安装前准备
安装前准备工作
1. 预埋排杆口、接线盒、角阀位置
严格按预埋图纸要求施工；如不按要求布局，出现安装不了
等后果，本公司不承担任何责任。
2. 先排掉角阀管道内污水
将角阀管道内污水排干净；确保进入产品的水质符合 GB5749
的市政自来水。
3. 钻膨胀螺栓的孔位
按图纸要求钻膨胀螺栓孔位 Ø10×60。
PREPARATIONS BEFORE INSTALLATION
Preliminary Installation
1. Embed the position of the drain assembly hole, junction
box, angle valve
Construct in strict accordance with the requirements of the
embedment drawing. If the product cannot be installed due
to the disregard for the requirements, we will not assume
any responsibility.
2. Drain sewage inside the angle valve pipe first
Drain sewage inside the angle valve pipe. Make sure that
the quality of the incoming water is the municipal tap water
complying with GB5749.
3. Drill a hole for the sleeve anchor
Drill a hole (Ø10×60) for the sleeve anchor according to
the drawing requirements.

安装
安装前确认事项
 排水口，接线盒，角阀位置严格按说明书布置。
 产品安装的位置必须远离其他水源可能溅到的位置！
 安全警示：接线盒的预埋线需与电网连接并配有断开装置的固
定布线网络，做好防潮漏电保护。
 确保自来水进水压力不小于 0.2MPa，最大压力不超过 0.8MPa。
 依据排杆口深度，裁剪合适长度的排杆。
 外观检查：人造石上台面、人造石柜体不得破裂无外观不良！
第一步：
安装膨胀螺栓，将膨胀螺栓敲进开好的孔位内，留出足够的螺牙
用于锁支架。
INSTALLATION
Caution before Inatallation
 The positions of the drain outlet, junction box, angle valve
must be arranged in strict accordance with the manual.
 The location where the product is installed must be kept
away from where water may be splashed.
 Safety warning: The embedded line of the junction box shall
be connected to the fixed wiring power grid and equipped
with an earth leakage protection air switch for the protection
against moisture and earth leakage.
 Make sure that the incoming tap water pressure is not less
than 0.2MPa, and its maximum pressure is not more than
0.8MPa.
 According to the depth of the drain assembly hole, cut the
drain assembly for an appropriate length.
 Appearance inspection: Top cover and cabinet must not be
broken and must have no appearance defects!
Step 1:
Install sleeve anchors. Knock them into the embedded holes.
Leave enough thread for bracket fixing.

第二步：
安装机体组件：将机体组件支架的四个孔位安装于膨胀螺栓上，
按图示调整好高度后锁紧膨胀螺栓的螺母。用水平尺测量支架确
保水平。
第三步：
安装排杆组件：将排杆尾部按排杆口深度裁到合适的长度；将密
封圈塞入排杆预留口，插入排杆至指定位置，旋好螺母和插好溢
水软管。
Step 2:
Install the waterfoil lavatory-wall hung unit: Align the four holes
on the bracket of the waterfoil lavatory-wall hung unit with the
sleeve anchors. Adjust the height as shown in the figure and
tighten the nuts of the sleeve anchors. Measure the bracket with
a level ruler to ensure its levelness.

Measure the bracket with a level ruler to ensure that the
entire product is in a horizontal position.

Step 3:
Install the drain assembly. Cut off the end of drain assembly
for an appropriate length according to the depth of the drain
assembly hole. Put the sealing ring into the drain assembly hole
and insert the drain assembly to the specified position. Screw
the nut and insert the overflow hose.

第四步：
安装人造石柜体：将柜体门板打开，让门板处套过盆体，套到位
后柜体缓慢向下放下，让支架上方的两个橡胶垫卡住柜体；轻拿
轻放防止撞坏。
第五步：
安装人造石上台面：将台面从上方套下，目测台面安装的位置是
否合适，如不合适需重新拆下台面和柜体调节盆体前后位置后重
新装入对位。
Step 4:
Install the cabinet: Open the cabinet door. Lift the cabinet and
make the unit go through the door position. Then slowly lower
the cabinet until the two rubber pads on the bracket stops the
cabinet. Handle it gently to prevent damage.

