Gültigkeit dieser Anleitung:
Diese Anleitung gilt für Stellmotor Fabri at Lamtec Typ 662R2127
Diese Motoren sind ausschließlich zum Antrieb von Stellorganen von
Feuerungsanlagen in Verbindung mit Lamtec Feuerungs und Verbund-
Management Systemen Typ ETAMATIC, FMS oder VMS zugelassen,
wenn Stellungsrüc meldung 1 mit Poti 5 Ohm ausgeführt ist.
Die Art der Rüc führung ist formschlüssig und spielfrei ausgeführt. Die
Motoren sind als Stellorgane für ETAMATIC, VMS und FMS zugelassen
und entsprechen den Anforderungen an Stellmotore für diese Geräte.
Validity of this Manual:
This manual applies to control drives made by Lamtec type
662R2127
These control drives are exclusively certified to the drive of
regulating units of combustins plants in connection with
LA TEC’s firing and compound management systems type
ETA ATIC, F S and V S, if position feedback 1 is Poti 5
kOhm.
The kind of the feedback is positively implemented. The control
drives are certified for ETA ATIC, V S and F S and
corresponds to the requirements to control drives for these devices.

Ce manuel est destiné pour les servo-moteurs du fabriquant
LAMTEC et de type 662R212
L’utilisation de ces moteurs est autorisé pour le positionnement des
chapets d’une chaudière indistruelle et dovient uniquement
êtreraccordé aux automates de commande de type ETAMATIC,
FMS, VMS, lorsque rétroaction de position 1 est exécuté avec
potentiomètre 5kOhm.
Les caractéristiques de la recopie sont invariantes. Ces moteurs
sont destinés pourêtre piloter par les automates ETAMATIC, VMS
et FMS et présente les caractéristiques requis pour la
positionnement des clapets pour ces appareils.

Sicherheitshinweise für die Montage
Je nach dem, zu welchem Zeitpun t und unter welchen
Umgebungsbedingungen Sie den Stellantrieb montieren, sind spezielle
Sicherheitsaspe te zu berüc sichtigen.
• Die Montage und Inbetriebnahme des Antriebes darf nur durch
qualifizierte Fach räfte erfolgen, die sowohl über fundierte mechanische
als auch ele trische Kenntnisse verfügen!
WARNUNG
Vor einer Montage oder Reparatur eines Stellantriebes sind
alle betroffenen Geräte/Maschinen/Anlagen abzuschalten und
gegebenenfalls vom Netz zu trennen!
• Überzeugen Sie sich, dass pneumatische oder hydraulische
Geräte/Maschinen/Anlagen vor der Montage bzw. Reparatur druc los sind
oder veranlassen Sie dies. Sollte dies aus verschiedenen Gründen nicht
möglich sein, treffen Sie Sicherheitsvor ehrungen, das Schäden für
Menschen, Umwelt und Geräte/Maschinen/Anlagen ausgeschlossen
werden önnen!
• Die Verbindung Abtriebswelle Motor muss formschlüssig erfolgen. Die
Verbindung/ Verstiftung muss so dimensioniert sein, dass bei einer
Bloc ierung des Stellorgans auch der Motor bloc iert. Ein Abscheren,
Abreißen der Verbindung muss auch bei maximalem Drehmoment des
Motors ausgeschlossen sein. Hierbei ist eine Sicherheitsreserve von
mind. 50% einzu al ulieren
• Sichern Sie Ihre Arbeitsstätte ab und stellen Sie sicher, dass die
Geräte/Maschinen/Anlagen, an denen Sie arbeiten, nicht unbeabsichtigt in
Betrieb genommen werden önnen!
• Bei der Montage oder Reparatur eines Stellantriebes sind die jeweils
zutreffenden berufsgenossenschaftlichen Sicherheits- und
Unfallverhütungsvorschriften zu berüc sichtigen!
• Überzeugen sie sich vor der Montage/Reparatur über orre te Fun tion
der Sicherheitseinrichtungen!
WARNUNG
Bei Austausch eines Potentiometers oder Endschalters muss die
Auswirkung auf die euerungseinstellung überprüft werden!

Depending upon that, at which time and under which site conditions
you install the control drive, special safety aspects are to consider.
• The assembly and start-up of the drive may take place only via
qualified specialists, who have both founded mechanical and
electrical knowledge!·

Before an assembly or a repair of a control drive all
equipment/machine/plants concerned are to be switched off
and if necessary to be separated from the mains supplement

• Disconnections are only after previous consultation with the

de sécurité spéciaux doivent être pris en considération .
• L'assemblage et le démarrage de la commande ne peuvent avoir
lieu que par la main-d’œuvre qualifiée qui dispose des
connaissances mécaniques aussi bien qu'électriques fondées!·

Avant un assemblage ou une réparation d'un organe de
manœuvre tous doivent être mis hors circuit installations
d'appareil concernées et séparés éventuellement
approvisionnement de réseau!·

Testeinstellungen keine Gefahr für Mensch, Umwelt und Geräte/
Maschinen/Anlagen entstehen kann!

