– Do not touch cable with wet hands.
– Do not remove plug from socket by
pulling on cable.
– Do not clean cable using water and
do not immerse in liquids.
– Do not damage power cable with
hot parts, sharp edges etc.
– Do not use device if damaged.
– Cable may only be replaced by
customer service or an authorised
servicer provider.

Clean the peeling
chamber thoroughly
before use.
Is the device

Only operate when the lid is closed.
After use disconnect the
device from the mains
supply.
Connect

hose.
Only use the
original hose!
Direct water
outlet into water
basin or mount
waste water hose.
Turn on device
according to
point 4.
Leave the machine
to cool down after
operating for 30
minutes.
Turning the device on/off
4.1 Set the desired operating time using the
minutes and seconds button. Max. time
possible: 5 minutes 50 seconds.
4.2 Press start/stop button.The motor rotates
the peeling plate/ salad bowl.
Important: Only fill the machine when
the motor is running!
4.3 Remove cover from filling hole and fill in
the items to be peeled (max. 4 kg).
Close filling hole again.
4.4 Turn on water tap and set the amount of
water desired.
4.5 Turning off the device:
– After the set operating time the machine
automatically switches itself off.
– The cycle time selected can be interrupted
by pressing the start/ stop button.
– After the machine is restarted, the last
operating time chosen is again activated.
4.6 Emptying the device:
– Cut the water supply.
– Open the door, hold a suitable container
under the discharge chute.
– Briefly turn machine on and off, the
device will automatically empty itself.

Cleaning:
Ensure that the device is disconnec-
ted from the mains.
– Remove lid.
– Remove fastening screw.
– Remove peeling plate and
centrifugal disc from the device.
– Thoroughly rinse the peeling
chamber and peeling plate with
fresh water.
– Wipe the outside of the machine
housing with a damp cloth or
sponge.
– If required, clean the machine with
hot tap water and a suitable
disinfectant.
– Leave the device to dry naturally.
– NEVER immerse the machine in
water.
