Riding a Mini Bike without protecve gear, clothing, shoes, or a
helmet may result in serious injury or death. Always wear
protecve gear, clothing, and helmet when riding the Mini Bike.
Ensure protecve gear does not interfere with steering,
or braking.
• Colors that are easily seen and, if possible, reecve clothing.
• Clothing appropriate for the weather condions.
• Always wear shoes
• Use of protecve gear such as pads for the knees and elbows is
highly recommended for children.
• A properly ed, ASTM or SNELL approved, helmet shall be worn
at all mes by riders of the Mini Bike. For informaon regarding
how to properly t a helmet visit:
• Loose clothing parts, strings, or jewelry that may become
entangled with moving parts on the Mini Bike or interfere with
handling of the Mini Bike.

Helmet Use
Many states have passed helmet laws regarding
children. Make sure you know your states helmet laws. It is your job
to enforce these rules with your children. Even if your state does
not have a children’s helmet law, it is recommended that everyone
wear a helmet.
It is strongly advised that a properly ng, ASTM or SNELL
approved, helmet be worn at all mes when riding your Mini Bike.

NO USE ON PUBLIC ROADS
• Parents and/or adults must never permit children to riding on
public roads or streets.
• This minibike is intended only for use in safe, protected areas
away from trac.
• Think about it. A minibike is ny, hard to see, operated by a
child, and would be completely unexpected by a motorist.
• Do not let a tragedy happen: never let a child ride this minibike
on public roads or streets.
A MINI BIKE CANNOT PROTECT A CHILD,
AND RISK IS INHERENT
• Parents and/or adults must understand and accept that riding
a minibike is inherently risky.
• Good choices regarding where and when to ride, constant
supervision of riding, use of safety equipment, pracce and
careful riding by the child can all help minimize risk. But
nothing will completely eliminate the inherent risk of riding a
minibike.
• A minibike has no restraint system for the child’s body and no
protecve structure around the child’s body.
• If inherent risk of serious injury or death to a child is not
acceptable, the parent should not allow the child to ride
a minibike.
• RECOMMENDED RIDER AGE: 8+ years old. A child younger than
8 years old is not permied to ride the mini bike. The child's
feet must reach the ground when the mini bike is turned o
and at rest. The child must be able to comfortably reach the
handlebars and have hands large enough to use the brake
lever and throle. RIDER WEIGHT LIMIT: 150 pounds (68 kg)
KEEP THIS PRODUCT AWAY FROM SMALL
• Store away from small children. Do not allow small children to
play on or around this minibike. The kickstand is intended for
use by an adult or 8+ year old rider to park the bike. The kick
stand does not turn the minibike into a staonary toy for
younger children. Younger children might p over the minibike
and be injured.
• Do not let a tragedy happen: never let a child ride this minibike
on public roads or streets.

RIDING PRACTICES, RIDING CONDITIONS
• NEVER ALLOW CHILDREN TO RIDE ON PUBLIC ROADS OR STREETS.
This minibike is not intended for use on public roads or streets.
• DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO RIDE AT NIGHT, IN CONDITIONS OF
LOW VISIBILITY, RAIN OR SNOW.
• No lights or reectors are on the mini bike.
• NEVER ALLOW MORE THAN ONE CHILD TO RIDE THE MINIBIKE. No
passengers.
• INSTRUCT CHILD IN USE OF BRAKES AND THROTTLE. See page 20
of this manual.
• CHILD MUST NEVER RIDE WITHOUT HELMET AND OTHER SAFETY
EQUIPMENT. See page 3 of this manual.
• MAXIMUM SPEED CAN BE SET BY PARENT AND/ OR SUPERVISING
ADULT. See page 19 of this manual. Do not show children how to
do this. Use good judgment in seng maximum speed as the child
gains riding experience and to suit the riding condions.
• Do not allow children under 13 years old to ride the mini bike in the
higher speed seng
• INSTRUCT CHILD TO ALWAYS RIDE WITH BOTH HANDS ON THE
HANDLEBAR GRIPS AND BOTH FEET ON THE FOOT PEGS.
• PARENTS, SUPERVISORS MUST EVALUATE THE RIDING AREA AND
SET LIMITS FOR THE CHILD. PARENTS MUST SET UP PHYSICAL
BARRIERS, SUCH AS GATES AND FENCES, TO KEEP CHILDREN AWAY
FROM HAZARDOUS AREAS. One obvious example is a barrier near
the end of a driveway, where the driveway meets a road.
• PARENTS, SUPERVISORS MUST KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM
HAZARDS SUCH AS STAIRS, STEEP HILLS, DROP OFFS, PONDS,
LAKES, RIVERS, LARGE PUDDLES, STREAMS, SWIMMING POOLS,
ICE, SNOW. No list of hazards can be complete and parents,
supervisors must use good judgment on behalf of children.
• PARENTS, SUPERVISORS MUST TEACH, COACH CHILDREN ABOUT
THINKING AHEAD WHILE RIDING. Riding this minibike may be the
rst me a child has ever controlled a powered vehicle. As you
supervise, be the child’s eyes and verbally teach, coach about
braking, steering, throle, avoiding obstacles in the approved
riding area.
• THIS MINIBIKE IS INTENDED ONLY FOR USE ON: Level surfaces such
as pavement, dry ground or mowed lawn.
• THIS MINIBIKE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE ON:
Bumpy, uneven or loose surfaces. Sandy or gravel covered
surfaces. Wet, slick, muddy surfaces. Icy or ground that could hide
obstacles. No list of hazards can be complete and parents,
supervisors must use good judgement on behalf of children.
• THIS MINIBIKE IS NOT INTENDED: To allow a child to follow a parent
older friend or sibling on This minibike is a toy for a riding in a
protected area.
• THIS MINIBIKE IS NOT INTENDED: For any kind of jumping, stunt
riding, trick riding, racing, curb grinding or other more risky use.
Never allow children to set up jumps. This minibike is a toy for
riding in a protected area.