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die volle Bewegungsfreiheit der
Stellantriebe gewährleistet ist und für das Personal keine
Quetschgefahr besteht! Errichten Sie gegebenenfalls
Absperrungen!

Bei der Arbeit an geöffneten und betriebsbereiten Stellantrieben
besteht die Gefahr, das spannungsführende Teile (24/115/230/400V
AC~) berührt werden können! Das Montagepersonal sollte deshalb
entsprechend qualifiziert sein und sich dieser potentiellen Gefahr
bewusst sein!
• Sichern Sie den Arbeitsbereich der Geräte/Maschine/Anlagen gegen
unbeabsichtigte In- oder Außerbetriebnahme ab!

Signale des Stellantriebe, insbesondere die Stellungsrüc meldung

Dies ann wegen erhöhter Stromaufnahme das Ansteuerorgan oder den
Motor beschädigen.

 Einstellen der Wegendschalter
Die Wegendschalter mit Spitznoc en 15° sind wer seitig ca. 90° oder
135° eingestellt. Die Feinjustierung erfolgt mit Schraubendreher an
Schraube „F“. Schraube drehen, bis ein leichtes Klic en des Schalters zu
hören ist.
Zur Kontrolle, die Schaltposition ele trisch anfahren, wenn notwendig
nachjustieren und Stiftschraube „S“ mit 1,5 mm Inbusschlüssel auf No -
enwelle befestigen. Die Feinjustierung erfolgt wie bei Wegendschalter
mit Schraubendreher an Schraube „F“. Schraube drehen, bis ein Klic en
des Schalters zu hören ist. Durch ele trische Drehbewegung die Schalt-
position überprüfen; Schraube „S“ anziehen und gegen Lösen sichern.


 Adjusting the Stop Position Switch
The stop position switches with the 15° conical cams are factory-
preset on 90° or 135°. For fine adjustment turn screw “F” with a
screw driver until the switch clicks slightly.
For a check start the switching position electrically, readjust it if
necessary and tighten stud bold “S”. On delivery displacement
transducer switches with trigger cams 180° are set loosely on the
camshaft which is-at the same time- the drive shaft. Fasten the
trigger cam with stud bolt “S” and 1,5mm wrench slightly on the
distribution shaft. For a fine adjustment (like for the stop position
switch) turn screw “F” with a screw driver until the switch clicks
slightly. Check the switching position via electrical rotation,
tighten screw “S” and lock it.



avec des tournevis à la vis "F". Tourner la vis, jusqu'à ce qu'il
faille entendre cliqueter du commutateur . Par un mouvement de
rotation électrique la position de distribution réexaminer et la vis
"S" serrer et contre résoudre assurer.

Elektrischer Anschluss
Es sind die VDE- und EVU-Vorschriften beim An lemmen der
Regelantriebe zu beachten und sollten nur von einem zugelassenen
Fachmann angeschlossen werden. Beachten Sie den in der Haube
einge lebten Anschlussplan und die außen am Stellantrieb angegebenen
technischen Angaben. Sämtliche Fun tionen, wie Endschalter,
Potentiometer oder sonstige Optionen, sind wer seitig verdrahtet, die
Wegendschalter eingestellt.
lectrical Connection
VDE and EVU specifications have to be observed when connecting
our actuator motors. Connections are to be executed by an
authorized specialist only. Please follow the connection diagram
glued to the inside of the top as well as the technical information
found on the outside of the actuating drives. All functions like end
switches, potentiometers and other options are aiready wired, stop
position switches are preseted.

