These multi-purpose folding ramps are designed to simplify the loading and unloading of ATVs as well
as motorcycles, lawn mowers, cement mixers and other plant with the ramps extended. They are NOT
designed to support the weight of a vehicle when the ramps are extended. Load vehicles onto ramps
ONLY when ramps are in the folded positions.
1. Read all instructions prior to use
2. Do not exceed the maximum weight per ramp 800kgs
3. Use only on hard services (concrete)
4. Centre load between the sides of the ramp
5. Maximum tyre width is 230mm (9")
6. Only use ramps central to one side of vehicle or simultaneously at equal distance from sides of
vehicle
7. Do not use with any other lifting equipment
8. A third party should be available to judge the loading procedure
9. Proceed slowly and continuously up the ramps (Do not accelerate or brake suddenly)
10. Check ramps are secure before proceeding
11. Check tailgate of vehicle for maximum load capacity
12. Always inspect the ramps prior and after use and do not use if damaged.
13. Keep ramps dry, clean and free from oil or grease.
14. To not attempt to modify, repair or extend these ramps in any way what so ever.
15. Do not exceed maximum height of 1.2m (40")
16. Keep fingers away from folding parts when opening or closing
17. Protect the tail gate of your vehicle before resting ramp to avoid damage to paintwork.

Step 1
Remove each ramp from packaging using
the handle
Step 2
Open the first section of ramp and bolt
together angled section using 4 bolts
per ramp (4)
Always ensure the flange is on the
underside (it is not a tyre guide)
See figures 1, 2, and 3.
Step 3
To use folded as a twin ramp for vehicle
repair, remove the stopping block located
inside the folded sections and insert at the
end of the ramp as shown

Before using as a vehicle ramp ensure the
brakes are applied and chocks are used to
secure wheels
Step 4
To use as a ramp for ATVs, mowers,
cement mixers etc; remove the
stopping block and unfold the
2 sections as shown, fixing the
anchor chains as required.
