安装前准备
安装前准备工作
1. 预埋排杆口、接线盒、角阀位置
严格按预埋图纸要求施工；如不按要求布局，出现安装不了
等后果，本公司不承担任何责任。
2. 先排掉角阀管道内污水
将角阀管道内污水排干净；确保进入产品的水质符合 GB5749
的市政自来水。
3. 钻膨胀螺栓的孔位
按图纸要求钻膨胀螺栓孔位 Ø10×60。
PREPARATIONS BEFORE INSTALLATION
Preliminary Installation
1. Embed the position of the drain assembly hole, junction
box, angle valve
Construct in strict accordance with the requirements of the
embedment drawing. If the product cannot be installed due
to the disregard for the requirements, we will not assume
any responsibility.
2. Drain sewage inside the angle valve pipe first
Drain sewage inside the angle valve pipe. Make sure that
the quality of the incoming water is the municipal tap water
complying with GB5749.
3. Drill a hole for the sleeve anchor
Drill a hole (Ø10×60) for the sleeve anchor according to
the drawing requirements.

安装前确认事项
 排水口，接线盒，角阀位置严格按说明书布置。
 产品安装的位置必须远离其他水源可能溅到的位置！
 安全警示：接线盒的预埋线需与电网连接并配有断开装置的固
定布线网络，做好防潮漏电保护。
 确保自来水进水压力不小于 0.2MPa，最大压力不超过 0.8MPa。
 依据排杆口深度，裁剪合适长度的排杆。
 外观检查：人造石上台面、人造石柜体不得破裂无外观不良！
第一步：
安装膨胀螺栓，将膨胀螺栓敲进开好的孔位内，留出足够的螺牙
用于锁支架。
INSTALLATION
Caution before Inatallation
 The positions of the drain outlet, junction box, angle valve
must be arranged in strict accordance with the manual.
 The location where the product is installed must be kept
away from where water may be splashed.
 Safety warning: The embedded line of the junction box shall
be connected to the fixed wiring power grid and equipped
with an earth leakage protection air switch for the protection
against moisture and earth leakage.
 Make sure that the incoming tap water pressure is not less
than 0.2MPa, and its maximum pressure is not more than
0.8MPa.
 According to the depth of the drain assembly hole, cut the
drain assembly for an appropriate length.
 Appearance inspection: Top cover and cabinet must not be
broken and must have no appearance defects!
Step 1:
Install sleeve anchors. Knock them into the embedded holes.
Leave enough thread for bracket fixing.

第二步：
安装机体组件：将机体组件支架的四个孔位安装于膨胀螺栓上，
按图示调整好高度后锁紧膨胀螺栓的螺母。用水平尺测量支架确
保水平。
第三步：
安装排杆组件：将排杆尾部按排杆口深度裁到合适的长度；将密
封圈塞入排杆预留口，插入排杆至指定位置，旋好螺母和插好溢
水软管。
Step 2:
Install the waterfoil lavatory-wall hung unit: Align the four holes
on the bracket of the waterfoil lavatory-wall hung unit with the
sleeve anchors. Adjust the height as shown in the figure and
tighten the nuts of the sleeve anchors. Measure the bracket with
a level ruler to ensure its levelness.

Measure the bracket with a level ruler to ensure that the
entire product is in a horizontal position.

Step 3:
Install the drain assembly. Cut off the end of drain assembly
for an appropriate length according to the depth of the drain
assembly hole. Put the sealing ring into the drain assembly hole
and insert the drain assembly to the specified position. Screw
the nut and insert the overflow hose.

第四步：
安装人造石柜体：将柜体门板打开，让门板处套过盆体，套到位
后柜体缓慢向下放下，让支架上方的两个橡胶垫卡住柜体；轻拿
轻放防止撞坏。
第五步：
安装人造石上台面：将台面从上方套下，目测台面安装的位置是
否合适，如不合适需重新拆下台面和柜体调节盆体前后位置后重
新装入对位。
Step 4:
Install the cabinet: Open the cabinet door. Lift the cabinet and
make the unit go through the door position. Then slowly lower
the cabinet until the two rubber pads on the bracket stops the
cabinet. Handle it gently to prevent damage.

Step 5:
Install the top cover: Lift the top cover above the lavatory and
lower it. Visually check whether or not the position is proper. If
not, it needs to remove the top cover and cabinet and adjust
their positions before re-installation.
Lift the top cover and lower it into the lavatory
(They must fit properly. If not, remove the cabinet
and adjust the position of the lavatory to ensure a
reasonable and beautiful fit.)

第六步：
安装 C夹：将台面和柜体用 C夹套住，用十字螺丝刀锁紧螺母。
第七步：
A. 连接水路：
1. 连接前先排掉角阀内部污水；
2. 将恒温阀热水进口与左边热水角阀对接，用扳手锁紧；
3. 进水管一端和恒温阀冷水进水端对接，另一端与右边冷水角
阀对接，用扳手锁紧；
4. 另一条进水管一端和恒温阀出水口对接，另一端和电磁阀组
件进水口对接，用扳手锁紧。
注：当只有冷水阀时，只需将进水管的一端与冷水阀对接，
另一端与电磁组件进水口对接即可！
B. 水路连接检查：
1. 打开冷热水阀，检查电磁阀前端进水管的接头不得有漏水和
封密不良 ;
2. 将电磁阀 1和2的开关旋钮向“常开”方向旋到底，检查后
端出水管对接头不得有漏水和封密不良；
3. 用对边（8mm）六角扳手调节稳压阀 1和2让其水花达到要
求水形；
4. 检查排杆处管路不得有漏水和封密不良；
5. 检查全部不漏水后，将电磁阀 1和2的开关旋钮向“感应”
方向旋到底。

Install C clips: Fix the top cover and cabinet with C clips, and
tighten the nuts with a cross screwdriver.

and tighten them with a cross screwdriver.

Step 7:
A. Connect waterway:
1. Drain the sewage inside the angle valve pipe before
connection.
2. Connect the hot water inlet of the thermostatic valve with
the hot water angle valve on the left. Tighten them with a
wrench.
3. Connect one end of the hose with the cold water inlet of the
thermostatic valve. Connect another end with the cold water
angle valve on the right. Tighten them with a wrench.
4. Connect one end of the other hose with the outlet of the
thermostatic valve. Connect the other end with the inlet of
the solenoid valve assembly. Tighten them with a wrench.
Note: When there is a cold water valve only, just connect
one end of the hose with the cold water valve, and the other
end with the inlet of the solenoid assembly!
B. Check waterway connection:
1. Open the cold and hot water valves. Check whether or not
the joint of inlet pipe on the front end of the solenoid valve is
leaking or sealing poorly.
2. Rotate the switch knobs of solenoid valve 1 and 2 toward the
"Normal Open" totally. Check whether or not the connector
of the rear outlet pipes is leaking or sealing poorly.
3. Adjust the pressure regulator 1 and 2 with a hex wrench
(8mm) to make the water spray appearance meet the
requirements.
4. Check whether or not the pipeline at the drain assembly is
leaking or sealing poorly.
5. Rotate the switch knobs of solenoid valve 1 and 2 toward the
"Induction" totally after confirming that there is no leakage.