Step 5:
Install the top cover: Lift the top cover above the lavatory and
lower it. Visually check whether or not the position is proper. If
not, it needs to remove the top cover and cabinet and adjust
their positions before re-installation.
Lift the top cover and lower it into the lavatory
(They must fit properly. If not, remove the cabinet
and adjust the position of the lavatory to ensure a
reasonable and beautiful fit.)

第六步：
安装 C夹：将台面和柜体用 C夹套住，用十字螺丝刀锁紧螺母。
第七步：
A. 连接水路：
1. 连接前先排掉角阀内部污水；
2. 将恒温阀热水进口与左边热水角阀对接，用扳手锁紧；
3. 进水管一端和恒温阀冷水进水端对接，另一端与右边冷水角
阀对接，用扳手锁紧；
4. 另一条进水管一端和恒温阀出水口对接，另一端和电磁阀组
件进水口对接，用扳手锁紧。
注：当只有冷水阀时，只需将进水管的一端与冷水阀对接，
另一端与电磁组件进水口对接即可！
B. 水路连接检查：
1. 打开冷热水阀，检查电磁阀前端进水管的接头不得有漏水和
封密不良 ;
2. 将电磁阀 1和2的开关旋钮向“常开”方向旋到底，检查后
端出水管对接头不得有漏水和封密不良；
3. 用对边（8mm）六角扳手调节稳压阀 1和2让其水花达到要
求水形；
4. 检查排杆处管路不得有漏水和封密不良；
5. 检查全部不漏水后，将电磁阀 1和2的开关旋钮向“感应”
方向旋到底。
Step 6:
Install C clips: Fix the top cover and cabinet with C clips, and
tighten the nuts with a cross screwdriver.

and tighten them with a cross screwdriver.

Step 7:
A. Connect waterway:
1. Drain the sewage inside the angle valve pipe before
connection.
2. Connect the hot water inlet of the thermostatic valve with
the hot water angle valve on the left. Tighten them with a
wrench.
3. Connect one end of the hose with the cold water inlet of the
thermostatic valve. Connect another end with the cold water
angle valve on the right. Tighten them with a wrench.
4. Connect one end of the other hose with the outlet of the
thermostatic valve. Connect the other end with the inlet of
the solenoid valve assembly. Tighten them with a wrench.
Note: When there is a cold water valve only, just connect
one end of the hose with the cold water valve, and the other
end with the inlet of the solenoid assembly!
B. Check waterway connection:
1. Open the cold and hot water valves. Check whether or not
the joint of inlet pipe on the front end of the solenoid valve is
leaking or sealing poorly.
2. Rotate the switch knobs of solenoid valve 1 and 2 toward the
"Normal Open" totally. Check whether or not the connector
of the rear outlet pipes is leaking or sealing poorly.
3. Adjust the pressure regulator 1 and 2 with a hex wrench
(8mm) to make the water spray appearance meet the
requirements.
4. Check whether or not the pipeline at the drain assembly is
leaking or sealing poorly.
5. Rotate the switch knobs of solenoid valve 1 and 2 toward the
"Induction" totally after confirming that there is no leakage.

安装皂瓶：
1. 配比皂液：皂液（粘稠）：水 =1 : 8；或专用发泡洗手液
（用户可根据实际皂液情况适当调整配比）；
2. 装入吸皂管，旋上盖子；
3. 对接线束，注意接口方向。

Step 8:
Install the soap bottle:
1. Prepare soap: soap (viscous) : water = 1 : 8 or dedicated
foaming soap; (The user can adjust the ratio according to
the actual soap condition).
2. Install soap taking pipe and screw the cover.
3. Connect the wiring harness. Pay attention to the direction of
the connection.

