GINE STARTING & BREAK-IN
Proceed
as
follows
when
starting
and
breal<ing theengine
in:
1. Ma
ke
suretheneedle valve is unscrewed2 and

turns
from closedposition.
2. Fill fuel intothe tank.

position,prime the engine(push the choke bunon2 - 3
times
or
put 2 - 3 dropsof fuel directly Into thecarburetor)

3. Attach the booster

times.

pull
out
20
-30cmofcord.
Caution
:
Be
careful
not
to
pull
out
more
than
SOcm
of
cord
because
you
may
tear
It
and
the
spring

starter!
5. Oncethe engine is started, wah 5 -
10
secondsbefore
detachingtheboostercord
or
one-touch glow plug heater.
6. Run the engine another2 -
3tanks
and make sureyou
do
n
ot
apply full lhronte. Also allerwards, do not increase RPM
abruptly! Tighten
th
e needle valve by
t/8
turns
an
dcontinue
to run
lhe
engine, handling

genlly.
Caution:
After
each
tank
,
allow
the
engine
to
cool
off
naturally!
