KOV12 es una máquina patentada para la recogida de la aceituna con un alto rendimiento, manejable
y ligera, que permite desarrollar de una forma sencilla y ecaz la recolección sin el uso de escaleras. El
presente manual recoge todas las explicaciones necesarias para la correcta utilización de la máquina.
También contiene notas importantes sobre la seguridad, por lo tanto, el manual debe estar cerca de
la máquina para una rápida consulta, si fuera necesaria.
La máquina standard se entrega completa con:
Vibrador KOV12
Prolongador de 100 cm
Cable de alimentación de 15 mt con fusibles
KOV12 funciona con una batería normal de 12V de coche. Para tener una autonomía de un día produc-
tivo de ocho horas, se aconseja una batería de mínimo 60Ah de capacidad
Empalmar el conector de KOV12 con el conector del cable de alimentación; usar los dos terminales del
cable para conectar la batería de la siguiente forma:
terminal rojo al polo positivo ( + )
terminal negro al polo negativo ( - )
Empalme del alargo
a) apagar la máquina
b) aojar la manivela de bloqueo situada al nal del brazo
c) sacar el tubo de apoyo interior del brazo
d) introducir el alargo hasta tope
e) cerrar de nuevo la manivela de bloqueo

El usuario deberá utilizar KOV12 conociendo las medidas de seguridad según las normas vigentes.
En particular deberá:
·usar SIEMPRE lentes de protección
·NO usar nunca KOV12 en proximidad de cables eléctricos
·NO usar KOV12 en caso de lluvia, temporales y por lo tanto trabajar siempre en condiciones de
sequedad
·antes de cualquier operación de limpieza o mantenimiento desconectar la parte eléctrica
·después del uso, desconectar KOV12 y colocarla en sitio seco y fresco

Antes de cualquier intervención de limpieza o mantenimiento el usuario debe desconectar la parte
eléctrica.
El mantenimiento debe ser efectuado exclusivamente por personal cualicado, utilizando solo recam-
bios originales.
Para garantizar un mantenimiento con ecacia elevada, el usuario debe efectuar una sencilla preven-
ción como se explica en la tabla siguiente:
N.B.: no usar aire comprimido
Substitución de las varillas de carbono
Si las varillas están dañadas o gastadas pueden ser fácilmente substituidas de la siguiente forma:
a) desenchufar la parte eléctrica
b) desenroscar la tuerca
c) sacar la varilla
d) introducir la nueva varilla
e) bloquear de nuevo el tornillo con la tuerca
NOTE: KOV12 tiene todas las partes interiores en movimiento protegidas con grasa especial de
por vida. NO ABRIR EL CABEZAL DE LA MÁQUINA. Cualquier intervención no autorizada finali-
zará automáticamente la garantía del fabricante.

KOV12 está fabricado con materiales de primera calidad, comprobada y puesta en marcha al 100% y
garantizada bajo los términos de la ley.
La garantía no cubre los daños producidos por uso no correcto o impropio de la máquina; el uso
correcto de
KOV12 es el que se describe en este manual.
La garantía no cubre eventuales daños económicos directos y indirectos derivados del uso o el paro
de la máquina así como de la falta de funcionamiento de la misma, y en ningún caso superará el valor
de la máquina. La garantía naliza en los siguientes casos:
·se verica un error de maniobra imputable al usuario
·el daño es imputable a un insuciente o incorrecto mantenimiento
·daños generados por el montaje de piezas no originales o de reparaciones no consentidas por el
fabricante
·Si no se siguen las instrucciones de este manual

KOV12 is a high-performance patented machine to collect olives. Handy and light, it allows collecting
olives easily without the use of stepladders. This manual includes all necessary information for a
proper use and maintenance of the machine. Besides it includes important safety notes, so it always
has to be kept with the machine for a quick reference.
In its standard conguration the machine is equipped as follows:
KOV12 shaker
100-cm extension
15-mt power supply cable equipped with fuse
KOV12 works with a standard 12V car battery. In order to have an operating autonomy of 8 hours we
suggest using a 60Ah battery at least.
Connect the KOV12 connector to the power supply cable; connect the cable terminals to the battery
as follows:
Red terminal to positive pole (+)
Black terminal to negative pole (-)
Extension assembly:
a) Switch off the machine
b) Unloose the handle on the handgrip
c) Take off the tube inside handgrip
d) Plug in the extension up to the end
e) Fasten the handle again

The operator has to use KOV12 respecting all the safety measures as per the current regulations.
Mainly:
·ALWAYS use protective glasses
·NEVER use KOV12 near electric cables
·NEVER use KOV12 in case of rain or storm, anyway work in a dry environment
·Before any cleaning and/or maintenance action disconnect the electric cables
·After using the shaker, disconnect the electric cables and store KOV12 in a dry and cool place

Before any cleaning/maintenance action the operator has to absolutely disconnect the electric ca-
bles.
Maintenance has to be made by skilled personnel only, with the sole use of original spare parts.
In order to assure a high performance for a long time operator has to make a simple maintenance
work as mentioned in the following table.
NB: Do not use air compressors
Replacement of carbon rods
Carbon rods can be easily replaced when damaged or worn. Follow the steps below:
a) disconnect the electric cable
b) unscrew the nut
c) take off the rod
d) plug in the new rod
e) fasten again the screw again with the nut
NOTE: The inside mechanisms of KOV12 are protected for a lifetime with a special grease. DO
NOT OPEN THE MACHINE UPPER PART. Any tampering will invalidate the manufacturer warranty.

KOV12 is manufactured with top quality materials, it is 100% tested and covered by warranty accor-
ding to the law.
The warranty does not apply to damages caused by an incorrect use of the machine; the proper use
of KOV12 is mentioned in this manual.
The warranty doesn’t apply to any direct or indirect damage arising from the use and/or the keeping
of the machine, nor from its malfunctioning, and it will in no case exceed the value of the machine.
The warranty does not apply to the following cases:
·An erroneous action by the operator
·Damages caused by incorrect maintenance or the lack thereof
·Damages caused by the assembly of non-original parts or by repair operations performed without
the authorization of the manufacturer
·Failure to comply with the instructions provided in this manual

KOV12 est une machine breveté pour la cueillette des olives, avec un rendement élevé. Maniable et
léger, il permit la récolte d’une façon simple et efcace sans l’utilisation d’escaliers. Ce manuel con-
tienne tous les informations nécessaires pour une utilisation correcte et un bon entretien de l’outil.
Il comprend aussi des instructions de sécurité importantes. Il faut donc garder ce document près de
la machine pour s’y référer à tout moment.
La conguration standard sera si équipée :
Secouer KOV12
Rallonge 100 cm
Câble d’alimentation de 15 mt équipé avec fusible
KOV12 fonctionne avec une normale batterie pour voiture de 12V. Pour avoir une autonomie pour une
journée de travail de 8 heures il est conseillé une batterie avec capacité au moins de 60Ah.
Connecter la broche du câble au KOV12, puis à la batterie de la façon suivante :
borne rouge avec pole positif (+)
borne noir avec pole négatif (-)
Branchement de la rallonge
a) Arrêter la machine
b) Dévisser la poignée qui se trouve en n du manche
c) Enlever le pied d’appui qui se trouve à l’intérieur du manche
