1/ Description du produit :

L’ascenseur motorisé pour projecteur (nommé en suivant “ascenseur”) dispose d’un système à pantographe à double ciseaux.

Doté d’un design élégant, Il se caractérise par sa simplicité d’installation et d’utilisation.

L’ascenseur KIMEX conviendra à tout projet d’installation en entreprise ou HOME CINEMA.

2/ Cadre d’installation:

L’ascenseur doit être installé en intérieur à l’abri de toute substance corrosive ou combustible.

Tension: 220-240V. Puissance: 60W

3/ Installation:

1. La distance entre le plafond et le faux-plafond doit être supérieure à la taille de l’ascenseur fermé (cf. L1).

2. La dimension recommandée dans le faux plafond est de 460x460 mm.

3. Il est recommandé de créer une trappe de maintenance (400x400 mm) à 10-20 cm de l’ascenseur.

4. Percez quatre trous au plafond pour positionner l’ascenseur selon votre besoin. Fixez ensuite la plaque de fixation de

plafond grâce aux vis fournies.

5. Veillez à fixer cette plaque contre le plafond en dur pour assurer une parfaite stabilité.

Conseils à l’utilisation:

Veillez à ce que personne ne se trouve sous l’ascenseur lorsqu’il est en cours d’utilisation.

Veillez à ce que le centre de gravité du vidéoprojecteur se trouve au centre de l’ascenseur pour ne pas qu’il se renverse.

Ne jamais placer les mains ou quelconque objet dans le pantographe lorsqu’il est en mouvement.

Conseils en cas de panne:

Adressez-vous toujours à un technicien professionnel. Si le problème persiste, merci de contacter votre vendeur.

En cas de dysfonctionnement:

-Vérifiez que l’ascenseur est correctement branché.

-Vérifiez l’état des sangles du mécanisme.

- Assurez-vous que le bouton d’arrêt d’urgence soit bien désactivé.

Guide d’installation:

1/ Fixez l’ascenseur au vrai plafond, prévoir un espace de 470x337 mm entre chaque vis.

2/ Installez le vidéoprojecteur à l’emplacement prévu de l’ascenseur.

3/ Installez la plaque de recouvrement décorative.

4/ Faites passer les câbles du vidéoprojecteur à travers les anneaux prévus.

Réglage des limites du moteur :

1/ Bouton limite haute : Tournez la clé dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre, l’ascenseur descend. Tournez la clé

dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre, l’ascenseur monte.

2/ Bouton limite basse : Tournez la clé dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre, l’ascenseur monte. Tournez la clé

dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre, l’ascenseur descend.

Réglage de l’inclinaison de votre vidéoprojecteur :

Réglez l’inclinaison de votre vidéoprojecteur avec la molette de serrage située au-dessus de la fixation du vidéoprojecteur.

L’angle maximum d’inclinaison est de +/-20° (axes X, Y, Z du schéma).

Réglage de la position de votre vidéoprojecteur :

Dévissez les vis de réglage de l’ascenseur pour ajuster la position du vidéoprojecteur selon votre besoin et selon le centre de

gravité de votre appareil.

Angle maximum d’inclinaison :

+/- 20°.

Installation Environment Required:

The lift shall work indoor where there is no any corrosive or combustible substance; and should not approach the

steam pipe, hot air pipe, or other central heating equipment.

1. Voltage: 110-120 V or 220-240V, Power: 60W

2. Max Tilt angle ≤1°

Max Roll angle ≤3°

Installation:

1, The distance between ceiling and false ceiling must bigger than the height of fold up size(L1) of the lift..

2, Suggest open dimension on false ceiling for the lift is :460mmX460mm

3, Suggest open a 400mmX400mm maintenance window on the false ceiling, 100mm~200mm away from the back side of

the lift.

4, Drill four holes correctly on the ceiling for the installation plate, considering the direction of the installed projector, then

mount the installation plate of the lift on the ceiling firmly with four ∅8mm explosion screws through the four ∅10mm

screw holes.

5, The explosion screws must installed in concrete or masonry or more strong ceiling. The explosion screws must drill deeply

into the ceiling to keep adequate bearing capability.

Notice：

1. The explosion screws must fixed on the ceiling firmly.

2. While the lift working, people must not stand below the lift, or locate anything at the level where it can reach.

3. Make sure the gravity of the projector in the center of the lift, or the center of the gravity will shift or loss balance;

And the lift can’t work overloaded.

4. Please do not put your hands or anything to the cross-scissor parts while the lift working to avoid injury.;

Trouble shootings：

Please let technicians check below items, if still can’t solve the problems, please contact the resellers.

1. Please check if the connection of the power cord is correct.

2. Please check if the strip is entangled or loose.

3. Please check if the E-Stop button is pressed down.

4. Please check if the limit switch is loose or shift .

Steps：① Take off the decorative panel(show as Pic.1)②Fixed the installation plate to the real ceiling

by screws.(The distance between the screws are 470x337MM, show as Pic.1)③Install the projector to the

lift(Show as Pic.2) ④Install the decorative panel(Show as Pic.3)⑤Fix the wires of projector through

the ring.(Show as Pic.3)

1、The adjustment of upper and lower limit：

（1）Upper limit switch: Adjust the limit switch by wand, anti-clockwise, the lift will descend; clockwise, the lift will ascend.

（2Lower limit switch: Adjust the limit switch by wand, anti-clockwise, the lift will ascend; clockwise, the lift will descend.

Note ：（ 1）The distance for half-circle fine-tuning adjustment is about 10MM（Formula：Loop*20MM）

（2）Speed of the Motor: About 21mm/s

2、TheAngleAdjustment of the Universal Mount.

（1）Adjustment of the front and back angle: Loose the screws will be OK.

X/Y/Z axis maximum adjustment angle is 20°.（Note: A represent the angle）

3、Adjust the Position of the Projector.

（1）Loose the adjustable screws to adjust the position of the projector. Adjust the screw to the position you need, and then

lock the screw will be ok.(Adjustable routing (to and fro) max. is 45MM)

（2）Purpose：Through adjust the position fine-tuning of the universal mount to meet the best projection position, and

adjust the gravity of the projector.