GENERAL WARNINGS
PARENTS AND SUPERVISING ADULTS MUST INSTRUCT CHILDREN:

manual and instructs any rider in the proper use of the
controls. The rider MUST be able to understand and operate all
controls of the Mini Bike according to the instrucons.
• NEVER modify or alter the Mini Bike in any way.
• NEVER allow more than one rider.
• NEVER hitch (aach) on to another vehicle and never pull
anyone or anything.
• Keep ngers and other body parts away from all moving
components.
• DO NOT touch the motor or brakes on the Mini Bike when in
use or directly aer use as these parts can become extremely
hot.
• DO NOT ride indoors or on surfaces that could be damaged
• DO NOT acvate the twist grip throle on the hand grip unless
the rider is seated and in a safe outdoor enviroment that is
suitable for riding.
• Mini BIkes are not designed for racing, stunt riding or other
maneuvers which may cause loss of control, or may cause
uncontrolled rider acons or reacons
• Using your Mini Bike safely depends upon riders diligence in
following the warnings, cauons, and instrucons in this
owner’s manual. Using the Mini Bike safely also depends upon a
rider’s good judgment and/or common sense, as well as that of
supervising adults, caregivers, and/or healthcare professionals.
Pacic Cycle is not responsible for injuries and/or damage
resulng from any person’s failure to follow the warnings,
cauons, and instrucons in this owner’s manual.
• Persons with the following condions shall be cauoned not to
operate: Those with heart condions, pregnant women,
persons with head, back, or neck ailments, or prior surgeries to
those areas of the body. Persons with any mental or physical
condions that may make them suscepble to injury or impair
their physical dexterity or mental capabilies to recognize,
understand, and perform all of the safety instrucons and to be
able to assume the hazards inherent in the use of the Mini Bike.

GENERAL WARNINGS
PARENTS AND SUPERVISING ADULTS MUST INSTRUCT CHILDREN:
WARNING!
• Do not leave a child unaended while using this toy or allow use of
this toy in any locaon that requires braking capability, as this could
result in a roll away or loss of control, which may cause serious
injury or death.
• Using the vehicle near streets, motor vehicles, drop-os such as:
steps, water (swimming pools) or other bodies of water, sloped
surfaces, hills, wet areas, ammable vapors, in alleys, at night or
in the dark could result in an unexpected accident. Always use
the vehicle in a safe, secure environment with connuous
adult supervision.
• Using the vehicle in unsafe condions such as snow, rain, loose dirt,
mud, sand or ne gravel may result in unexpected acon
such as p over and skidding, and damage to the electrical system
and baery.
• Using the vehicle in an unsafe manner. Examples include but are not
limited to:
Pulling the vehicle with another vehicle or similar device
Allowing more than one rider
Pushing the user from the back
Traveling at an unsafe speed
Always use common sense and safe pracces when using the vehicle
This product contains or emits chemicals known to the state of
California to cause cancer or birth defects or other reproducve harm.
The owner’s manual contains assembly, use and maintenance
instrucons. The vehicle must be assembled by an adult who has read
and understands the instrucons in this manual. Keep the packaging
away from children and dispose of all packaging before use. For
best performance use on at, hard surfaces.
The following safety hazards may result in serious injury or death to
the user of the vehicle:
• This product contains small parts that are for adult assembly only.
Keep small children away when assembling. Remove and dispose of
all protecve material and poly bags before assembly. Be sure to
remove all packaging materials and parts from underneath the
vehicle body.
• Baery posts, terminals and related accessories contain lead and
lead compounds (acids) chemicals known to the state of California
to cause cancer, reproducve harm, and are toxic and corrosive.
Never open the baery.
• Body parts such as hands, legs, hair and clothing can get caught in
moving parts. Never place a body part near a moving part or wear
loose clothing while using the vehicle. Always wear shoes when
using the vehicle.

