Readcarefullytheinstructionmanualandpracticewiththeequipmentbeforetheapplication.

Usetheprotectivedevicessuchasgoggles,bootsandsecuritygloves.

Donotexceedthe80%ofnominalcapacityoftheequipmentduringitsutilization.
 Maketheoperationsinwell‐lightedandstableareaandlookforsafetylocationtotheoperators.
 Blocktheloadmechanicallyoncetheapplicationisdoneavoidingtheoperationunderneath.
 Useallthesupportingareaofthehydraulicjackasinthesaddleasinthetoe.
 Preventtheuseoftiltingsaddlesiftheriskofsideloadispresent.
 
Donotexposetheequipmenttointenseheatsourcessuchaswelding.
 Dothemaintenanceoperationswithfreeloadequipmentsandincleanandwell‐lightedareas.
 Oncetheoperationisfinished,checkfordamagesintheequipment,cleanandstoreitinasafetyway.
 Abadconnectionoftheplugs,etc.couldproduceabadfunctionoftheequipmentandcouldcreatedangeroussituations.
 Donotmodifytheequipment(weldedparts,lever…)withoutmanufacturer’sconsent.Donotusethehosesfortransportoperations.
 Beforestartinganyoperation,makesurethat:theinstallationiswelldone,thesafetyoftheworkstationfortheoperatorandassurethatnoauthorized
personnelcouldaccesstotheexposedarea.
 Therefore, the operator must be perfectly trained inthe use of the equipment and acts under the logical security standards that themovement of
heavyloadsincludes.
2.WARRANTY

LARZEP,S.A.guaranteesitsproductsagainstalldesignandmanufacturingdefectsforthedurationsoftwoyearsfromthedateofpurchase.
This guarantee does not include the ordinary wear of both metalandnon‐metal parts, abuse, usingthe equipment beyond itsratedcapacityand any wear or
damageincurredasaresultofusingahydraulicfluidwhichisnotrecommendedbyLARZEP,S.A.Pleasenotethatiftheequipmentisdisassembledorservicedby
anyoneotherthananauthorizedservicedealerorbyLARZEP,S.A.,thisguaranteeisrenderednullandvoid.
Intheeventofawarrantyclaim,returntheequipment,toLARZEP,S.A.ortheauthorizeddealerwhichsoldyouthehydraulicequipment,LARZEP,S.A.willrepair
orreplacethefaultyequipment,whicheverisdeemedmostappropriate.LARZEP,S.A.shallnotbeheldliableforanyconsequentialdamagesorlosses,whichmay
occurasaresultoffaultyequipment.


TheLARZEPhydraulictoejacksarecompact,easy‐handleandlight‐weightedforeasytransport,especiallysuitetoloadelevationinconfinedspaces.
Tostart‐upitisenoughtointroducetheleverinthebacksideofthejack,therearethreepositionstooptimizetheergonomics,andpumpseveraltimesuntilyou
reachthewishedheight.
Tolowertheload,youhavetoreleasetheleverandfindthereleasescrew.Turnthisscrewinanticlockwisesensetoreturnthepistonandtheload.
Thereturnspeeddependsontheangleofturninitially.Toavoidunwantedmovementsopenitinsmallangle.
Releasetheleverafterusingthejackandstoreitwithretractedpistonandinverticalposition.

5.MAINTENANCE
Thejackworksnormallyinenvironmentalstandardconditions,iftheproposaltemperaturesareveryextremeandtheyexceedthe‐20ºor+50ºC,consultthe
manufacturer.
Checkingtheoillevel,releasethedipstickandseeforthelevel,itislabelledwiththemaximumofoil,neversuperiorto5mmbyexcessordefectofthismark.
UsehydraulicoilofhighqualityHVIISO32viscosity;makesurethatisnotdirtyinsidetheoilwemustaddtothejack.
