I. Funktion / Function
Die Ladebox KS-5008 wurde konstruiert um jederzeit und unter fast allen Umständen kabellose KSE-LIGHTS-
Helmleuchten laden zu können. Durch die unterschiedlichen Eingangsspannungen kann die Ladebox sehr flexibel in
PKW, LKW oder am 230V Stromnetz betrieben werden.
Der Ladevorgang wird automatisch durch die Sicherheitsschaltung in der Lampe beendet, sobald der Akku vollständig
geladen wurde. Die Leuchten sind nach kurzer Ladezeit wieder einsatzbereit für die nächste Benutzung.
The charging box KS-5008 gives the possibility to charge cordless KSE-LIGHTS cap lamps anytime and under almost
all circumstances. The different input voltages allow a very flexible operation of the charging box in passenger cars,
motor trucks or at the 230 V power network.
A safety circuit inside the charging box will stop the charging process automatically as soon as the battery is charged
completely. The lamps will be ready for use after short time of charging.

Die Ladebox darf nur in trockenen und möglichst staubarmen Räumen, bzw. Fahrzeugen betrieben werden.
Die Ladebox kann mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben an einer Wand befestigt werden.
Die Umgebungstemperatur sollte zwischen -20°C und +50°C liegen.
The charging box may only be used in rooms or cars that are dry and as far as possible free from dust. It can
be fixed on a wall with the provided screws.
Environment temperature should be between -20°C and 50°C.
V. Gebrauch / Usage
1. Je nach Eingangsspannung entweder die Zuleitung für Wechselstrom oder Gleichstrom anschließen.
2. Zum Laden der Lampe das Ladekabel in die Ladeöffnung der Lampe stecken und die Lampe in die
Metalllasche der Ladebox einhängen.
3. Die Status-LED des entsprechenden Ladeplatzes der Ladebox und die Lade-LED in der Lampe leuchten
jetzt rot.
4. Kurz bevor der Ladevorgang beendet wird und der Ladestrom absinkt, beginnen die LED zu blinken.
Der Ladevorgang ist abgeschlossen, wenn die Status-LED der Ladetafel grün leuchtet.
Die Lade-LED in der Lampe leuchtet weiterhin rot.
5. Wenn die Ladebox nicht benötigt wird, bitte über den seitlichen Hauptschalter abschalten, bzw. vom
Gleichstromnetz trennen, wenn möglich.

VI. Service / Maintenance
Auf dieses Produkt wird eine Garantie von 2 Jahren gewährt. Die Garantiezeit beginnt mit Rechnungsdatum.
Die Garantie bezieht sich auf Materialfehler oder Fehlfunktionen, die nicht durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch verursacht
werden. Im Garantiefall bitte den Artikel mit korrekt ausgefüllten Serviceformular und einer Kopie der Kaufrechnung an den
Händler zurückgeben.
Die Ladebox nur trocken reinigen. Die Ladebox niemals unbefugt öffnen! Im Falle eines Fehlers bitte den Service der
Firma KSE-LIGHTS unter Tel. [phone] informieren. Die weitere Vorgehensweise wird dann abgestimmt.
Nur Original-KSE-LIGHTS-Ersatzteile verwenden, ansonsten erlischt die Garantie und die Betriebssicherheit kann nicht
mehr gewährleistet werden.
The warranty of this product is valid for two years after purchasing. The time of warranty starts with the date on purchase
invoice. The warranty extends over material defects or dysfunctions that are not caused by improper use. In case of
guarantee please fill out the customer service form full and return this together with the product and a copy of the
purchase invoice to the local distributor.
Please clean the charging box only dry! Never open the box unauthorized! In case of any failure, please make contact with
the KSE-LIGHTS service under [phone]. The further procedures will be settled then.
Please use only original KSE-LIGHTS spare parts. If done not so, warranty and safety of usage will got lost.
In den folgenden Fällen wird keine Garantie übernommen / in the following cases no warranty will be given:
- Die Ladebox wurde durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch beschädigt / The charging box was damaged by improper use
- Die Betriebsanweisung wurde nicht befolgt / The use did not obey the user manual
- Die Ladebox wurde unautorisiert geöffnet / The charging box has been opened without authorization

Serviceformular / Service form
1. Depending on the voltage of power supply, connect either the AC or the DC supply line with the supply socket.
2. To charge a lamp connect the charging cord with the connection plug of the lamp and fix the lamp in the eye for
fastening on the box.
3. The indicating LED of the according place on the charging box and the LED on the lamp will glow red.
4. Shortly before charging is completed and the charging current will go down, both LED will start flashing.
When charging is completed, the indicating LED on the box will glow green. The indicating LED on the
lamp will continue glowing red.
5. When the charging box is not in use, please disconnect power with the main switch at the side of the box.
