Automatische Anpassung:
Ihre Unterfederung ist in der Regel mit
10 Doppelleisten ausgestattet.
Das Zusammenspiel der drei Komponenten:
• Glasfaserverstärkte Profile
• Flügel
• und seitliches Federelement
erlaubt es der patentierten Lattoflex-
Konstruktion, sich in einem hohen Maße an
Ihre ganz persönlichen Stützungsanforde-
rungen anzupassen. Ihre Lattoflex-Unter-
federung stellt sich sozusagen automatisch
ein, auch an geänderte Situationen.
Schulterzone:
Genauso automatisch funktioniert die große
Schulterzone. Durch die freitragende Kon-
struktion kann sie bei Bedarf den maximalen
Federweg freigeben und sorgt so für die
Entlastung der Schulter, insbesondere in der
Seitenlage.
Individuelle Anpassung:
Dennoch macht es Sinn, bestimmte Dinge
anzupassen und zu verstellen. Zum Beispiel
die individuelle Anpassung bestimmter
Zonen in Ihrer Unterfederung, um ein Hohl-
kreuz zu unterstützen und zu entlasten.
Dazu bietet die Unterfederung Lattoflex
300 zwei Möglichkeiten: Das Verdrehen der
Leisten (Konturanpassung) und der Einbau
von Federblöcken (siehe Punkte 2 und 3,
nächste Seite).
Die Flügelfederung Lattoflex 300 wird fertig
montiert im Lattoflex Grundrahmen gelie-
fert.
Die Bedienhinweise der Grundrahmen vom
Typ 300 und 310 finden Sie hier.
Bei allen Sitzrahmen vom Typ 360 bis 395
beachten Sie bitte die zusätzlichen Anleitun-
gen.
Orientierung: Schulterzone immer zum
Kopfende.
Einlegen in ein Bett:
Seitliche Auflageleisten dürfen maximal
4 cm breit sein (Mittelzarge: 8 cm).
Dreiecksauflagen bis maximal 15 cm
Schenkellänge.
Achtung bei Unterfederungen ab Typ 360:
Soll der Rahmen auf Dreiecksauflagen
liegen, dann bitte den entsprechenden Ein-
bausatz verwenden (als Zubehör erhältlich).
Die 4 selbstklebenden Folien vermeiden
Geräusche, die durch Verrutschen des
Rahmens entstehen können. Schutzpapier
von der Klebeschicht entfernen. Kleben Sie
dann die Folien links und rechts so an Kopf-
und Fußende in das Bettgestell, dass der
Rahmen auf den Folien aufliegt.

