von Volumenströmen für Flächentemperierungs-
anlagen.
Jeder andere Gebrauch ist nicht bestimmungsgemäß und
daher unzulässig.
Der x-net Modulare Kunststoffverteiler ist nicht für die An-
wendung Trinkwasserverteilung geeignet.
Personalqualifikation
Lassen Sie die Montage und Reparaturen nur vom Fach-
handwerker ausführen, damit Ihre Gewährleistungsan-
sprüche nicht erlöschen.
Sicherheitshinweise
Ź Lesen Sie vor der Montage/Inbetriebnahme diese An-
leitung gründlich durch.
Ź Übergeben Sie nach der Montage die Anleitung dem
Endverbraucher.

Es wird eine optische Überprüfung des Modularen Kunst-
stoffverteilers einmal im Jahr empfohlen.
Entsorgung
Ź Führen Sie die Verpackung und nicht benötigte Teile
dem Recycling oder der ordnungsgemäßen Entsor-
gung zu. Beachten Sie dabei die örtlichen Vorschriften.

Einsatzbedingungen
Der x-net Modulare Kunststoffverteiler ist geeignet für
Flächenheizung und –kühlung, für Heizungswasser und
–zusätze gemäß VDI 2035. Er ist beständig gegen zuge-
lassene Frostschutzmittel mit einer max. Konzentration
von 30%.
Er darf nur in geschlossenen Heizungssystemen eingesetzt
werden.
Ź Lagern und Transportieren Sie die Einzelmodule nur in
Schutzverpackung.

Einzelmodule und Zubehör
Für den korrekten Zusammenbau eines
x-net Modularen Kunststoffverteilers (Vor- und Rücklauf-
stamm) sind folgende Einzelkomponenten zu verwenden:
• x-net Eingangsmodul (2x)
• x-net Zubehörmodul (2x)
• x-net Vorlaufmodul (Stückzahl entsprechend der
Anzahl der Heiz-/Kühlkreise)
• x-net Rücklaufmodul (Stückzahl entsprechend der
Anzahl der Heiz-/Kühlkreise)
• x-net Endmodul (2x)
• x-net Eurokonus Adapter M3/4, mit Sicherungsclip;
1 Beutel = 2 Stück (Stückzahl Beutel entsprechend
der Anzahl der Heiz-/Kühlkreise)
• x-net Wandhalterungsset (1 Set = 2 Wandhalter)
Montagehinweis:
Bei mehr als 8 Heiz-/Kühlkreisen sind zusätzlich notwen-
dig:

Montagehinweise
Der x-net Modulare Kunststoffverteiler darf nur von aus-
gebildetem Fachpersonal montiert werden. Vor der Mon-
tage ist diese Anleitung gründlich zu lesen.
Montage der Einzelmodule
Achtung!
Ź Prüfen Sie die Doppel-O-Ringe in den Einzelmodulen
auf Beschädigung, bevor Sie die Steckverbindungen
herstellen.
Ź Stellen Sie beim Zusammenbau der Einzelmodule si-
cher, dass die beiden seitlichen Flügelklappen kom-
plett eingerastet sind.
Falls notwendig, können die Einzelmodule ausgewechselt
werden. Dazu müssen die beiden seitlichen Einrastflügel
vorsichtig mit Schraubendrehern gehoben werden.
Montage x-net Eurokonus Adapter M3/4
Ź Entfernen Sie die gelben Verschlusskappen unten an
den x-net Vor- und Rücklaufmodulen.
Ź Stecken Sie den x-net Eurokonus Adapter M3/4 unten
an die Vor- bzw. Rücklaufmodule auf und sichern ihn
mit den mitgelieferten Kunststoffclip.