Regelantrieb mit AC Synchronmotor
Klemme PE:
An dieser Klemme wird der Schutzleiter angeschlossen.
Dieser hat wie der Name schon sagt eine reine Schutzfun tion. Das
heißt alle ele trisch leitenden Teile sind nach Anschluss des
Schutzleiters mit dem Potential "Erde" verbunden.
Klemme N (1):
An dieser Klemme wird er Neutralleiter angeschlossen.
Dieser bewir t, das bei Bedarf ein Stromfluss zustande ommen ann.
Klemme P:
L1 Manuell, wird an dieser Klemme eine Spannung angeschlossen ann
der Antrieb mittels den zwei Tastern auf der Platine von Hand verfahren
werden. (optional)
Klemme 2: ZU
Wird Klemme 2 die Steuerspannung angelegt, bewir t dies eine
Drehbewegung des Antriebs nach 12.00 Uhr – Position ZU:
(Auslieferungszustand).
Bei rechts-drehenden Antrieben (standard):
Drehbewegung von der Welle aus gesehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
von Position 03.00 in Richtung 12.00 Uhr.
Bei lin s-drehenden Antrieben:
Drehbewegung von der Welle aus gesehen im Uhrzeigersinn von
Position 09.00 in Richtung 12.00 Uhr.
Wird der Mi roschalter S1 durch die Schaltnoc e betätigt oder die
Spannung an Klemme 2 unterbrochen, wird die Drehbewegung
unterbrochen (der Antrieb steht).
Klemme 3: AU
Wird an Klemme 3 die Steuerspannung angelegt bewir t dies eine
Drehbewegung des Antriebs nach Position AUF:
Bei rechts-drehenden Antrieben (standard):
Drehbewegung von der Welle aus gesehen im Uhrzeigersinn von
Position 12.00 in Richtung 03.00 Uhr.
Bei lin s-drehenden Antrieben:
Drehbewegung von der Welle aus gesehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
von Position 12.00 in Richtung 09.00 Uhr.
Wird der Mi roschalter S2 durch die Schaltnoc e betätigt oder die
Spannung an Klemme 3 unterbrochen, wird die Drehbewegung
unterbrochen (der Antrieb steht).
WARNUNG
Es darf niemals gleichzeitig eine Spannung an
Klemme 2 (ZU) und an Klemme 3 (AU ) anliegen!

Klemme S1 (4):
Ist Schalter S1 betätigt und Spannung an Klemme 2, liegt hier eine
Spannung an, die für Steuerungszwec e weiter verwendet werden
ann.
Klemme S2 (5):
Ist Schalter S2 betätigt und Spannung an Klemme 3 liegt hier eine
Spannung an, die für Steuerungszwec e weiter verwendet werden
ann.
Klemme X6, X7, X8:
Stellungsrückmeldung
Potentiometer 5 R (Poti 1)
Rüc führung an ETAMATIC/FMS/VMS
Klemme 6 an Rüc führung (-)
Klemme 7 an Rüc führung (Mitte)
Klemme 8 an Rüc führung (+)
Sollte beim Hochfahren des Kanals der Rüc führwert in die
entgegengesetzte Richtung laufen, Verdrahtung ontrollieren, ggf.
tauschen
Klemme X9, X10, X11:
Zusätzliche Stellungsrüc meldung (Option)
oder
Versorgungsspannung für Gehäuseheizung 230VAC / 15W (Option)
Für die Ansteuerung des Antriebs empfehlen wir Relais / Schütze der
Gebrauchs ategorie AC 3 zu verwenden.
Sollte ein Reversierbetrieb notwendig sein, empfehlen wir Relais /
Schütze der Gebrauchs ategorie AC 4.

Actuator with AC Synchronous Motor
Terminal P : Holds the protective conductor whitch is used -as indicated by the
name- for protective function only. All conductive parts are
thereby connected to ground.
Terminal N (1): Holds the neutral conductor to provide for current flow, if
necessary.
Terminal P: L1 manual, attached at this terminal a tension can the drive by
means of the two tracers on the plate be proceeded by hand
(optionally)
Terminal 2: ZU
CLOS
If the control voltage will be applied to terminal no. 2, effects this
a rotation to 12.00 o’clock, position CLOSE : (delivery status)
at clockwise - actuators standard.
Looking onto the shaft from 03.00 o’clock to 12.00 o’clock.
At anticlockwise actuators the rotation affects to the other side.
Looking onto the shaft from 09.00 o’clock to 12.00 o’clock.
If the micro switch S1 will be pressed via the actuating cam, or the
voltage at terminal no. 2 will be disconnected, the rotation stops.
Terminal 3: AUF
OP N
If the control voltage will be applied to terminal no. 3, effects this
a rotation to position OPEN : at clockwise - actuators standard.
Looking onto the shaft from 12.00 o’clock to 03.00 o’clock.
At anticlockwise actuators the rotation affects to the other side.
Looking onto the shaft from 12.00 o’clock to 09.00 o’clock.
If the micro switch S2 will be pressed via the actuating cam, or the
voltage at terminal no. 3 will be disconnected, the rotation stops.
WARNING
It is not possible to have, at one time, voltage applied
to both terminals 2 (ZU) and 3 (AUF) !
