REGOLAZIONE ARIA DI COMBUSTIONE
La regolazione dell’aria di combustione si effettua
dall’esterno del cofano. Dopo aver allentato la vite A
agire sulla vite regolazione aria Briferendosi alla
targhetta. A taratura effettuata bloccare la vite A.

Indice di riferimento
REGOLAZIONE TESTA DI COMBUSTIONE
La regolazione della testa avviene tramite la vite C.
Agendo su tale vite si modifica la posizione del deflettore
rispetto al boccaglio, variando di conseguenza la
sezione di passaggio dell’aria.
1=Portata minima
2=Portata intermedia
3=Portata massima
4-5

Si consigliano ugelli Delevan tipo B e Steinen tipo S con angolo del cono di polverizzazione di 60°.
N.B.: Per evitare danneggiamenti agli organi di regolazione della testa di combustione, si consiglia, dopo
aver sfilato il deflettore, l’uso di chiave/controchiave per le operazioni di montaggio-smontaggio gicleur.
POSIZIONE ELETTRODI E DISCO DEFLETTORE
Dopo aver montato l’ugello verificare il corretto
posizionamento di elettrodi e deflettore, secondo le quote
indicate. É opportuno eseguire una verifica delle quote dopo
ogni intervento sulla testa.

APPARECCHIATURA LMO
Il pulsante di sblocco dell’apparecchiatura è l’elemento principale per poter accedere a tutte le funzioni di
diagnostica (attivazione e disattivazione), oltre a sbloccare il dispositivo di comando e controllo.
Il pulsante di sblocco è corredato di un led multicolore che da l’indicazione dello stato del dispositivo di
comando e controllo sia durante il funzionamento che durante la funzione di diagnostica.

In caso di blocco bruciatore nel pulsante di blocco sarà fissa la luce rossa.
Premendo il pulsante trasparente si procede allo sblocco del dispositivo di comando e controllo.
Premendo per più di 3 sec. la fase di diagnosi verrà attivata (luce rossa con lampeggio rapido), nella
tabella sottostante viene riportato il significato della causa di blocco o malfunzionamento in funzione del
numero di lampeggi (sempre di colore rosso).
Premendo il pulsante di sblocco per almeno 3 sec. si interromperà la funzione di diagnosi.

After loosening screw Aact on the air adjustment screw
B(see label). When adjustment is over tighten the screw A.

Reference notch
COMBUSTION HEAD ADJUSTMENT
The head adjustment can be effected by acting on the
screw C. Acting on this screw modifies the position of the
diffuser in relation to the draught tube, consequently
varying the cross-section through which the air flows.
1= Minimum delivery
2= Medium delivery
3= Maximum delivery

Delavan type B and Steinen type S nozzles with 60° atomization cone are recommended.
Note: To prevent any damage to combustion head adjustment parts it is recommended that, after removing the
diffuser, a wrench-counterwrench be used for nozzle fitting and removal work.
ELECTRODES/DIFFUSER ADJUSTMENT
After fitting the nozzle check that the electrodes and the
diffuser are correctly positioned, referring to the distances
indicated in the figure. Check positioning every time work
is carried out on the head.

The release pushbutton on the equipment is the main component for accessing all the diagnostic functions
(activation and deactivation) as well as for releasing the control and checking device.
The release pushbutton has a multicoloured led which indicates the state of the control and checking device
during operation and when the diagnostic function is in use.

Incorrect electrical connection or damage to equipment
If the burner is locked out, there will be a steady red light on the lock out pushbutton.
By pressing the transparent pushbutton, the control and checking device will be released.
By pressing it for more than 3 seconds, the diagnosis stage will be activated (red light flashes rapidly). The
table below describes the causes of the lock out or fault in relation to the number of flashes (always red).
The diagnosis function is interrupted by pressing the release button for at least 3 seconds.