Ź Verwenden Sie für den Anschluss der
x-net Systemrohre an den Eurokonus Adapter M3/4
nur x-net Klemmringverschraubungen.
Ź Stellen Sie die Verbindung sicher, indem Sie eine Dich-
tigkeitsprüfung durchführen.
Dichtigkeitsprüfung
Achtung!
Vor Abschluss der Montagearbeiten ist stets eine Dichtig-
keitsprüfung (6 bar) gemäß DIN EN 1264-4 durchzufüh-
ren.
Einstellung der Durchflussmenge
Schauglas mit Skala (1)
Arretrierkappe (2)
Einstellbereich: 0-5 l/min
KVS-Wert: 2,04 m³/h
Ź Heben Sie die Arretierkappe (2) um einen Rastpunkt
an und verwenden Sie ihn als Einstellpunkt.
Ź Drehen Sie die Arretierkappe (2), um die erforderliche
Durchflussmenge einzustellen. Hierzu müssen alle
sonstigen Absperrorgane des jeweiligen Heizkreises
vollständig geöffnet sein. Im Schauglas (1) kann die
durchströmende Wassermenge in l/min abgelesen
werden.
Ź Überprüfen Sie die Einstellungen nach der Einregu-
lierung der gesamten Anlage nochmals. Drücken Sie
danach die Arretierkappe (2) nach unten (Einrasten),
um die Einstellung vor versehentlicher Veränderung
zu schützen.

Permissible use
The x-net modular plastic manifold consists of individual
plug-in modules for adjusting, shutting off and distribu-
ting volume flows for surface heating and cooling systems.
Any other use is contrary to the intended purpose and the-
refore not permissible.
The x-net modular plastic manifold is not suitable for ap-
plications involving drinking water distribution.
Qualification of staff
Only allow specialists to carry out installation and repair
work to prevent any warranty claims from being rendered
null and void.
Safety instructions
Ź Read these instructions carefully before installation/
start-up.
Ź After installation, hand the instructions to the end
user.

Conditions of use
The x-net modular plastic manifold is suitable for surface
heating and cooling, for heating water and heating ad-
ditives according to VDI 2035. It is resistant to approved
antifreeze agents with a max. concentration of 30 %.
It may only be used in closed heating systems.
Ź Only store and transport the individual modules in the
protective packaging.

assembly of an x-net modular plastic manifold (flow and
return stem):
• x-net input module (2)
• x-net accessory module (2)
• x-net flow module (quantity according to number of
heating/cooling circuits)
• x-net return module (quantity according to number of
heating/cooling circuits)
• x-net end module (2)
• x-net euro taper adapter M3/4, with retaining
clip, 1 bag = 2 units (quantity of bags according to
number of heating/cooling circuits)
• x-net wall mount set (1 set = 2 wall mounts)
Installation information:
The following is additionally required for more than 8 he-
ating/cooling circuits:

Installation information
Only trained qualified personnel are permitted to install
the x-net modular plastic manifold. Read these instruc-
tions thoroughly prior to installation.
Installing the individual modules
Note!
Ź Check the double O-rings in the individual modules for
damage before creating the push-in connections.
Ź When assembling the individual modules, ensure that
both lateral edge flaps are fully engaged.
If necessary, the individual modules can be changed. This
requires carefully lifting both locking flaps with screwdri-
vers.
Installing the x-net euro taper adapter M3/4
Ź Remove the yellow cover caps at the bottom of the
x-net flow and return modules.
Ź Connect the x-net euro taper adapter M3/4 at the bot-
tom of the flow/return modules and secure it with the
plastic clip provided.

Ź Only use x-net compression fittings for connecting the
x-net clamp ring screw connection to the euro taper
adapter M3/4.
Ź Ensure a secure connection by carrying out a leak test.
Leak test
Note!
Before completing the installation work, always carry out
a leak test (6 bar) according to EN 1264-4.
Adjusting the flow rate

Ź Lift the locking cap (2) by one notch and use it as a
setting point.
Ź Turn the locking cap (2) to set the required flow rate.
For this purpose, all other shut-off elements in the re-
spective heating circuit have to be completely open.
The amount of water flowing can be read in the sight
glass (1) in l/min.
Ź Check the settings again after the entire system has
been adjusted. Then press the locking cap (2) down
(engage) to prevent inadvertent changes to the set-
ting.

