注意
1) AMT-KS を溶接ロボット等に取り付ける際には、必ず
溶接機の電源を OFF にし、電気が流れていないことを
確認した後、作業を行ってください。
2) AMT-KS を溶接ロボット等に取り付けた後、取付口両
端以外が、ロボット本体や動作周囲の金属物に接触しな
いことを必ず確認してください。溶接時に、通電してス
パーク発生、発火、溶融などが発生する危険があります。
3) AMT-KS には正しい取り付け方向があります。逆向き
に取り付けると効果を発揮しません。

Make sure that AMT-KS doesn’t touch anything metal except the wire in and
out attachments. It’s danger of generation electric spark, fire and melting at
welding, if AMT-KS touches any metals.
Don’t touch anything metal
AMT-KS has the correct mounting direction. If it’s mounted reverse direction,
effect is insufficient.

This instruction manual describes how to attach to the welding robot.
When attaching to a wire feeder for semi-automatic welding, refer to the "type F instruction manual".

AMT-KS を取り付ける前の標準状態
パックワイヤ側のコンジットチューブ
を外します。
Step 1
ロボット、溶接機の電源を OFF に
して作業してください。
部品(B)、さらに(A)を送給装置入口
に挿入します。
Step 2
部品(C)を回し入れて固定します。
Step 3
完了
・各ローラ台座に刻印されている IN マークがワイ
ヤ進入方向になっていることを確認して下さい。
・取付口両端以外に AMT-KS に何も触れていな
いことを確認してください。

Remove the conduit tube of pack wire side
from feeding device.
Keep off of the welding power source
and robot.
Parts (B) and (A) are inserted to feeding
device inlet in turn.

The conduit tube removed in step 1
is set to guide tube with AMT-KS.

を外します。

部品(B)、さらに(A)を送給装置入口
に挿入します。
Step 2
部品(C)を回し入れて固定します。

ダイヘン製コンジットチューブのインレットガ
イドを固定するネジを完全に引き抜きます。
Step 1
ダイヘン製コンジットチューブを引き抜きます。
Step 2
部品(B)と部品(C)を用いて、ダイヘン製別売り
アダプタ U5206J01 を部品(A)に取り付けます。
Step 3
Right parts are required
in addition to AMT-KS
package.

Pull out the screw to lock the inlet guide with original
conduit tube manufactured by DAIHEN.
Pull out the original conduit tube manufactured by DAIHEN.
Adapter No.U5206J01 manufactured by DAIHEN is
set to parts(A) using parts(B) and (C).

汎用コンジットチューブを AMT-KS 入
口側に取り付けます。

Step 3 で組み立てた部品を送給装置に差し
込み、ネジで固定します。

・取付口両端以外に AMT-KS に何も触れていな

Finish
Assembled parts in step 3 is inserted to wire feed
device, and locked by putting turn the screw.
Original conduit tube manufactured by
DAIHEN is not applicable.

Conventional conduit tube is set to guide
tube with AMT-KS.
