The rating of this product (as marked on the product identification plate) is based on specific
loading tests. Normal use or the use of other recommended attachments may draw
significantly less power.
Carefully unpack the unit and remove all packaging materials. Wipe down the outside of the
unit and rinse the inside with water. It is recommended that you boil the unit a few times and
discard the water before first use.
Important
When using any electrically powered product, basic safety precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
WARNING - to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or injury to persons or property:
• Always operate the product from a power source of the same voltage, frequency
and rating as indicated on the product identification plate.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by
a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• If the product, power supply cord or plug shows any signs of damage: stop use,

• Do not twist, kink or wrap the power cord around the appliance, as this may cause
the insulation to weaken and split particularly where it enters the unit.

• Do not let the cord hang over edge of table or bench or touch hot surfaces,
including the stove.
• Do not place the appliance on or near any gas or electric burner or inside heated
oven.
• Do not operate the appliance without the minimum water level to avoid damaging
the heating elements.
• Do not immerse the unit in any liquid or water.
• Switch off and unplug from outlet when not in use, before performing maintenance
or cleaning. Remove by grasping the plug - do not pull on the cord.
SAFETY & WARNINGS

• Do not use the appliance in any way other than its intended use.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended or move it when switched on. Boiling water
will scald and may be spill out, if overfilled.
• Do not place objects on the product or allow objects to obstruct the inlet or outlet
openings or operate in close proximity to walls or curtains, etc.
• While the appliance is working, do not touch or block the steam outlet by hand or
other stuff, do not open the water tank lid when unit is in use, in order to avoid
scalding by the hot steam or cause malfunctions.
• Do not use the appliance to heat anything other than water. Do not fill above the
“max" indication.

the temperature or steam when the appliance is using.
• Do not open the lid while the water is boiling.

- Bed and breakfast type environments

Before using your hot water dispenser
It is recommended that you boil the unit a few times and discard the water before first use.
Always unplug from the plug socket and allow to cool down before cleaning. The surface of
the water tank should be wiped over with the damp cloth and dried with a soft dry cloth.
Using your hot water dispenser:
1. Filling water tank
Remove the water tank and open the lid. Fill the water tank with the desired
amount of clean water and then close the lid. Replace the water tank.
2. Boiling the water
Ensure the plug is connected to the power outlet and the indicator light is on. Place
your cup on the water tray, ensuring it aligns with the spout. Press the switch to the
“ON” position, the LED will light up GREEN. The unit will start to boil the water for
about 5-8 seconds, the boiled water will continuously flow out from the spout.
When you have reached the desired amount of water, press the switch to the
“OFF” position. The LED will turn off and the heating elements will switch off.
OPERATION
Note:
The water level must be within the Min and Max level.

- Do not touch the boiled water or steam.
- If the LED lights up RED, the water level is low and the water tank should be
refilled immediately.
- The appliance has a manual thermostat. If the unit has no power, or stops
working or isn’t boiling the water, you can reset the thermostat by pressing the
reset button.
3. Water tray
When the water tray is full, grasp and stabilize the appliance with one hand and
use another hand to remove the water. Empty the water tray and replace it in the
original position.

1. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to completely cool down
before cleaning.
2. Do not immerse the appliance into any liquid to avoid damage.
3. Clean the body of the unit with a damp cloth (to remove stubborn spots, wipe the
surface with a damp soapy cloth moistened or a mild non-abrasive cleaner) then
dry thoroughly.
4. Do not use solvents or harsh abrasives as these will damage the body of the unit,
always use a damp cloth to clean the appliance housing.
5. To m a i n t a i n i t s p e r f o r m a n c e , descaling the appliance at least once every months is
recommended. Please use a toxic free detergent such as citric acid or vinegar in
the water tank. Fill the water till maximum level and operate the appliance about
two or three times to remove any. After the completion, remove all the boiled water
and refill with clean water before operate the appliance.
6. Always handle the appliance gently, do not place it near the edge of the table or
counter, to protect against any potential fall damage.
Storage
If the appliance is not used for an extended period of time, unplug it, clean it and then put
back into the original packaging to prevent exposing the electrical components to humidity
and possible damage.
Service
1. Carefully check the full operation as detailed in this guide before returning any unit
as faulty.