第九步：
电路连接检查：
1. 先将电网电源总电关闭后操作，电源线必须连接至配有断开
装置的固定布线网络；对接好后盖上外壳盖板，对接处必须
做好防潮防漏电保护；
2. 接好后上电检查主控盒，如按键板指示灯亮，无闪烁灯说明
线路接连正常，分别测试程序 A和B、风机高速和低速、加
热开和关；
3. 显示板通讯故障提示功能：如果主控板和显示板通讯连接不
上，则按键板风速低的指示灯闪烁提示通讯故障；
4. 洗手盆堵塞提示功能：如果洗手盆堵塞导致溢水开关动作，
则按键板加热开的指示灯闪烁提示通讯故障；
5. 皂液少提示功能：如果洗手皂液过少，则按键板风速高的指
示灯闪烁提示；
6. 风机故障提示功能：如果风机出现故障不工作，则按键板加
热自动指示灯闪烁提示风机故障。
第十步：
1. 检查所有功能正常后；关好柜门保存好钥匙。
Step 9:
Check the circuit connection:
1. Operate after the general switch of power grid is turned
off. The power cord must be connected to the fixed wiring
grid with an air switch. Close the enclosure cover. The
connection must be protected against moisture and earth
leakage.
2. After connection, power on and check the main control
box. If the keypad indicators turn on without blinking,
it indicates that the circuit is connected normally.
Respectively test program A and B, high and low speed of
the fan, heating on and off.
3. Display board communication failure prompt: If the
communication fails between the main control panel and
the display board, the low wind speed indicator will blink to
prompt a communication failure.
4. Lavatory block-up prompt: If the lavatory block-up causes
the action of overflow switch, the heat ON indicator on the
keypad will blink to prompt a communication failure.
5. Low soap prompt: If the soap is not enough, the high wind
speed indicator on the keypad will blink to prompt.
6. Fan failure prompt: If the fan fails to work, the automatic
heating indicator on the keypad will blink to prompt a fan
failure.

Step 10:
1. Check all functions, close the cabinet door and keep its
key.

使用说明
按键功能说明
插上电源后的默认功能：电源开，程序 A，风速高速，风加热开。
如要切换功能需先将电源按键切换到关的状态，其他功能键才能
做相应的切换动作，选定好功能后再将电源键切换到开启状态。
如停电，重新上电后，所有功能默认上次操作！
风加热：风加热开、自动和关，右边用灯指示当前状态（默认开
机状态为开启）
风速：高风速和低风速，右边用灯指示当前状态（默认开机状态
为高风速）
程序：程序 A和程序 B的切换，右边用灯指示当前状态（默认开
机状态为程序 A）
电源：电源开和关，右边用灯指示当前状态（默认开机状态为电
源为开）

Button Functions
Default functions after plugging into the power outlet: Power
ON, program A, high wind speed, wind heat ON. To change
functions, switch the power button to OFF before switching
other function buttons. Select functions and switch the power
button to ON. If a power failure occurs, after powering-on
again, all functions default to those in the last operation!
Wind heat: ON,AUTO and OFF. Lights on the right indicate
the current mode (default mode after power-on is ON)
Wind speed:HIGH and LOW. Lights on the right indicate the
current mode (default mode after power-on is HIGH)
Program: Switch between program A and B. Lights on the
right indicate the current mode (default mode after power-on is
program A)
Power: ON and OFF. Lights on the right indicate the current
mode (default mode after power-on is ON)

