1ดาวนโหลด LAMPTAN HOME App จาก App store
หรือ Google play และสรางaccount

Log inที่LAMPTAN HOME App
ตออุปกรณ Smart Wifi Socket เขากับปลั๊กไฟ
กดปุม “+” หรือ ปุม “Add device”ในapplication
เลือกเมนู Socket จากนั้นใหเลือกเมนูอุปกรณ
Smart Wifi Socket และกดปุม “Next”

กดปุมสวิทชเปด/ปด บนตัวอุปกรณคางไว
ประมาณ6วินาที จนกวาจะมีไฟสีแดงกระพริบ
ปุมสวิทชเปด/ปด
ไฟLEDแสดงสถานะ
กดปุม “Go to setting” เพื่อเชื่อมตออุปกรณ
โดยเชื่อมตอ Wifi ชื่อ “HomeMate_AP” จากนั้น
ใหกลับเขาLAMPTAN HOME app
เชื่อมตอInternet Wifi
เมื่อเชื่อมตอWifiสำเร็จอุปกรณจะปรากฏใน
LAMPTAN HOME Appจากนั้นใหกด “Save”

บริการและรับประกันหลังการขาย
1. การรับประกัน ภายในระยะเวลา 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ซื้อ โดยนำใบเสร็จรับเงิน /
ใบกำกับภาษีมาแสดง ถ้าซื้อสินค้าภายใน 7 วัน แล้วเกิดสินค้ามีปัญหา
ทางบริษัทฯ ยินดีเปลี่ยนสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ให้ ถ้าทางบริษัทฯไม่มีสินค้าใน
คลังสินค้า ทางลูกค้าต้องรอสินค้า และสินค้าต้องไม่อยู่ในสภาพ แตก หัก
หรืออยู่ในสภาพไม่ปกติ
2. การรับประกัน จะไม่ครอบคลุมข้อบกพร่อง หรือความเสียหายจากสาเหตุ
ต่อไปนี้
a. การใช้งานไม่ถูกต้อง หรือนำสินค้าอยู่ในสภาพที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับการ
ใช้งานที่ผิด หรือนอกเหนือจากข้อแนะนำ การใช้ในคู่มือการใช้งาน
b. การซ่อม หรือ ดัดแปลง แก้ไข โดยบุคคลภายนอกที่มิใช่ช่างของบริษัทฯ
c. นำสินค้า ชิ้นส่วนหรือซอฟท์แวร์ของบุคคลอื่นมาใช้ร่วมกับสินค้า
d. หากสินค้า ชารุด หรือ เสียหาย อันเกิดจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี หรือการ
ต่ออุปกรณ์ผิดวิธี การใช้แรงดันไฟไม่ตรงกับมาตรฐานของสินค้าและ
การใช้งานผิดประเภทที่มีเขียนไว้ในฉลากสินค้า

Operation Guide
1Download LAMPTAN HOME App from App store
or Google play and create account.

Log in on LAMPTAN HOME App .
Connect Smart Wifi Socket with power outlet.
Choose“+” or “Add device” in application
Choose Socket, choose Smart Wifi Socket
and choose “Next”

Push Power button on Smart Wifi Socket
and hold for 6 seconds until red light flash
Power Button
LED Indicator light
Choose “Go to setting” for connect with
Smart Wifi Camera by connect wifi name
“HomeMate_AP” and back to application.
Connect Internet Wifi.
When the device is already connected to
internet, the Smart wifi camera icon will
appear on Lamptan Home App. Then,
press ‘save’ button.

Warranty and after-sales service
1. Warranty period shall be valid for 1 year since the date of
purchase, it’s subject to purchase invoice. For any
malfunction caused by inferior quality (normal usage),
the company will repair it for you free of charge.
Meanwhile, exchange of goods (due to quality problem)
is available to you within 7 days.
2. Exceptions are as follows:
a. Any malfunction or defect caused by improper usage
conditions or environment.
b. Any malfunction or defect caused by improper installation,
usage, unauthorized maintenance, modification, force
majeure or external causes.
c. Any malfunction or defect resulted from applying any
third- party product, software or component.
d. Any malfunction or damage not caused by the product’s
design, technology and quality etc.
