1-1. Purpo e to u e
KS200-DM mea ure the concentration of automobile exhau t ga to diagno e and maintain the
condition of the vehicle. .
1-2. Term of u e

② An altitude of le than 1000m and a humidity of le than 85%.
③ In tall in a place where there i no direct unlight, vibration, or udden temperature change.
④ In tall it in a well-ventilated place.

3. Installation and precautions
3-1. How to In tall
follow the picture, lay down the machine and tight the bolt
(proceed both ide)
Stand the main body of the machine correctly,
level it up, and tighten it trongly o that it doe not hake.
① In ert one ho e into the flexable probe tube and the other into the inlet of the mea uring
in trument and rotate the butterfly clip to fix it.
② Connect the power
4. Measurement Mode
4-1. Warm up
① Power [ON] and tart initialization.
Ver ion → Time → Warming up(within 10 min) → Zero → Span → Cal
② Warming up i carried out tep by tep, and the initial count value may vary depending on the
urrounding temperature or the tate of u e of the device.
※ Please place the probe end in a clean atmosphere.

4-3. Mea urement peak hold (Mea urement Free acceleration mode)
① Check whether it i elected a a peak hold.
② Pre [HOLD] key.
③ In ert the probe of the mea uring in trument. Step on the accelerator pedal.
④ The mea urement creen i held at the highe t value, and pre the [PRINT] key to print the held
mea urement value.
⑤ Remove the probe. (※ watch out for burn .)

① Before tating mea urement, check whether the election mode i elected a the peak hold
mode.

5-2. Set Zero, Span
① Pre the SET key in the mea urement mode to move to the "CAL".
②Pre the SELECT key to perform the ZERO function and then the SPAN function.
5-3. Set DATE
① Pre the SET key in the mea urement mode to move to the "DATE".
②Pre the SELECT key to enter the etting mode, u ing ▼ , ▲ key et up and move on next.
Set up Year → Date → Time .
5-4. Set Hold mode
① Pre the SET key in the mea urement mode to move to the "HOLD".
② Pre the SELECT key to enter the etting mode, u ing ▼ , ▲ key et up and pre SET key
again di play “SAVE” and move on mea urement creen .
Peak HOLD ←→ HOLD
* Peak Hold - Keep updating in real time during mea urement.
* Hold –Fix the mea ured value when you pre the [HOLD].

6. Remote Controller (Options)
Remote control can operate the mea uring in trument from
a long di tance. It help omeone who operate the mea uring
in trument in the driver' eat.
6-1. Connet remote controller
Connect the remote control to the remote control terminal
by referring to the chapter 2 configuration diagram.
6-2. How to u ing remote controller
① Pre the remote control on/off key for about 3 econd while the
mea uring in trument i turned on.
② The power i turned on with the ound.
③ The mea urement value are di played on the remote control and can be operated in the ame
way a the operation key of the mea uring in trument.
④ Pre the remote control on/off key for about 3 econd to turn off the power.
7. Others
7-1. Len
If the len get contaminated, it can cau e an error in mea urement, o with a oft and clean
cloth,
Clean both len e regularly.

① Be careful not to touch the end of the probe tip.
② After u e, the probe tip i hot, o be careful of burn .