Konturanpassung:
Durch einfaches Drehen kann jedes Träger-
profil dreistufig verstellt werden (außer Schul-
terzone). Bei Auslieferung sind alle Träger-
profile in flacher Position eingestellt (weich).
Einstellen im unbelasteten Zustand: Wir
empfehlen das mitgelieferte Verstellwerk-
zeug zu verwenden und mit der zweiten
Hand die Doppelleiste festzuhalten.
Bitte beachten Sie die Drehrichtung:
Immer von außen nach innen, siehe
Abbildung.
Die Stufen rasten hörbar ein.
Zum Zurückstellen in die flache Position das
Trägerprofil in gleicher Richtungweiterdrehen.
Hier noch ein Hinweis zur Benutzung der
Konturanpassung:
Die Änderung der Steifigkeit wird durch den
ovalen Querschnitt der drehbaren Trägerpro-
file ermöglicht.
Diese bieten in den 3 Stufen einen großen
Einstellbereich. Das bedeutet: Das hochkant
gedrehte Trägerprofil ergibt eine ca. 1,9-fache
Steifigkeit. Je nach Typ der verwendeten
Matratze wird dieses beim längeren Liegen
deutlich spürbar. Sollte die Einstellung fester
sein als gewünscht, einfach eine weichere
Einstellung wählen.
Pro Doppelleiste kann jedes der beiden
Trägerprofile unterschiedlich eingestellt wer-
den, um eine Feinanpassung an die Körper-
kontur vorzunehmen.
Die für Sie richtige Einstellung finden Sie
durch Ausprobieren heraus: Richtig und gut
ist, was Sie als angenehm empfinden.
Federblöcke:
Mit den Federblöcken (FB) passen Sie Ihr
Bettsystem individuell an Ihre Liegebedürf-
nisse an.
Zusätzlich können die Federwegbegrenzer
(FWB) zur Feinjustierung eingesteckt werden.
Einfach einstecken und ausprobieren:
Richtig und gut ist, was Sie als angenehm
empfinden.
1 Satz mit 2 FB und 4 FWB sind im Liefer-
umfang der Flügelfederung enthalten.
Weitere Federblöcke sind als Zubehör er-
hältlich.
Montagehinweise:
Die Federelemente sind serienmäßig mit
dem kleinen Federblock (FB1) ausgestattet.
Bitte diesen vorab nach innen rausschieben
und dann den Federblock FB (siehe +) ein-
schieben. Nach Bedarf die Federwegbegren-
zer FWB (siehe ++ und +++) einstecken.
Lattoflex 310 Kopfhochlagerung:
1. Beliebige Stufe einstellen.
2. Flachlage: bis zum oberen Anschlag
anheben und dann absenken.
Bitte beachten Sie für Sitzrahmen Typen
360 bis 395 die separaten Montage-
und Bedienungsanleitungen.
Zu Ihrer Sicherheit:
Falls Sie einzelne Teile entfernen und sie
gewaltsam zerstören, kann von absplittern-
den Kunststoffteilen eine Verletzungsgefahr
ausgehen.

Wir gewähren eine Garantie von 10 Jahren
auf die elastischen Federelemente, die
Flügel und die Trägerprofile. Ist ein Feder-
element deformiert, bricht einer der Flügel
oder ein Trägerprofil, sorgen wir schnell für
Ersatz.
Diese 10-jährige Garantie gilt auch für den
ClimaCell®-Kern Ihrer neuen Lattoflex-Matratze.
Betrachten Sie den Matratzenkern für die
ersten 3 Jahre als neuwertig. Danach müs-
sen wir dann bei einer eventuellen Garantie-
leistung eine Wertminderung von 10 % pro
Gebrauchsjahr auf den Anschaffungspreis
anrechnen. Wir bitten jedoch um Verständ-
nis dafür, dass für Matratzenbezüge,
Polsterbezüge und Topper die gesetzliche
Gewährleistungsfrist gilt.
Bei motorbetriebenen Unterfederungen gilt
unser Garantieversprechen auf die Motoren
für 3 Jahre. Für alle anderen Material- oder
Fabrikationsfehler gilt ebenfalls eine Garan-
tie von 3 Jahren.
Generell gilt: Maßdifferenzen in der Toleranz
bis zu ± 2 cm bleiben bei gepolsterten Teilen
vorbehalten.
Beschädigungen, die durch unsachgemäße
Behandlung, Zweckentfremdung, nachträg-
liche Veränderungen oder durch natürliche
Abnutzung entstehen, sind von der Gewähr-
leistung ausgenommen. Montage- und
Transportkosten, die nach Ablauf der ge-
setzlichen Gewährleistungsfrist entstehen,
müssen leider berechnet werden.
Wenn Sie einen Grund zur Beanstandung
haben, sprechen Sie bitte mit Ihrem
Lattoflex-Fachhändler. In solch einem Fall
entscheiden wir über kostenlosen Ersatz
oder Nachbesserung. Halten Sie für das
Gespräch die Kaufrechnung und/oder diese
Garantieaussage bereit. Ihr Fachhändler
setzt sich dann mit uns in Verbindung, damit
wir gemeinsam Ihre Zufriedenheit schnell-
stens wieder herstellen können.
Von jeher fertigen wir Lattoflex-Produkte
gewissenhaft und sorgfältig. Dabei haben
wir immer dafür gesorgt, unsere Umwelt
nicht zu belasten. Alle Materialien sind so
ausgewählt, dass sie auch dann nicht zur
Umweltbelastung werden, wenn sie einmal
ausgedient haben.
Garantieaussage
Wir garantieren für unser Lattoflex-Bettsystem

