1. Conrm accessory tment at Kolpin.com to ensure this accessory is de-
signed to t your ATV.
2. Place the Throle Master over your exisng throle on your ATV.
3. Using the lock nuts, 1/4” truss head bolts, and a Phillips screw driver,
loosely ghten to hold the Throle Master on the ATV throle. See Illus-
traon 1-1.
4. Check the locaon of your new Throle Master. You can slide the
Throle Master Secon outwards to obtain more leverage.
5. Tighten down the Mounng Base securely to the ATV throle.
6. Place the Rubber Caps over the extra threads that protrude out past the
backside of the Mounng Base.
7. With the ATV o, check throle funcon to ensure 1/8”
minimum clearance with hand grips and any other
parts / accessories on the handle bars. Some hand grips
may need to be trimmed to ensure sucient clearance.
Trim the enre circumference so that the grip can rotate
without interfering with Throle Master. See Illustra-
on 1-2, 1-3, and 1-4. Adjust if needed.
WARNING! Do not use Throle Master if proper clearance cannot be achieved on
your ATV. Installing Throle Master without at least 1/8” clearance from all parts
for its enre range of moon could result in the throle being stuck in the open po-
sion, which may lead to loss of control, serious injury, or death. If throle becomes stuck in open posion while
operang, apply the brakes to come to a stop and turn o the ATV.

One Year Limited Warranty
For the period of one (1) year from the purchase date, Kolpin will replace for the original purchaser, free of charge, any part or parts found upon
examinaon by Kolpin to be defecve in material, workmanship, or both.
All transportaon costs incurred subming product to Kolpin for warranty consideraon must be borne by the purchaser. If Kolpin determines
that the product must be returned to the factory for credit, please call 1-877-956-5746 for a Return Merchandise Authorizaon (RMA) number
and shipping instrucons.
This warranty does not apply to parts that have been damaged by accident, alteraon, abuse, improper maintenance, normal wear, or other
causes beyond the manufacturer’s control. In order to protect you and your ATV, certain parts of the accessory system and/or hardware are
designed to fail when the equipment is over-stressed. Parts that are lost due to loosening and improper maintenance are not covered under war-
ranty. This warranty does not cover removal or reinstallaon labor fees of the plow system and related components.
Peripheral products such as engines, electric motors, and actuators may carry an original manufacturer’s warranty. Most hardware is general in
nature and is easily obtained locally. Be sure to replace with minimum metric class 8.8 specicaon.