程序 A：
当人体感应探头检测到有人靠近台盆时（50cm 以内），则靠近
墙一侧出水，白色指示灯开始闪烁（0.1 秒亮，0.1 秒灭），如果
5 秒内台盆内部感应器没有检测到手伸入，则停止出水，指示灯
熄灭。如果中途人员离开，则停止出水且白色指示灯同时熄灭。
当检测到手伸入台盆内，则靠墙一侧出水口立即出水，同时白色
指示灯点亮，并且蓝色指示灯开始闪烁，1 秒后蓝灯常亮同时出
皂液 1.5 秒后停止，同时蓝灯熄灭，第 7 秒另外一侧开始出水 4
秒后，红色指示灯开始闪烁，再经过 1 秒两侧出水口同时关闭，
白灯熄灭 2 秒后风机开始工作，同时红灯常亮，如果加热处于打
开状态，或处于自动状态但是环境温度低于 25℃，则开启加热功
能，加热工作 23 秒后关闭，再经过 2 秒风机停止工作，红灯熄灭，
流程结束。
在上述工作过程中，如果在洗手或给皂中途检测到手离开时，则
相应状态的出水、出皂液功能暂停，相应状态的指示灯开始闪烁，
如果 5 秒内手重新放入，则继续执行相应功能，如果超过 5 秒，
则流程结束。如果在吹风中途检测到手离开时，则出风（包含加热）
功能暂停，红色指示灯开始闪烁，如果 2 秒内手重新放入，则继
续执行烘干功能，如果超过 2 秒，则流程结束。
程序 B：
当检测到手伸入台盆内，则靠墙一侧出水口立即出水，同时白色
指示灯点亮，并且蓝色指示灯开始闪烁，1 秒后蓝灯常亮同时出
皂液 1.5 秒后停止，继续出水6.5秒后，红色指示灯开始闪烁，再
经过 1 秒出水关闭，白灯熄灭 2 秒后风机开始工作，同时红灯常
亮，如果加热处于打开状态，或处于自动状态但是环境温度低于
25℃，则开启加热功能，加热工作 23 秒后关闭，再经过 2 秒风机
停止工作，红灯熄灭，流程结束。
Program Procedure
Program A:
When the human sensor detects that someone is approaching
the basin (within 50cm), water goes out from the side near
the wall. The white LED begins to blink (0.1 second on and
0.1 second off). If the internal basin sensor does not detect
a hand in the basin for 5 seconds, water stops going out and
the indicator turns off. If the user leaves, water stops going out
and the white indicator turns off.
When it is detected that a hand is in the basin, water is
immediately released from the water outlet near the wall. The
white indicator lights up and the blue indicator begins to blink.
After 1 second, the blue indicator remains on and soap is
dispensed for 1.5 seconds. The blue indicator turns off. At the
7th second, water is released from the other side for 4 seconds.
The red indicator begins to blink. After 1 second, the outlets
on both sides stop simultaneously. 2 seconds after the white
indicator turns off, the fan starts and the red indicator turns
on. Ifthe heater is on or in automatic mode while the ambient
temperature is below 25 ℃ , the heating function is activated.
After heating for 23 seconds, the heater stops. 2 seconds
later, the fan stops working and the red indicator turns off. The
process ends.
During the above working process, if it is detected that hands
leave in the middle of the washing or soap dispensing, the
corresponding water outlet and soap dispensing functions are
suspended, and the corresponding indicators start to blink. If
the user returns hands within 5 seconds, the functions resume.
Otherwise, the process ends. If it is detected that hands leave
in the middle of drying, the drying (including heating) function
is suspended, and the red indicator starts to blink. If the user
put hands in again within 2 seconds, the drying function
resumes. Otherwise, the process ends.
Program B:
When it is detected that a hand is in the basin, water
is immediately released from the water outlet near the
wall. The white indicator lights up and the blue indicator
begins to blink. After 1 second, the blue indicator remains on
and soap is dispensed for 1.5 seconds. The blue indicator
turns off. After 6.5 seconds, water stops. The red indicator
begins to blink. After 1 second, the outlets on both sides stop
simultaneously. 2 seconds after the white indicator turns off,
the fan starts and the red indicator turns on. Ifthe heater is on
or in automatic mode while the ambient temperature is below
25 ° C, the heating function is activated. After heating for 23
seconds, the heater stops. 2 seconds later, the fan stops
working and the red indicator turns off. The process ends.

During the above working process, if it is detected that hands
leave in the middle of the washing or soap dispensing, the
corresponding water outlet and soap dispensing functions are
suspended, and the corresponding indicators start to blink. If
the user returns hands within 5 seconds, the functions resume.
Otherwise, the process ends. If it is detected that hands leave
in the middle of drying, the drying (including heating) function
is suspended, and the red indicator starts to blink. If the user
put hands in again within 2 seconds, the drying function
resumes. Otherwise, the process ends.
Indicator Prompts
 After power-on, the white, blue and red indicators light up
and light off after 5 seconds.
 The white indicator prompts that water is coming out.
 The blue indicator prompts that soap is coming out.
 The red indicator prompts that dry hands with air.

指示灯提示
 通电后白、蓝、红色指示灯点亮，5秒后熄灭；

可能引起严重的伤害事故或财产损失。在打开本产品进行维
修或对本产品进行保养与维护前 ,请务必断开电源，关闭水路。

■ 机器清洗
警告 !
 本产品表面的污渍一般可用软棉布抹净，也可用温和的液化清
洁剂或无色的玻璃清洗剂清洗，切勿使用酸性、研磨性清洗剂，
以免损伤表面光洁度；
 使用中如发现龙头流量不足或没有水流出，请先检查进水压是
否正常，如正常，请先关闭电源和水源，拧开进水软管接头，
检查接头滤网是否堵塞，清洗后便可正常使用，如果还是无效，
则需联络售后部门进行维修。