Wählen Sie eine Raumtemperatur von
18°C bzw. 64°F und eine relative Luft-
feuchtigkeit von ca. 50 %.
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass immer Luft an die
Matratze kommen kann – sowohl von
unten als auch seitlich (Achtung bei Kasten-
betten).
Lüften Sie das Schlafzimmer regelmäßig
(häufige Kurzlüftungen sind besser als Dau-
erlüftung).
Lassen Sie die abnehmbare Matratzen-
hülle mindestens alle 2 Jahre reinigen.
Beachten Sie dabei die Textilkennzeichnung.
Wenn Sie schwitzen oder frieren, haben
Sie wahrscheinlich eine Zudecke, die nicht
Ihrem persönlichen Wärmebedürfnis ent-
spricht. Fragen Sie Ihren Fachhändler.
Beachten Sie die Abstimmung der Matrat-
ze auf die Unterfederung.
Bei Verwendung einer neuen Matratze auf
einer alten, verbrauchten Unterfederung
kann die Matratze in verhältnismäßig kurzer
Zeit beschädigt werden. Bei einer solchen
Kombination können keine Garantieansprüche
geltend gemacht werden.
Ihre Lattoflex 300 Unterfederung braucht
keine besondere Pflege. Es genügt, wenn
Sie sie einfach ab und zu mit einem feuch-
ten Tuch abwischen. Bitte verwenden Sie
kein Lösungsmittel, Benzin, ätzendes oder
scheuerndes Mittel.

specially designed for each other will both

the Lattoflex bed system 300, the mattress
and spring base always comprise a perfectly
matching unit.
By the way, you may find it strange lying on
the Lattoflex bed system in the first few
nights. This is a normal reaction while your
body makes adjustments to the new feeling
of comfort.
The AGR seal of approval is awarded only to
products whose back-friendly design has
been appraised by an independent commissi-
on of expert doctors and scientists.
You can therefore be quite certain that this
product is back-friendly! It is tested and re-
commended by “Forum Gesunder Rücken –
besser leben e.V.” (Forum Healthier Backs)
and the “Bundesverband der deutschen
Rückenschulen (BDR) e.V.” (Federal Associa-
tion of German Back Schools).

Automatic adjustment:
As a rule, the spring base is equipped with
10 double sections.
The three components
• fibreglass reinforced support profile
• wings
• and side spring element
work together in the patented Lattoflex bed
system to permit maximum adjustment to
your own individual support requirements.
In other words, your Lattoflex spring base
adapts automatically to changing situations.
Shoulder zone:
Similarly, the large shoulder zone adapts
automatically. Thanks to the self-supporting
design, it permits maximum spring deflec-
tion when the need arises, thus relieving the
shoulder, particularly when lying on your
side.
Individual adjustment:
Even so, it makes sense to adapt and ad-
just certain things. For example, individual
adjustment of certain zones in your spring
base to support and relieve a hollow back.
In this respect, the spring base Lattoflex 300
offers two possibilities: turning the sections
(to adjust the contour) and fitting spring
blocks (see next page, point 2 and 3).
The Lattoflex 300 wing spring system is
supplied ready mounted in the Lattoflex base
frame. Operating instructions for the base
frames for type 300 and 310 are contained
in this leaflet. Please heed the additional inst-
ructions for all sitting frames from type 360.
Orientation: shoulder zone always at the
head end.
Placing in a bed:
Side support sections must not exceed
4 cm in width (middle frame: 8 cm)
Triangular supports up to maximum 15 cm
leg length.
Caution with spring bases from type 360:
If the spring base lies in triangular supports,
you are kindly asked to use the correspon-
ding installation kit (available as accessory).
The 4 self-adhesive foil sheets prevent noises
that may be caused by the spring base slip-
ping sideways. Remove the backing paper
from the adhesive layer. Then stick the foil
sheets on the left and right sides to the
head and foot of the bedstead so that the
spring base rests on the foil sheets.