Utilisation conforme
Le répartiteur modulaire x-net en plastique se compose
de modules individuels enfichables pour le réglage, le blo-
cage et la répartition des débits volumétriques pour les
installations de mise en température de surface.
Toute autre utilisation n'est pas conforme à l'usage prévu
et est donc interdite.
Le répartiteur modulaire x-net en plastique n'est pas prévu
pour l'utilisation de répartiteur d'eau potable.
Qualification du personnel
Ne faire exécuter le montage et les réparations que par
un technicien spécialisé pour conserver ses droits à la ga-
rantie.
Consignes de sécurité

Maintenance et réparations
Seuls des composants d'origine doivent être utilisés lors

visuel du répartiteur modulaire en plastique.
Traitement des déchets
Ź Amener l'emballage et les pièces non nécessaires dans
un centre de recyclage ou un centre d'élimination
des déchets réglementaire. Respecter pour cela les
prescriptions locales.

Pour assembler correctement un
répartiteur modulaire x-net en plastique (branche de dé-
part et de retour), les composants individuels suivants
doivent être utilisés:
• Module d'entrée x-net (2x)
• Module d'accessoires x-net (2x)
• Module de départ x-net (le nombre de pièces dépend
du nombre de circuits de chauffage / refroidissement)
• Module de retour x-net (le nombre de pièces dépend
du nombre de circuits de chauffage / refroidissement)
• Module terminal x-net (2x)
• Adaptateur de cône Euro x-net M3/4, avec clip de
sécurité; 1 sachet = 2 pièces (le nombre de sachets
dépend du nombre de circuits de chauffage / refroi-
dissement)
• Kit de support mural x-net (1 kit = 2 supports mu-
raux)

Instructions de montage
Le répartiteur modulaire x-net en plastique doit unique-
ment être monté par une personne qualifiée et formée.
Avant le montage, lire attentivement la présente notice.
Montage des modules individuels
Attention!
Ź Vérifier l'absence de dommages sur les joints to-
riques doubles dans les modules individuels avant
d'effectuer les connexions.
Ź Lors de l'assemblage des modules individuels,
s'assurer que les deux volets latéraux sont entière-
ment enclenchés.
Si nécessaire, les modules individuels peuvent être rem-
placés. Pour cela, les deux ouvrants à enclenchement la-
téraux doivent être soulevés avec précaution à l'aide de
tournevis.
Montage de l'adaptateur du cône Euro x-net M3/4
Ź Retirer les capuchons jaunes situés sous les modules
de départ et de retour x-net.
Ź Insérer l'adaptateur du cône Euro x-net M3/4 sous le
module de départ ou de retour et le fixer avec le clip
en plastique fourni.

Ź Pour le raccordement des tuyaux de système
x-net sur l'adaptateur de cône Euro M3/4, uniquement
utiliser les raccords à compression x-net.
Ź S'assurer du bon raccordement en effectuant un con-
trôle d'étanchéité.
Contrôle d'étanchéité
Attention!
Avant de terminer les opérations de montage, un contrôle
d'étanchéité (6bars) doit toujours être effectué conformé-
ment à la norme DIN EN 1264-4.

Plage de réglage: 0–5l/min
Valeur KVS: 2,04m³/h
Ź Soulever d'un cran le capuchon d'arrêt (2) et l'utiliser
comme point de réglage.
Ź Pour régler le débit nécessaire, tourner le capuchon
d'arrêt (2). Tous les autres organes de verrouillage du
circuit de chauffage correspondant doivent pour cela
être ouverts entièrement. Le débit d'eau en circulation
exprimé en l/min peut être lu dans le verre-indicateur
(1).
Ź Revérifier les réglages après avoir réglé toute
l'installation. Pousser le capuchon d'arrêt (2) vers le
bas (enclenchement) pour protéger le réglage contre
toute modification involontaire.

