Service and guarantee
Guarantee provisions:
Within the statutory warranty period, any product failure that occurs due to manufacturing defect will be
repaired free of charge. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty does not cover any damages caused by
misuse, damaged parts or repair service other than those which have been authorized, wear or consequen-
tial damages. The appliance has to be returned to Kisag AG, CH-4512 Bellach or to a service facility chartered
by Kisag. immediately after detection of a defect including a copy of the sales receipt and a description of
the defect detected. Shipping will be paid.
Maintenance:
The mixing knife is an expendable part and must be checked after every use. If damaged, the mixing knife
must be replaced immediately. The gaskets in the mixing cup must be replaced by our customer service or
by an authorised service point in cases of wear or after 2 years.

Operating the device
Ending the activity
In case of emergency:
Pull the plug out of the socket imme-
diately.
The device is intended for industrial
use in the catering business. The
device is intended for the preparation
of sauces, mousse, mustard, zabaione
and similar products. Its misuse can
lead to danger.
– Do not touch the cable with wet
hands.
– Do not pull the plug from the socket
by the cable.
– Do not clean the cable with a wet
cloth or submerge in liquids.
– Do not damage the cable on hot
parts, sharp edges etc.
– Do not use the device if damaged.
– The cable should only be replaced
by customer service or by an
authorised service centre.
The maximum permissible continuous
operation comes to 3 hours per use.
At the end of its service life, please
bring the device to one of the designa-
ted return and collection points.

safely use the device on the basis of
their physical, sensory or mental ca-
pabilities, including children over the
age of 8, may not operate the device
without the supervision or guidance of
a responsible party.
Children may not play with the device.
Children may not carry out cleaning
and maintenance without supervision.
Do not use the device if it does not
function correctly or shows signs of
damage. In such cases, contact our
customer service or one of our service
centres.
The mixing knife has sharp edges
and can lead to injuries. Use suitable
gloves.
NEVER open the device. Do not insert
anything into the openings. Only
carry out actions described in these
instructions. In order to avoid dangers,
repairs may only be carried out by
our customer service or an authorised
service centres.

Starting and switching off the device:
4.1 Main switch
– Switch on the device at the main switch. appears on the display.
4.2
Dial pad for quick blending
– Start the blender with the blue button . The device automatically starts
in main stage 2 with approx. 1200 U/Min.
– Chose the desired speed with the blue button . By tapping the
button , you can choose intermediate stages between the speeds;
if the button is pressed for longer than 2 seconds, the next main stage is set.
– Only the selected main stages 1–9 will each be shown on the display for
3 to 4 seconds.
4.3 Buttons for setting the temperature
– If desired, the heating can be started with the red button . The starting
temperature is 50°C.
– Select the desired temperature with the red button (in increments
of 5°C).
– The chosen temperature (in the range of (40°C to 95°C) is shown in
thedisplay.
– When heating up and cooling down, the red light will blink until the heating
element has reached the chosen temperature.
Important: The display shows the temperature of the heating and not
that of the cup contents. The temperature of the cup contents is
dependent on the content itself, the processing time and the mixing
speed.
4.4 Stop button for heating
– Switch off the heating with the red stop button. appears on the display.
Cleaning:
Caution! Make sure that the device is
disconnected from the power supply!
– Remove the blender.
– Remove the mixing knife.
Caution: risk of cuts!
The mixing knife has sharp edges.
Mixing cup, mixing knife and lids are dish-
washer safe. All general, industry-specific
and country-specific hygiene regulations
must be observed and adhered to (e.g.
HACCP).
Caution! The collecting cup can be
very hot!
– The device should only be cleaned with
a damp cloth or sponge.
– Never clean the device with a jet of
water or in the dishwasher.
– Never place the device in water.
– Let the device dry in the open air.
sDisconnect the device
from the mains after the
work is finished.
Risk of injury!
sDo not reach into the cup
while it‘s in operation.
Risk of scalding!
sHot steam can emerge upon
opening the lid.
4.5 Stop button for the blender
– Stop the blending with the
blue stop button.
appears on the display.
4.6 Main switch
– Switch off the
device at the main
switch. No sign
will appear on the
display.

The drive motor is protected with thermal protection. If the motor switches off automatically during
use, proceed as follows:
– Switch off the device.
– Disconnect the device from the power supply at once.
– Wait 20 minutes.
– Connect the device to the power supply.
– Restart the device.
If the device does not work or works incorrectly, switch it off at once and send it to our customer service
or an authorised service centre.
