suretoselectthesolenoidvalveforoperatingWVAthatsupplies
airpressuretothelockportsidewhenitisnotmagnetized.
Ifairissuppliedtothereleaseportwhentheswitchofsolenoid
valveisturnedoff,WVAmaydropthetooladapter(pallet)and
itisextremelydangerous.
AirBlowFunction:Airisreleasedfromtheseatingsurface,
thelocatingholeandtheclampingclearancetopreventcutting
chipsandcoolantfromenteringintothePalletGripperandto
cleantheseatingsurface.
4) Pleasesupplyfilteredcleandryair.

●Thereisnofilterprovidedwiththisproducttoprevent
contaminationintheaircircuit.
3) ApplyingSealingTape
●Wrapwithtape1to2timesfollowingthescrewingdirection.
Inordertopreventcontaminationduringthepipingwork,
itshouldbecarefullycleanedbeforeworking.
Piecesofthesealingtapecanleadtoairleakageandmalfunction.
4) InstallationoftheMasterCylinderandtheToolAdapter
●Installationofthemastercylinder:usefourhexagonalsocketbolts
(withtensilestrengthofA2-70ormore)andtightenthemwiththe
followingtorque.
●Installationofthetooladapter:useeighthexagonalsocketbolts
(withtensilestrengthofA2-70ormore)andtightenthemwiththe
followingtorque.
●Installationfailurewillcauseairleakage,deformationand
breakageofthegripper.
