2. Safety Instructions
Before you install the product
Make sure to apply proper grounding, using the plug. Short-circuit may cause electric shock. Allow
sufficient space from peripheral walls when placing the Product. Keep sufficient operation space for
filling of bills, opening and closing of covers, as well as maintenance.
When you operate the product
-
Do not insert banknotes severely damaged, wet or mixed with alien substances.

Please keep your hands away from Hopper or Stacker while counting.
-
Banknotes should be properly arranged, and then put on the hopper.
To maximize the durability of the product
-
Please have the check-up service by service personnel on regular basis.
-
Using soft brush or cloth, clean the sensor module parts (inside of the open cover on back side)
daily.
-
Do not place the product in a dusty space, making sure that the product stays free of dusts or alien
substances.
-
Keep and use the product under the optimal conditions as follows:
-
Temperature: 10-30 ℃(For use) Humidity: 20-80 %RH
NOTICE

Please place the product away from heat sources or direct sun rays.

Do not try to disassemble or repair the product by yourself.

Do not open or operate the product by force.
-
Make sure to shut its power off before putting your hands inside the product (for cleaning or
clearing note jamming only).

4. Display Panel
Buttons:
ADD:
Counting Results will be added to existing counting results when ADD is active.
BATCH: Use Batch Function to select or enter individual quantity of Notes, counter will
automatically stop when reached.
MENU:
Preference, General, Manual and Reset settings.
F1:
User-defined Button, use Menu to configure the setting of the Button.
MODE:
Select Counting Mode: MIX-Mode, SINGLE-Mode, COUNT-Mode.
“CURRENCY”: Select Currency.
(Symbol: BANKNOTE)
DETAIL: Display detailed Information for counting result.
F2:
User-defined Button, use Menu to configure the setting of the Button.
START: Push to manually start counting.
CLEAR: Push to clear counting detail on display.

5. Counting Modes
By using the „MODE“-Button the Counting Mode can be changed.
The frequently used modes are:
Mixed Denomination Counting (MIX)
In this mode, all the denominations can be recognized
and counted, calculating the quantity and amount at the
same time. Serial number can also be recorded if you
turn on the serial number reading function.
You can check the serial number details under another
interface.
Under Multi-currency counting mode, the display will
show the total amount and total quantity for each
currency. .
Single Denomination Counting (Sort)
This mode is mainly for counting the same
denomination notes, for example, to count the same
denomination already sorted.
The machine will stop when it recognize a different
denomination, you need to remove this note and
continue counting.
The machine recognize the first note and count
following notes based on this standard, thus, when
version sorting is turned on, it will stop when it
recognize a different version.
Under this mode, the machine can also calculate amount and quantity, as well as serial number
reading.

Piece Counting Mode (Count)
In this mode, it will not calculate the amount, only
calculate quantity. When ADD function is not turned on,
it will only display the current counting quantity;
when ADD is turned on, it will display the current
counting quantity and accumulated counting quantity.
NOTE: under MIX & SINGLE mode, the machine checks the notes by image, MG, UV and DB (double
notes detection), under CNT mode only has DB detection.
6. Service
Note feeding Adjustment
In case the gap of the different mechanical note transportation components is too narrow or wide or
the note input is not smoothly working, adjust the feed gap by turning Regulator Cap.
-
To widen the gap, turn Regulator Cap clockwise.
-
To shorten the gap, turn it counter-clockwise, this is necessary in case of the Errors like “Chain
Note “or “Double Note”

Note Jam Clearing
In Case of “Note Jam”-Error open the back Area of the Device. After removing the jammed Note close
the Lid by moving the Sensor Unit to the former Position.
Routine cleaning
For optimum Performance, cleaning should be performed once a Week under normal Usage and
more frequently under heavy Usage.
Cleaning is best accomplished using a lint-free, non-abrasive Cloth, or a lint-free, non-abrasive Cloth
dampened with Water or soft bristled Brush. The Brush placed in the Brush Holder of the backside of
the Counter can be used for cleaning.
For cleaning switch the Device off and open the upper Area of the Device by using the Open Switch
on the Top of the Counter.
Make sure to clean the Sensor Components, especially the glass of Image Sensor Unit, just with a soft
Brush or non-abrasive Cloth to avoid any Damage.