Uso consentito
Il collettore modulare in plastica x-net è composto da
singoli moduli inseribili per la regolazione, il blocco e la
distribuzione delle portate volumetriche per impianti di
riscaldamento delle superfici.
Ogni altro uso non è considerato conforme alle disposizio-
ni ed è quindi non ammesso.
Il collettore modulare in plastica x-net non è idoneo
all'impiego per la distribuzione di acqua potabile.
Qualifica personale
Per non perdere la garanzia sul prodotto, far eseguire il
montaggio e le riparazioni solo da un installatore speci-
alizzato.
Indicazioni di sicurezza
Ź Leggere attentamente le istruzioni prima di procedere
al montaggio/alla messa in funzione.

Moduli singoli e accessori
Per il corretto montaggio di un collettore modulare in pla-
stica x-net (mandata e ritorno) devono essere utilizzati i
seguenti singoli moduli:
• modulo di ingresso x-net (2x)
• modulo accessori x-net (2x)
• modulo di mandata x-net (numero pezzi corris-
pondente al numero dei circuiti di riscaldamento/
raffreddamento)
• modulo di ritorno x-net (numero pezzi corrispondente
al numero dei circuiti di riscaldamento/raffredda-
mento)
• modulo terminale x-net (2x)
• adattatore eurocono x-net M3/4, con clip di fissaggio;
1 sacchetto = 2 pezzi (numero di pezzi sacchetto
corrispondente al numero dei circuiti di riscaldamen-
to/raffreddamento)
• set di fissaggio a parete x-net (1 set = 2 supporti a
parete)
Istruzioni di montaggio:
Nel caso di più di 8 circuiti di riscaldamento/raffreddamen-
to sono inoltre necessari:
• modulo supporto da parete x-net (2x)

Indicazioni di montaggio
Il collettore modulare in plastica x-net deve essere mon-
tato esclusivamente da personale qualificato. Leggere at-
tentamente le istruzioni prima di procedere al montaggio.
Montaggio dei moduli singoli
Attenzione!
Ź Prima di effettuare i collegamenti, controllare che gli
o-ring doppi nei moduli singoli non presentino danni.
Ź Durante l'assemblaggio dei moduli singoli, accertarsi
che le linguette laterali siano completamente scattate.
Se necessario, è possibile sostituire i singoli moduli. A tale
scopo è necessario sollevare con attenzione le due alette a
scatto laterali, utilizzando un cacciavite.
Montaggio dell'adattatore Eurocono x-net M3/4
Ź Rimuovere il coperchio di chiusura giallo in basso sui
moduli di mandata e ritorno x-net.
Ź Inserire l'adattatore Eurocono x-net M3/4 in basso sui
moduli di mandata e ritorno e fissarlo con la clip in
plastica in dotazione.

Ź Per il collegamento dei tubi di sistema x-net
sull'adattatore Eurocono M 3/4 utilizzare solo i raccor-
di di serraggio x-net.
Ź Fissare il collegamento eseguendo una prova di tenu-
ta.
Prova di tenuta
Attenzione!
Prima della fine dei lavori di montaggio deve sempre es-
sere eseguita una prova di tenuta (6 bar) secondo DIN EN
1264-4.

Ź Sollevare il tappo di arresto (2) di uno scatto e utiliz-
zarlo come punto di regolazione.
Ź Girare il tappo di arresto (2) per regolare la portata
dell'acqua sul valore prescritto. Per questa operazio-

Přípustné použití
Modulární plastový rozdělovač x-net je tvořen jednotlivý-
mi zásuvnými moduly pro regulaci, uzavírání a rozdělování
objemových toků pro plošná temperovací zařízení.
Jakékoli jiné použití je v rozporu s určeným účelem
spotřebiče, a je proto nepřípustné.
Modulární plastový rozdělovač x-net není vhodný pro
použití při rozvodech pitné vody.