Adjusting the contour:
A simple turn is all it takes to adjust every
support profile in three stages (apart from
the shoulder zone). On delivery, all support
profiles are adjusted to the flat position (soft).
Adjusting without load: we recommend that
you use the supplied adjusting tool, and that
you hold the double section firmly with your
second hand.
Please note the turning direction:
always turn from the outside to the
inside, as shown in the drawing.
You can hear the stage engage.
To return to the flat position, continue turning
the support profile in the same direction.
When adjusting the contour, please note:
It is possible to change the stiffness thanks
to the oval cross-section of the turning sup-
port profiles.
These offer a wide adjusting range in the
three stages. In other words, when turned
upright the support profile offers approx.
1.9x stiffness. Depending on the type of
mattress being used, this will become appa-
rent after lying on the bed for a longer peri-
od of time. If the setting is firmer than you
want, simply select a softer setting.
Each of the two support profiles in each
double section can be set differently for fine
adjustment to the body contour.
You will find the right setting for you by trial
and error: whatever feels pleasant to you is
good and correct.
Spring blocks:
Use the spring blocks (FB) to adjust your
bed system to your individual needs.
In addition, the spring travel limiters (FWB)
can be inserted for fine tuning. Simply insert
them and test the system: whatever feels
pleasant to you is good and correct.
1 set with 2 FB and 4 FWB are included in
the scope of supply of the wing spring sys-
tem. Other spring blocks are available as
accessories.
Installation instructions:
The spring elements are fitted with the small
spring block FB1. Please push this out in
advance inwards and then plug in the spring
block FB (see +). Insert the spring travel
limiter (FWB) as needed (see ++ and +++).
Lattoflex 310 Raised head:
1. Adjust to the required stage.
2. To lower, lift to the top stopper and then
lower again.
Please heed the separate installation
and operating instructions for the sitting
frames from type 360 to 395.
For your safety:
If you remove and destroy any individual
parts by force, plastic pieces may splinter
off and cause injuries.

We give you a guarantee of 10 years on the
elastic spring elements, the wing elements
and the supporting profiles. In case a spring
element is deformed, a wing element or
supporting profile broken, we will quickly
deliver parts for replacement.
This 10-year guarantee is also valid for the
ClimaCell®core of your new Lattoflex
mattress. Consider the mattress core as
being as good as new for the first three
years. On making any guarantee payments
after this period of time, a value loss of
10% per year of use is deducted from the
purchase price. Please accept that the
statutory warranty period applies to the
mattress covers, upholstered covers and
toppers.
The motors of motor-powered spring base
systems are covered by a 3-year guarantee
promise. A 3-year guarantee period also
applies to all other material or manufacturing
defects.
As a general rule, differences in dimensions
for upholstered parts must be accepted up
to a tolerance of ± 2 cm. Damage due to im-
proper handling, misuse, subsequent modifi-
cations or natural wear and tear, are exclud-
ed from the warranty. Unfortunately, we will
have to charge you for any installation and
freight costs incurred after the legal warranty
period has expired.
If you have any cause for complaint, please
consult your Lattoflex dealer, keeping your
invoice and/or this guarantee statement at
the ready.
Your dealer will get in touch with us on your
behalf so that we can restore your satisfac-
tion as quickly as possible.
We have always manufactured Lattoflex
products conscientiously with all due care
and attention, making every effort not to
pollute the environment. All materials have
been chosen to ensure that they will not
create an ecological problem at the end of
their service life.
We guarantee our
Lattoflex bed system 300

Select a room temperature of 18°C or
64°F and relative humidity of approx.
50%. Make sure that air can always cir-
culate around the mattress - both from
below and at the sides (caution with box-
type beds).
Keep the bedroom regularly ventilated
(short ventilation periods are better than
permanent ventilation).
Have the removable mattress cover
cleaned at least every 2 years. Please
comply with the textile label. If you perspire
or feel cold, you are probably using a cover
that does not comply with your personal
warmth requirements. Please consult your
dealer.
Please make sure that the mattress is sui-
table for the spring base.
Putting a new mattress on an old, used
spring base can damage the mattress in a
relatively short period of time. No claims
can be made under the guarantee when
using this kind of combination.
Your Lattoflex 300 spring base does not
need any special care. Simply wipe it down
from time to time with a damp cloth.
Please do not use any solvents or benzene,
or any caustic or scouring cleaning agents!