BATTERIES & CHARGER
POTENTIAL SAFETY RISKS WITH IMPROPER HANDLING OR USE:
WARNING!
• Use only the baery and charger supplied with the Mini
Bike. Do not install other baeries or aempt to charge
the baeries with any other charger. Using other
baeries or chargers may injure the rider or cause a
serious re or explosion.
• Do not use an extension cord when charging the
Mini Bike
• Do not use the baeries supplied with the Mini Bike for
any other product or purpose, as this may also result in a
re or explosion. Never use the supplied rechargeable
baeries or charger on another product.
• Explosive gases are created during charging. Charge the
baery in a well venlated area. Do not charge the
baery near heat or ammable materials.
• Contact between the posive and negave terminals
may result in re or explosion. Avoid direct contact
between the terminals. Picking up the baery by the
wires or charger can cause damage to the baery and
may result in re. Always pick up the baery by its cause
or handles.
• Liquids on the baery may cause re or electric shock.
Always keep all liquids away from the baery and keep
the baery dry.
• Contact or exposure to baery leakage (lead acid) may
cause serious injury. If contact or exposure occurs
immediately call your physician. If the chemicals on the
skin or in the eyes, ush with cool water for 15 minutes. If
the chemical was swallowed, immediately give the
person water or milk. Do not give water or milk if the
paent is voming or has a decreased level of alertness.
Do not induce voming.
• Baery posts, terminals and related accessories contain

• Tampering or modifying the electric circuit system may
cause a shock, re or explosion and permanently damage
the system. Exposed wiring, circuitry in the charger may
cause electric shock. Always keep the charger housing
closed.
• When Mini Bike is not in regular use, baeries need to be
charged on a monthly basis to maximize performance.

Because products, like the Electric Motorbike, can and do
present potenal hazards plainly associated with their use,
it is well recognized THE NEED FOR EXERCISE OF PARENTAL
RESPONSIBILITY IN SELECTING RIDING PRODUCTS APPROPRIATE
TO THE AGE OF A CHILD, OR PARENTAL SUPERVISION IN
SITUATIONS IN WHICH CHILDREN OF VARIOUS AGES MAY HAVE
ACCESS TO THE SAME RIDING PRODUCTS, IS IMPORTANT. Not
every product is appropriate for every age or size of child, and
dierent age recommendaons are found within this category of
product which are intended to reect the nature of the hazards
and the expected mental or physical ability, or both, of a child to
cope with the hazards.
Before using the vehicle the child should understand the vehicle
controls and safety issues. They must also demonstrate the
capability to handle the vehicle and operate its controls. It is the
responsibility of the adult to educate the child and supervise
the vehicles use. Read the following safety warnings to any child
using the vehicle before riding.
• Never leave child unaended. Always supervise the child.
• Keep your hands, hair and clothes away from moving parts.
• Always wear shoes when using the vehicle.
• Only one rider is allowed on the vehicle at a me

other features required to operate on public roads.
• The use of a helmet is strongly recommended.
• Do not take this vehicle o of an jumps, ledges, ramps, or
other obstacles.

Any changes or modicaons to this unit not expressly approved
by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's
authority to operate the equipment.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply
with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of
the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable
protecon against harmful interference in a residenal
installaon. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate
radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instrucons, may cause harmful
interference to radio communicaons. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a parcular
installaon. If this equipment does cause harmful interference
to radio or television recepon, which can be determined by
turning the equipment o and on, the user is encouraged to
try to correct the interference by one or more of the
following measures:
• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separaon between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit dierent
from that to which the receiver is connected.

Do not charge the unit for more than 14 hours, and do not leave
the unit plugged into the charger aer charging is complete.

