6 Person Instant Pop-Up Tent
KDTNT6PPOPA
Quick Start Guide
What's in the ox
Please check the box for all of the following items. If you have not received any
parts, please contact the Kogan customer support team.
•Instant pop-up tent
•Roof cover
•tring (6) and ground stakes (12)
•Carry bag
Setting up the tent
The tent can be set up by a single person with practice, however it will be easier
with more people assisting.
Step one: Take the tent out of the
carry bag and lay the tent on the
ground.
Step two: Grasping the main center
pole, lift the tent up vertically. The
leg poles should splay out in a ring,
however they will be bending
concave (inwards) at this point.
Step three: leaning the tent against
your body, you can then lift the tent
poles up and outwards, so they form
a convex (outward) bulge.
Step four: once the top upward
facing poles are bulging outwards,
you can pull the bottom pole lock
upwards by pulling on the pole-
string. This will force all of the legs
outwards and the bottom lock will
engage with the top lock, locking
them together.
( ee the center pole locking
mechanism image below)
Step five: the tent can now be stood
upright, and the tent roof cover can
be placed over the top, with the
hooks attaching to the straps near
the tops of the tent poles.
Make sure to secure your tent to soft
ground using the ground stakes,
using 6 at the base of the ten and
the remaining 6 via the string
attached to the tent poles.

Packing up the tent
If the tent is wet, allow it to dry before packing it up. If time does not permit, you
can pack the tent up, but be sure to open the tent up again and allow to dry
before putting it into storage.
Step one: To pack up the tent,
remove all tent contents, the roof
cover, ground stakes and string.
Then push the lower bar
downwards near one of the hinge
braces. The locking mechanism
should disengage and the tent
will collapse.
Step two: carefully place the
center pole in the center of the
collapsed tent, making sure all of
the tent poles are now bending
concave (inwards) again, as
shown.
Step three: tarting at the end of
one of the tent poles, grab the
very end and lift it up and
towards the center pole. The
move around the tent in
sequence, lifting up all of the
poles, while tucking any air-filled
sections of the tent downwards
into the middle.
Step four: Lay the tent down on
its side and try to press all extra
air out of the tent. Then roll the
tent over and over, wrapping it up
into itself tightly, which will expel
all of the remaining air.
Once the tent is tightly rolled up,
tie the tent up with the tie-wrap
and return it into its carry bag
along with the roof cover, ground
stakes and string.
