HOSR - This hose reel is a user-friendly and
ergonomic product that provides a more e-
cient cleaning time, as it is always close to hand
and fast-started. In addition to being extremely
quiet, the construction keeps the hose clean and
whole longer, since it rarely, or never, needs to
be in contact with the oor. Connection to pipe
system is Ø50. Painted in RAL 9022.
The antistatic hose has a value of 104 Ω/m. Ce-
iling mounting available. The mounting option
must be specied when ordering, since a hose
reel that is prepared for another mounting can
not be modied.
Max. length of hanging hose:
HOSR standard: 1,5 meter
HOSR-XL: 2,5 meter
Adjustable hose stopper
Easy to adjust the length of the hose.
Antistatic hose

charge (104 Ω/m).
Retractable antistatic hose

and streamlines
the cleaning process.

hose and the shutter valve. Shutter valve

USERS MANUAL
Tighten hose reel spring
Placement/mounting
The hose reel is supplied as standard for wall mounting but can be obtained for ceiling mounting or on an extension arm up to 3 m. Unless
otherwise stated in order, wall mounted hose reel is delivered as standard. When retrotting a ceiling, there is a supplementary arm guide,
which makes the angle right for ceiling mounting. Hose reel is lifted into place by means of either fork lift, hydraulic platform or the like.
WALL MOUNT CEILING MOUNT MOUNTED ON ROTATABLE EXTENSION ARM
Pull out the hose at
least 2 meters and
until it reaches the
locking position.
Pull the hose
between the reel
and the arm.
Place the hose
over the reel
again.
To tighten harder, pull out so much hose that you can put it over the reel 2 times. Note that the spring can go into locked position if it is
tightened too much, then it is also not possible to roll out the entire hose. There is also a risk that the spring will go o. In order to reduce
the strength, the steps in the description are done in reverse order.
Hose is pulled out to the necessary length, whereafter it is locked by letting the hose move back in locked position. Hose is released by pul-
ling the hose forward to unlocked position and hereafter letting it roll back. Slowly roll the hose back while gently guide it by hand until hose
stop is reached. It must frequently be checked, whether the locking device is working without failure. Hose stop must be undamaged. Spring
cabinet may only be taken apart by especially trained personnel. May only be used with sucient fan extraction.
Hose reel operator or others must always be in such a distance from the hose reel to avoid getting in contact with it. Hose reel HOSR may
only be used for dust extraction. Max. 60° C (EVA hose). Longer hoses and other types than the original may not be mounted, since it can
damage the spring. If no hose stop is used, it must be ensured that at least 1.5 m hose hangs down in locked condition to prevent accidents.
The hose should at any circumstances never be stepped on or dragged against sharp elements, always roll up the hose when not in use.