Podmínky používání
Modulární plastový rozdělovač x-net je vhodný pro plošné
vytápění a chlyzení, pro topnou vodu a přísady do ní po-
dle VDI 2035. Je odolný vůči schváleným protimrazovým
přísadám s maximální koncentrací 30 %.
Smí se používat pouze vuzavřených otopných systémech.
Ź Jednotlivé moduly přepravujte a skladujte pouze
vochranném obalu.

modulárního plastového rozdělovače x-net (větev přívodu
a zpátečky) je třeba použít následující jednotlivé kompo-
nenty:
• x-net vstupní modul (2x)
• x-net modul příslušenství (2x)
• x-net modul přívodu (počet kusů podle počtu
topných/chladicích okruhů)
• x-net modul zpátečky (počet kusů podle počtu

Pokyny kmontáži
Modulární plastový rozdělovač x-net smí montovat a
obsluhovat pouze kvalifikovaný personál. Před montáží je
třeba si pečlivě přečíst tento návod.
Montáž jednotlivých modulů
Pozor!
Ź Před zapojením zástrčkových spojení zkontrolujte dvo-
jité O-kroužky v jednotlivých modulech, zda nejsou
poškozené.
Ź Při sestavování jednotlivých modulů se ujistěte, že obě
boční klapky úplně zaskočily.
V případě nutnosti lze jednotlivé moduly vyměnit. Při
tom se musí opatrně šroubováky nadzvednout obě boční
aretační klapky.
Montáž adaptéru eurokonusu x-net M3/4
Ź Sejměte žluté uzavírací krytky na spodní části modulů
x-net pro přívod a zpátečku.
Ź Připojte adaptér eurokonusu x-net M3/4 ke spodní
části modulů přívodu, resp. zpátečky a zajistěte jej
přiloženou plastovou úchytkou.

Ź Pro připojení
systémových trubek x-net k adaptéru eurokonusu
M3/4 používejte pouze šroubení se svěrným kroužkem
x-net.
Ź Zajistěte spoj provedením zkoušky těsnosti.
Zkouška těsnosti
Pozor!
Před ukončením montážních prací je vždy třeba provést
zkoušku těsnosti (6 bar) podle DIN EN 1264-4.

Rozsah nastavení: 0-5 l/min
Hodnota KVS: 2,04 m³/h
Ź Nadzvedněte aretační krytku (2) ojeden aretační bod
a použijte ji jako nastavovací bod.
Ź Otáčením aretační krytky (2) se nastavuje potřebné
průtočné množství. Ostatní uzavírací mechanismy
příslušného topného okruhu při tom musí být zcela
otevřeny. Vprůzoru (1) lze odečíst množství protékající
vody vl/min.
Ź Po seřízení celé soustavy nastavení znovu zkontro-
lujte. Poté zatlačte aretační krytku (2) směrem dolů
(zaskočí), tím je provedené nastavení chráněno před
neúmyslnou změnou.

Mod de utilizare admis
Distribuitorul modular din material plastic x-net este
alcătuit din module individuale conectabile pentru ajusta-
rea, închiderea şi distribuirea debitelor volumetrice pentru
instalaţiile de reglare a temperaturii suprafeţelor.
Orice altă utilizare nu este conformă cu destinaţia, fiind
astfel inadmisibilă.
Distribuitorul din material plastic x-net nu este destinat
utilizării pentru distribuirea de apă potabilă.
Calificarea personalului
Dispuneţi realizarea lucrărilor de montaj şi de reparaţii ex-
clusiv de către un instalator specialist pentru a nu pierde
dreptul la garanţie.
Indicaţii privind siguranţa
Ź Citiţi cu atenţie prezentele instrucţiuni anterior monta-
jului/punerii în funcţiune.

