This Lacoste digital watch model features a multi-function LCD display
with EL backlight and 5 Operating Modes: Timekeeping in 12-hour or
24-hour format with Calendar, Alarm Clock, Dual-Time, Countdown
and Stopwatch.
To use EL backlight:
Press Button Afrom any display mode to briefly illuminate dial.
To select MODE:
Press Bto cycle through the Operating Modes in this order: TIME →
ALARM →DUAL-TIME →COUNTDOWN →STOPWATCH →TIME.

To set TIME:
1. From Timekeeping Mode, press Cto enter TIME Setting Mode.
2. Press Bto advance through TIME Setting Sequence: SECONDS →
HOUR →MINUTE →YEAR →MONTH →DAY →SECONDS.
3. Press Dto adjust blinking number in active field; then press Bto
advance.
4. Press Cto confirm all settings and return to Timekeeping Mode.
NOTE: In HOUR format, use Ato select 12H or 24H format. When
12H format is activated, icon appears in Main digital display
during PM hours.

To activate ALARM:
1. From Alarm Clock Operating Mode, press Ato turn ALARM , then
CHIME then both ON or OFF.
To set ALARM:
1. From Alarm Clock Operating Mode, press Cto enter ALARM Time
Setting Mode.
2. Press Bto advance through ALARM Setting Sequence: HOUR →
MINUTES →MONTH →DAY. Active field will blink.
3. Press Dto adjust the blinking number in each active field; then press
Bto advance.
4. Press Cto confirm settings and return to Alarm Clock Operating Mode.

To set TIME in Second Time Zone:
1. From Dual-Time Operating Mode, press Cto enter DUAL-TIME
Setting Mode. Active field will blink.
2. Press Dto adjust HOURS; then press Bto advance.
3. Press Dto adjust MINUTES; then press B to advance.
4. Press Cto confirm settings and return to Dual-Time Operating Mode.

To operate COUNTDOWN timer:
1. In Countdown Operating Mode, press Dto start/stop countdown.
2. When Countdown stops, press Ato return display to preset time.
NOTE: When Countdown timer reaches 0, it stops automatically and
Alarm rings for 10 seconds. Press any button to stop Alarm.
To set COUNTDOWN duration:
1. From Countdown Operating Mode, press Cto enter COUNTDOWN
Setting Mode.
2. Press B to advance through COUNTDOWN Setting Sequence:
HOUR →MINUTES →SECONDS. Active field will blink.
3. Press D to adjust the blinking number in each active field; then press
Bto advance.
4. Press Ato turn Countdown ON or OFF; when activated,
appears beneath Seconds in the Main digital display.
5. Press C to confirm settings and return to Countdown Operating Mode.

In STOPWATCH Mode, this watch functions like a chronograph to
measure intervals of time. Use Buttons Aand Dto operate the
stopwatch timer.
To operate STOPWATCH:
1. Press Dto start timing.
2. Press Da second time to stop timing; read elapsed time on Main
digital display.
3. Press Ato reset display to zero.
To take a SPLIT-TIME reading:
1. Press Dto start timing.
2. Press Ato read split time in Main digital display; appears
beneath Seconds in Main digital display.
3. Press Aagain to resume timing.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to take any additional split times.
5. Press Dto stop timing.
6. Press Ato reset display to zero.