mières nuits vous procurent une sensation in-
habituelle. C’est normal car votre corps est
en train de s’adapter à un nouveau confort
de couchage.
Le label de qualité AGR est décerné unique-
ment aux produits ayant fait la preuve de leur
structure adéquate pour le dos devant une
commission de contrôle indépendante com-
posée d’experts médicaux et économiques.
Vous êtes ainsi certain de posséder un pro-

Zone de confort des épaules :
La grande zone de confort des épaules
fonctionne elle aussi automatiquement.
Grâce à la construction en porte-à-faux, elle
permet une course maximale des ressorts
si besoin est, soulageant ainsi les épaules
notamment lorsque vous êtes allongé sur
le flanc.
Adaptation individuelle :
Il est cependant judicieux d’adapter et de
régler certains éléments. Par exemple,
adapter certaines zones de votre sommier
à vos besoins, pour soutenir ou soulager
une lordose.
Le sommier Lattoflex offre deux possibilités
pour le faire : rotation des lattes (adaptation
à la silhouette) et insertion de blocs ressorts
(voir points 2 et 3 page suivante).
La suspension à ailes Lattoflex 300 est livrée
montée dans le cadre Lattoflex. Vous
trouverez ici les instructions d’utilisation des
modèles de cadre 300 et 310. Pour tous les
sommiers permettant une
position assise (modèles 360 à 395), veuillez
consulter la notice spéciale.
Orientation : La zone des épaules doit tou-
jours se trouver côté tête.
Pose dans le lit : La largeur des baguettes
d’appui latérales ne doit pas dépasser 4 cm
(dormant central : 8 cm).
Appuis triangulaires : côtés longs de 15 cm
maximum.
Nota au sujet des sommiers à partir du
modèle 360 :
Si le sommier doit reposer sur des appuis
triangulaires, prière d’utiliser les pièces de
montage correspondantes (disponibles
comme accessoires).
Les 4 plaquettes autocollantes évitent
les bruits susceptibles de se produire par
glissement du sommier. Retirer le papier
protecteur de la couche de colle. Coller
ensuite les plaquettes à gauche et à droite
sur le cadre de lit, côté tête et côté pieds,
de sorte que le sommier repose bien sur les
plaquettes.

Adaptation à la silhouette :
Chaque profilé support peut se régler sur
trois niveaux par simple rotation (sauf dans
la zone de confort des épaules). Le sommier
est livré avec tous les profilés supports ré-
glés en position à plat (souple).
Réglage sans charge sur les lattes : nous
vous recommandons d’utiliser l’outil de
réglage fourni et de maintenir la double latte
avec l’autre main.
Attention au sens de rotation : toujours
de l’extérieur vers l’intérieur; voir
illustration.
Les niveaux s’enclenchent avec un bruit audible.
Pour remettre le profilé support en position
à plat, poursuivre la rotation dans le même
sens.
Encore une remarque sur l’utilisation de
l’adaptation à la silhouette :
La section ovale des profilés supports mobi-
les permet de modifier la rigidité.
Ces profilés permettent une vaste plage de
réglage sur 3 niveaux. Cela signifie que le
profilé support orienté sur chant confère
une rigidité multipliée par 1,9 environ, que
vous ressentirez nettement en restant allon-
gé longtemps, en fonction du type de mate-
las utilisé. Si le réglage est trop rigide à votre
goût, il vous suffit d’en choisir un plus soup-
le.
Il est possible de régler différemment chacun
des deux profilés supports d’une double latte,
pour procéder à un réglage de précision
adapté à votre silhouette.
Vous trouverez le réglage qui vous convient
en essayant : chaque position que vous
estimez agréable est correcte et appropriée.
Blocs ressorts :
Les blocs ressorts (FB) vous permettent
d’adapter votre système de literie à vos be-
soins de couchage personnels.
Vous pouvez également emboîter les limiteurs
de la suspension (FWB) pour procéder à
un réglage de précision. Il suffit de les
emboîter et d’essayer : chaque position
que vous estimez agréable est correcte et
appropriée.
La suspension à ailes est livrée avec un
jeu de 2 FB et 4 FWB. Des blocs ressorts
supplémentaires sont disponibles comme
accessoires.
Instructions de montage:
Les éléments élastiques sont équipés,
en série, de petits blocs ressorts (FB1).
Veuillez les extraire au préalable en les
poussant vers l‘intérieur, avant de procéder
à l‘insertion des blocs ressorts FB (voir +).
Emboîtez les limiteurs de suspension FWB
(voir ++ et +++) au besoin.
Lattoflex 310 – relèvement de la tête :
1. Régler un niveau à votre convenance.
2. Position à plat : relever jusqu’à la butée
supérieure puis abaisser.
Prière de consulter les instructions de
montage et d’utilisation séparées con-
cernant les modèles de sommiers 360 à
395 permettant une position assise.
Pour votre sécurité :
Les éclats de matières plastiques risquent
de vous blesser si vous retirez des pièces
et les détruisez.

