QUICK START GUIDE

GETTING STARTED
Hello, I’m Wink.

Create an account, if you don’t
already have one. Kindara is
available on iOS and Android.
DOWNLOAD KINDARA

Follow the steps in the Kindara
app inside More > Wink > Pair.
Make sure to turn on Wink and
have it close to your device.
PAIR WINK TO APP

Wink will stay charged for up
to a month and will tell you
when it’s Low. A full charge will
take at about 4 hours.

Plug into any USB
power source

Wash and dry Wink regularly
with a clean, damp cloth and
gentle soap. Do not wash or
hold under running water.

TEMPING TIPS

Set an alarm through Data or
Wink sengs menu. Wink will
wake you up and the alarm will
turn off once top is removed.

first thing upon waking.

Charng your BBT daily will allow you
to idenfy if and when you ovulate
during your cycle helping you
understand any cycle irregularies
caused by stress, PCOS, etc.

OVULATION
BBT is the lowest body temperature
aained during rest (usually during sleep)

Your temperatures are generally
lower during the first half of your
cycle, usually between 97.0ºF to
97.6ºF (36.11ºC to 36.44ºC).
Aer ovulaon your temperatures
will rise (called a Temperature
Shi) and will remain unl your
period. These temperatures are
usually between 97.7ºF to 98.3ºF
(36.5ºC to 36.83ºC).
Charng your BBT along with other
key signs allows you to understand
and track your ferlity and cycle.
