Warning
•Do not place any foreign object in the pet feeder.
•Do not use outdoors. For indoor household use only.
•Do not use an appliance for anything other than its intended use.
•Do not allow children to play or around pet feeder.
•Do not place anything on top of the pet feeder. The unit starts automatically.
•Do not disassemble the pet feeder other than components as instructed in this
operating guide.
•Do not install or store pet feeder where it will be exposed to weather or
temperatures below -20°C.
•The base should not be submerged in water at any time, as this may damage
electronic components.
•Do not use this pet feeder with puppies or kittens. Dogs or cats not able to reach
the food tray or with any physical disability.
•Do not operate any appliance if it has a damaged power cord or plug or if a
malfunction or has been damaged. Call the Customer Care Centre immediately
for further instructions.
•Do not allow pets to chew on or swallow any parts. If you are concerned about the
power cord, purchase a cord conduit (a hard-plastic protector) in to protect the
power cord.
•Do not attempt to repair the pet feeder by yourself.
•If an extension cord is necessary, an extension cord with a proper rating should be
used.
•Do not use pet feeder for anything other than intended use. Using attachments
not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause an unsafe condition.
•Do not lift the pet feeder by lid, hopper, bowl, or bowl holder. Lift and carry the
feeder using both hands and hopper base, while keeping unit in an upright position.
•For dry food only. Do not use wet, canned or moist food.
•To avoid tripping, always position power cord out of the way of foot traffic.
•If the plug of this device gets wet, turn off the electricity to that wall outlet. Do not
attempt to unplug.
•Examine this appliance after installation. Do not plug in if there is water on the
Power Cord or plug.

•To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when any appliance is
used by or near children.
•If using a power cord, do not place the power cord or plug in water or other liquids.
•Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Some items may be packed in
polybags; these bags could cause suffocation; keep away from children and pets.
Caution
•Fit for small dogs or cats only.
•Pet feeder should be placed on a level surface.
•Always unplug any appliance when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts
and before cleaning. Never pull on the electrical power cord to remove the plug
from the wall outlet.
Notice
•Read and observe all important notices listed on the pet feeder and in the
packaging.
•Attention: Rated voltage and rated current for DC adapter are 5V1A. If the power
supply does not meet the requirements, it may cause damage to the feeder.

Step 1:
Install the food outlet.
Step 2:
Choose a suitable place to fix your feeder and install the hanging board.

Fasten the knob and install the food tray.
Step 4:
Install the silicone gasket and install the food outlet cover.

1. Test before use
1. Plug in and switch on the unit.
2. Long press the SET button (cogwheel icon) to unlock the control panel.
3. Long press the increase value (upward arrow) button for one second. The feeder
will instantly rotate one portion for an instant feeding.
2. Set the Current Time:
1. Press the SET (cogwheel) button. The hour digits will flash.
2. Press the increase or decrease value buttons to find the current hour and press
SET again to save.
3. Once the hour is saved, the minute’s digits will flash.
4. Press the increase or decrease value buttons to find the current minute and press
SET again to save.

3. Setting the First Mealtime:
Once the time is saved, the unit will enter Mealtime Setting Mode.
The LCD will display, the icon “ ” and the hour digits will flash. Repeat step 2 to set the
feeding time.
Setting the First Meal Portion:
1. Once the feeding time is set, the unit will enter Meal Portion mode.
The LCD will display the “P” and the portion digits will flash.
2. Press “ ” or “ ” to set the portions (Up to 20 portions and ll+2ml per portion)
and press “ ” again to save.
3. Repeat the steps above to set additional meals.
4. If you just need 3 meals, you can hold and press “ ” for 3s to save and exit set
mode.

1. Turn off the power and unplug the adapter before cleaning.
2. Clean the unit with a damp cloth rather than a soaked cloth.
3. The food tank can be removed for cleaning in an automatic dishwasher.
4. Ensure to wipe the tank clean and completely dry before refilling the food.
1. Unlock the screen:
If no operations are input within 25 seconds, the LCD display will turn off and the feeder will
be locked. Long-press the SET button at the bottom of the feeder to unlock the panel.
2. Instant feeding:
Hold the increase value (up arrow) button for 1 second to dispense one portion.
3. Lack of food notification:
The feeder will not dispense any food when the tank is empty. Refill the food tank, and the
feeder will return to normal operation after you have dispensed an instant feeding.
4. Remedying [E2: JA] errors:
The feeder will not dispense the food when the tray is full. You need to clear the food inside
the tray. The feeder will return to normal operation after you dispense an instant feeding.

5. Exit current operation:
Under the state of setting (when the digits are flashing), press the SET button for 1.5s to exit
current operation and you will return to time interface. The program you set will be saved
automatically after exiting.
6. Restore Factory Setting:
Under the state of setting, press the RESET button at the bottom for 1.5s to delete all stored
settings. The settings can be reset after deleted.
7. When the indicator is flashing:
When in battery mode and the voltage of the battery supply is under 3.6V, the alarm
indicator will flash. To keep the normal use, change the battery promptly.
8. Remedying [E4:--] errors:
Check whether the food outlet is blocked, or the impeller is broken. If not, contact
Kogan.com for assistance.