• Check the baery and charger (supply cord, connector) for wear
and damage before charging. Do not charge the baery if
damage has occurred.
• On average you will need to charge the baery between 8 and 10
hours. Do not charge the baery for more than 14 hours. Failure
to charge the baery as directed could cause permanent damage
to the baery and void the warranty.
• Only an adult who has read and understands the safety warnings
should handle, charge and recharge the baery.
• Do not use an extension cord for charging.

• Familiarize yourself with all the Mini Bike’s features before riding.
Pracce steering and braking.
• Only use vehicle on at, smooth, dry paved or unpaved surfaces.
• Maintain a comfortable stopping distance from all other riders
and objects. Safe braking distances and forces are subject to the
prevailing weather condions.
• Use original spare parts only. Do Not make structural changes or
modicaons to the Mini Bike.
• Wear proper riding are, reecve if possible, and avoid open
toe shoes.
• Do not use items that may restrict your hearing and vision.

• Be aware of road condions. Concentrate on the path ahead.
Avoid pot holes, gravel, wet road markings, oil, curbs, speed
bumps, drain grates and other obstacles.
• Avoid sharp bumps, drainage grates & sudden surface
changes
• Avoid streets and surfaces with water, sand, gravel, leaves
and other debris
• Wet weather impairs tracon, braking & visibility
• Brake slightly before cornering and prepare to lean your body
into the corner.
• Decrease your riding speed, avoid sudden braking and
sharp turns.
Riding the Mini Bike in unsafe condions (i.e.: at night), or in an
unsafe manner, may result in an unexpected movement, loss of
control, and serious injury or death.

CARE WARNINGS
• Park the vehicle indoors or cover it with a tarp to protect it
from wet weather.
• Do not leave the vehicle in the sun for long periods of me
or fading may occur. Store in shade or cover with tarp.
• Do not wash the vehicle with a hose.
• Do not wash the vehicle with soap and water.

USER RESPONSIBILITY
All persons assembling, using, and maintaining the Mini Bike
must read and understand the safety warnings and operang
instrucons in this manual before using the Mini Bike.
It is the responsibility of the user, or in the case of a child rider,
an adult, to ensure the Mini Bike is properly maintained and in
proper operang condion. Doing so will reduce the risk of
injury. Always conduct regular maintenance and inspecon of
your Mini Bike. Complete the Safety Checklist at the end of this
secon before each use.
A responsible adult must always supervise the use of the Mini
Bike by a child. You must ensure:
• The child is wearing the proper protecve are and
approved helmet.
• The Mini Bike is properly ed to the child.
• The child understands applicable laws and common sense
rules of safe responsible Mini Bike riding.
• Age 8+
• Maximum weight limit 150 lbs (68 KG)
• Exceeding the recommended weight limit may cause damage
not covered by warranty
• Children should be made aware of all riding hazards and
correct riding behavior before riding the Mini Bike
• DO NOT RIDE ON PUBLIC ROADWAYS or anywhere there is
vehicular trac
• Many states require that children wear a helmet while riding.
Always wear a properly ed helmet.
• Do not ride at night.
• If riding downhill, be extra careful. Slow down using the brakes
and maintain control of the steering.
• Keep both hands on handlebars at all mes.
• Not designed for stunt riding
• Always use cauon when riding and wear protecve gear
• Do not acvate the throle on the hand grip unless you are on
the mini bike and in a safe, outdoor environment that is suitable
for riding.
• Do not aempt or perform any stunts or tricks on this electric
motorbike. This product is not made to withstand abuse from
jumping, curb grinding or any other type of misuse or stunts.
• Do not ride indoors or on surfaces that may become damaged,
such as carpet, le, or wood ooring.

The brakes work properly.
The brake control cables are lubricated, correctly adjusted and
display no obvious wear.
The brake control levers is lubricated and ghtly secured to
the handlebar.
The frame and fork are not bent or broken.
Please insure all plasc pieces, seat, and any other components
are properly secured.
The handlebar and post are correctly ghtened, and allow
proper steering.
The handlebars are set correctly in relaon to the forks and the
direcon of travel.
BEFORE YOU RIDE SAFETY CHECKLIST
The rims do not have dirt or grease on them.
The wheels are properly aached to the Mini Bike and axle.
Tires are in good condion
Check all bolts are fastened securely and guards are in place
prior to each use
Check deck, brake guard and chain guard are securely aached
and in place prior to each use
Please check the res are properly inated to the proper PSI
indicated on the wall of the re.
Please insure all plasc pieces, guards, pads, seat, and any other
components originally supplied by the manufacturer are
properly secured and in serviceable condion.
The safety labels are in place and understood by the operator
and rider