Ź Depuneţi ambalajul şi elementele de care nu aveţi
nevoie la un punct de reciclare sau de colectare a
deşeurilor. În acest sens, respectaţi prescripţiile locale.
RO – Instrucţiuni de montaj
Condiţii de utilizare
Distribuitorul modular din material plastic x-net este
adecvat pentru încălzirea şi răcirea suprafeţelor, pentru
apa de încălzire şi aditivi pentru apă caldă conform VDI
2035. Acesta este rezistent la agenţi de protecţie împo-
triva îngheţului admişi în concentraţie maximă de 30%.
Este permisă utilizarea distribuitorului exclusiv în sisteme
de încălzire închise.
Ź Depozitaţi şi transportaţi modulele individuale numai
în ambalajul de protecţie.

Modul individual şi accesorii
Pentru asamblarea corectă a unui
distribuitor modular din material plastic x-net (tur şi retur)
trebuie utilizate următoarele componente individuale:
• modul de intrare x-net (2x)
• modul accesorii x-net (2x)
• modul de tur x-net (numărul de bucăţi corespunde
numărului de circuite de încălzire/răcire)
• modul de retur x-net (numărul de bucăţi corespunde
numărului de circuite de încălzire/răcire)
• modul de capăt x-net (2x)
• adaptor Eurocon x-net M3/4, cu clips de siguranţă;
1 pungă = 2 bucăţi (numărul de bucăţi per pungă
corespunde numărului de circuite de încălzire/răcire)
• set suport de perete x-net (1 set = 2 suporturi de
perete)
Indicaţie privind montajul:
În cazul în care există mai mult de 8 circuite de încălzire/
răcire, sunt necesare în mod suplimentar:

Indicaţii privind montajul
Este permisă montarea distribuitorului modular din mate-
rial plastic x-net exclusiv de către personal de specialitate
instruit. Citiţi cu atenţie prezentele instrucţiuni anterior
montajului.
Montarea modulului individual
Atenţie!
Ź Verificaţi garniturile inelare duble din modulele indi-
viduale în privinţa deteriorărilor, înainte de a realiza
contactele cu fişe.
Ź La asamblarea modulelor individuale, asiguraţi-vă că
ambele clapete mobile laterale sunt complet blocate.
În caz de necesitate, modulele individuale pot fi înlocuite.
În acest sens, ambele aripi laterale de blocare trebuie să
fie ridicate cu atenţie cu ajutorul unei şurubelniţe.
Montarea adaptorului Eurocon x-net M3/4
Ź Îndepărtaţi capacele de închidere de culoare galbenă
de sub modulele de tur şi retur x-net.
Ź Introduceţi adaptorul Eurocon x-net M3/4 sub modu-
lele de tur, respectiv retur şi asiguraţi-l cu clipsul din
material plastic furnizat.

Ź Pentru racordarea sistemelor de ţevi
x-net la adaptorul Eurocon M3/4 utilizaţi exclusiv fi-
tinguri cu inel de strângere x-net.
Ź Asiguraţi îmbinarea, efectuând în acelaşi timp o veri-
ficare a etanşeităţii.
Verificarea etanşeităţii
Atenţie!
Înaintea finalizării lucrărilor de montare trebuie efectuată
în permanenţă o verificare a etanşeităţii (6 bar) conform
DIN EN 1264-4.
Reglarea debitului

Interval de reglare: 0-5 l/min
Valoare KVS: 2,04 m³/h
Ź Suspendaţi capacul de blocare (2) de un suport şi
utilizaţi-l ca punct de reglare.
Ź Rotiţi capacul de blocare (2) pentru a regla rata
necesară a debitului. În acest sens, toate elementele
de blocare ale circuitului de încălzire respectiv trebuie
să fie deschise complet. La geamul de control (1) poa-
te fi citită rata debitului, exprimată în l/min.
Ź Verificaţi din nou setările după reglarea instalaţiei în
ansamblu. După aceea, apăsaţi capacul de blocare (2)
în jos (până când se blochează), pentru a evita o mo-
dificare accidentală a setărilor.
