USING YOUR ELECTRONICS.
This treadmill features aunique electronics
package that allows you a choice of 4different
modes of operation, MANUAL MODE, FAT
BURN, CARDIO, PLATEAU. When operating
in each of these modes, the monitor will display
4 functions, INTERVAL TIME, WORKOUT
TIME, INCLINE, CALORIES, DISTANCE AND
MILES PER HOUR.-
MANUAL MODE OPERATION
1. Attach the Safety Key to the Console then,
Press the POWER BUTTON to automatically
set the electronics into the Manual Mode of
operation. The time window will flash 00:00. 2.
Press the STARTtSTOP BUTTON, the
time window will count down 4 seconds and the
walking belt wilt begin moving at preset factory
settings. Once the walking belt is moving the
time window will begin to count up from 00:00
minutes.
3. At this point you may change the speed of
the treadmill by simply pressing the SPEED+/-
BUTTON to new desired speed. The changed
speed will be displayed in the MPH window.
Also you may change the elevation of the
treadmill by simply .pressing the INCLINE +i-
BUTTON to new desired elevation. The
changed elevation will be displayed in the IN-
CLINE window.
4. TO END YOUR WORKOUT, you have 2
choices.
a, Press the PAUSE BUTTON and the
treadmill will gradually decrease the speed of
the walking belt to 0.0 mph. To restart the
walking belt press the PAUSE BUTTON, the
walking belt will gradually increase in speed to
the setting it was operating before the pause
button was pressed. When in pause mode the
treadmill will automatically power down if no
button is pressed within a 5 minute time pedod,
b. Press the STARTISTOP BUTTON and
the treadmill wilt gradually decrease the speed
of the walking belt to 0.0 mph. Press the
POWER BUTTON to turn off power to the
treadmill.
PROGRAMING TIME, SPEED AND INCLINE
IN MANUAL MODE.
When in Manual Mode Time, Speed, and Ele-
vation may be programmed by the user prior to
initiating belt movement to better suite your
desires.
1. Attach the Safety Key to the Console then,
TO PROGRAM TIME, press the POWER BUT-
TON the time window will flash 00.00 indicating
total work out time is ready to program. Next
press the SPEED/TIME+I-BUTTONS to adjust
the adjust the total workout time. For example
if you set the total workout time to be 30:00
minutes the electronic computer will automati-
cally divide the total workout time into 10 inter-
vals equaling 3 minutes each. Next press the
ENTER BUTTON to save this change.
2. TO PROGRAM SPEED, the speed window
will be flashing indicating work out speed is
ready to program. Next press the SPEEDI
TIME +/- BUTTONS to adjust workout speed.
Next press the ENTER BUTTON to save this
change.
