lightweight design of the rollator ensures many years of trouble-free
mobility. Please find the following instructions for use and product spec-
ifications.
Please read this owner’s manual before using your rollator. Improper use
of the rollator could result in harm or injury. Correct use improves your
mobility and quality of life.

The Zoom Ultra rollator has been designed to assist the user to walk, rest
and carry small items of shopping for both indoor and outdoor use on
flat surfaces by a single individual with limited mobility with a maximum
weight as in the below table.
It is important that the user reads and understands the safety advice
given within this manual before attempting to operate the product to
avoid possible injury to the user or bystanders and avoid damage to the
wheeled walker or surrounding property.

Summary
The Zoom Ultra Rollator has been manufactured from high quality ma-
terials, aluminum frame, nylon seat, Polyester bag and locking brake. The
handles are adjustable in height and the wheeled walker folds easily for
transport or storage.
The Zoom Ultra Rollator has been designed to assist the user to walk, rest
and carry small items of shopping for both indoor and outdoor use on
flat surfaces by a single individual with limited mobility with a maximum
weight as shown opposite.

Assembly and User Instructions
WARNING! Ensure that all bolts are securely fastened
before using this rollator!
WARNING! Brakes must be in the parked /locked position
before sitting on the rollator!
1. Remove all packaging and set out parts

3. Opening rollator
CAUTION!
Be careful not to trap your fingers when pushing down the
seat.
To open the rollator, push down
on either side of the cross bars
as shown (Fig 3.3). You should
feel both sides click into posi-
tion.
2. Insert front and rear wheels
Install front and rear wheel sets
as shown (Fig 2.1). Put the wheel
set tube into the frame tube
and make sure the spring ball
has popped out. Do the same
for all four wheels.

CAUTION!
When fitting the rear wheels make sure they are the cor-
rect way up with the brakes postioned as shown above.
WARNING!
Never sit on the rollator seat without making sure the seat is
located correctly in the fully open postion.

Before opening the rollator, (Fig
3.1) you will need to un-clip the
seat fold lock. Lift the lock up-
wards to release (Fig 3.2).

4. Inserting the handles
Insert the handles as shown (Fig 4.1) and
push down to the required height. Use the
tightening knobs provided to secure in
place at the desired height.
The MAX mark shows the highest postion
for the handles.
5. Folding the rollator
To fold the rollator pull up the strap in
the middle of the seat as shown (Fig
5.1).
Once folded use the fold-
ing lock (Fig 5.2) to keep
your rollator together (Fig
5.3).

Never use the rollator with either
one or both adjuster knobs not
inserted or not inserted correctly.
CAUTION!
Be careful not to trap your fingers when folding up the rollator.

Never use the rollator with the
handles positioned beyond the
MAX marking.

6. Rollator Bag
Attach the bag to the rollator by
placing the bag hoops over the
two bag hangers postioned at
the front of the seat as shown
(Fig 6.1).
CAUTION!
Never overload the bag’s 5kg MAX load.
7. Back Strap
Before using the rollator check
that the back strap frame bolts
are securely tightened and that
the velcro straps are secure (Fig
7.1).

Never sit on the rollator seat without making sure the
back strap is fixed correctly.

9. Handle Height Adjustment
To adjust the handle height up or
down, undo the tightening knob and
adjust the height. Tighten the knob
back up making sure the handles are
secure and level (Fig 9.1).
10. Braking
For braking while moving, pull
both brake levers upwards as
shown and always brake slowly
and steadily (Fig 10.1).
8. Stick Holder
Attatched to the rollator is a stick
holder. Place your stick into the
stick holder as shown (Fig 8.1) and
secure stick by using the Velcro
strap attatched to the back rest.

12. Sitting on the Rollator
Before sitting down on the rollator ensure the brakes are in the parking
position and make sure the rollator is on an even surface and will not
slide or topple over. Sit up straight and never lean backwards.
Do not support your weight on the handle when attempting to sit. Use
the handle to stabilize your body as you carefully turn around. Keep
your hands on the handles and slowly lower your weight onto the seat.
WARNING!
Never move rollator while seated and never sit more than
one person on the seat.
11. Locking the Brakes (Parking Position)
Push both brake levers down to
apply and lock the brakes while
the rollator is stationary (Fig 11.1).
WARNING! Test the brakes regularly.
WARNING!
All wheels MUST be in contact with the floor at All TIMES
during use. This will ensure the rollator is properly balanced.
WARNING!
Use the rollator on firm stable surfaces only. Never use the
rollator on uneven or loose terrian.
WARNING!
Never sit on the rollator seat without making sure the seat is
located correctly in the fully open postion.

WARNING! Always apply parking brakes before sitting and
only sit on the seat when you are located on a level and firm
surface.

Maintenance and Other
IMPORTANT! Do not use strong corrosive cleaners to clean or
polish surface. This could damage the rollator.
IMPORTANT! Store in dry location.
CAUTION! Be careful when folding and unfolding the rollator
to avoid injury by the mechanism.
WARNING! Always apply brakes when in stationary position
or when seated on rollator.
WARNING! Do not hang bags or other items from handles
as this will add stress to the rollator and could also make it
unstable.

Regular Checking:
Brakes - Examine daily before each use and make sure brakes are work-
ing correctly.
Tyres & Wheels - Examine tyres periodically for wear and make sure they
move freely.
Seat – Examine and check regularly for wear.
Bolts – Regularly check all frame bolts are fully tightened.
Cleaning:
Your rollator can be cleaned with a warm soapy water.
Do not use oil or other chemical solutions to clean your rollator.
Do not use scrub detergents, steam, or high-pressure cleaners.
Storage:
The rollator should be stored in an upright postion. It can be stored in
and outdoors, if outdoors then it should be stored under a waterproof
cover.