CARE AND CLEAN
Warning
1. This product should only be repaired and maintained by
qualified service personnel. Improper service may cause
serious injury or property loss. Before opening this product
for repair or maintenance, please disconnect it from the
power supply and cut off the waterway.
2. Before having this product repaired, please read the
troubleshooting to solve obvious problems.
■Unit cleaning
Warning
 Generally, stains on the surface of this product can be
wiped off with a soft cotton cloth or cleaned with mild liquid
detergent or colorless glass cleaner. Never use acidic or
abrasive detergent, otherwise it will affect the surface finish.
 During use, if you find that the water flow from the faucet
is insufficient or no water comes out, please first check
whether or not the inlet pressure is normal. If normal, please
power off and cut off the water supply, unscrew the inlet

■长期不用提示
若需长时间停止使用本产品，请断掉本产品电源；切断本产品与
自来水管路之间的连接，再次使用时 ,为避免伤害事故的发生 ,建
议仔细检查本产品各部件是否处于完好状态，并确认本产品出水
后方可投入使用。
■给皂功能长期不用提示
若需长时间停止使用给皂功能或不用皂液功能，请将给皂进水管
通水，反复多次启动给皂功能，直到管内液体为清水，接着再把
皂管取出，再次反复启动给皂功能，将皂液管道内的水排干，然
后拔掉皂液泵的对接电线，让其不再启动皂泵；当想再次使用给
皂功能时，只需对接好相应的对接线即可，将进皂管通入专用的
皂液瓶内。
■机器检查
请定期对本产品进行检查，包括但不限于进水接头、电源线、电
源插头、台面、柜体等；
■需定期更换风机下方过滤 HEPA，建议 3-6 个月更换一次；
■需定期对进水口滤网进行清洗，建议每月进行；
■需定期对排水管内部污垢进行清洗，建议每月进行；

■Prompts for long-term idle
If you will not use this product for a long time, please
disconnect the power supply. Cut off the connection between
this product and tap water pipeline. Before the next use, in
order to avoid injury accidents, it is recommended to check
carefully whether or not all parts of this product are in good
condition. Confirm that water comes out properly before
putting the product into use.
■Prompts for long-term idle of soap dispenser
If you will stop using the soap dispenser for a long time or
you do not need this function, please make water go through
the soap taking pipe and repeatedly start the function until
the water inside the pipe becomes clean. Then remove the
soap taking pipe and again repeatedly start this function to
drain water from the soap pipe. Then remove the connecting
wires of the soap pump to stop starting the soap pump. When
you want to use the soap dispenser again, you just need to
connect the corresponding connecting wire and insert the soap
taking pipe into the dedicated soap bottle.
■Inspect the unit
Please regularly inspect this product, including but not limited
to water inlet joint, power cord, power plug, top cover, cabinet,
etc.
■
Regularly replace HEPA filter under the fan. The recommended
period is 3-6 months.

IMPORTANT CONSUMER INFORMATION
1. Safety warning: In order to ensure safety, this product shall
be grounded reliably. It is forbidden to use this product
without reliable grounding. Make sure that the live wire and
neutral wire are connected properly.
2. When AC power unit is connected to 220V AC power
supply, corresponding protective measures should be
taken.
3. Please confirm no water penetration at the connection
area of AC wire, and the connection area is not easy to be
affected by damp.
4. The head AC power supply must be protected with
appropriate fuse.
5. Please confirm the AC power supply should be shut off
before maintaining the products with AC power related.
6. All electrical connection must be compliance with related
regulation and codes.
7. All installation staff should be well familiar with installation
instruction.
8. The hose must use the attached hose. Do not use the old
hose.
9. If the water pressure is too high, increase the relief valve.
10. The ambient temperature of the product shall be higher
than freezing temperature.
11. The inlet water quality shall be municipal tap water which
complies with GB5749.
12. Do not pour water into the air outlet.
13. The blockage shall be immediately cleaned up.
14. Do not block the water outlet.
Note: Troubleshooting needs to be done by professional of
KOHLER CHINA. Users are not suggested to do this without
help. Please remember that the checking and repairs done by
users themselves could easily cause damage to the machine or
cause physical harm to the person.