Nous concédons une garantie de 10 ans sur
les éléments élastiques, les ailes de sommier
et les profilés support.
Nous nous engageons à remplacer rapide-
ment tout élément élastique déformé ou aile
de sommier rompue ou profilé support rompu.
Cette garantie de 10 ans est également va-
lable pour le noyau en mousse PUR haute
résilience ClimaCell®de votre nouveau ma-
telas Lattoflex. Le noyau de votre matelas
est une valeur sûre qui conserve son état
neuf pendant 3 ans. Nous sommes dans
l’obligation, pour tous les cas de garantie in-
tervenant après l’écoulement de cette pé-
riode, de calculer un amoindrissement annuel
de la valeur de 10 % du prix d’achat. Veuil-
lez cependant considérer que la durée de la
garantie pour les housse de matelas, les
housse de tapisserie et les toppers est limi-
tée au délai de garantie légal.
Notre promesse de garantie est de trois
ans pour les moteurs des ensembles têtes
et pieds relevables à commande électrique.
Cette garantie de trois ans s’étend égale-
ment à d’éventuels défauts ou vices des
matériaux ou de fabrication.
En règle générale : Des différences dim-
mensionnelles dans la tolérance jusqu’à
± 2 cm sont réservées aix poèces rembou-
rées. Nous déclinons toute prétention à
garantie pour les dommages causés par des
conditions anormales d’utilisation, une
désaffectation volontaire, une modification
ultérieure ou une usure normale. Nous
devons malheureusement facturer les frais
de déplacement, de montage et de trans-
port se produisant après l’écoulement du
délai de granatie légal.

Choisissez une température ambiante de
18 °C, soit 64 °F, et une humidité relative
de l’air d’environ 50 %.
Veillez à ce que le matelas soit toujours
bien aéré – aussi bien par-dessous que par
côtés (important pour les lits coffres).
Aérez la chambre régulièrement (des
aérations courtes et fréquentes sont préfé-
rables à une aération prolongée).
Faites nettoyer les housses de matelas
amovibles au moins tous les 2 ans. Res-
pecter les indications sur les étiquettes. Si
vous transpirez ou si vous avez froid, il se
peut que votre couverture ne corresponde
pas à vos besoins personnels de chaleur.
Demandez conseil à votre revendeur spé-
cialisé.
Veillez à ce que le matelas soit parfaitement
adapté au sommier.
Un matelas neuf utilisé sur un sommier
ancien et usagé peut être endommagé
relativement vite. Aucun droit à la garantie
ne sera accepté dans un tel cas.
Votre sommier Lattoflex 300 ne néces-
site aucun entretien particulier. Il suffit
de l’essuyer de temps en temps avec un
chiffon humide. Ne pas utiliser de solvants,
d’essence, de produits corrosifs ou abra-
sifs.
