Open the waist belt on both sides.
Put the protector on, makes sure the it is the right side around front to front (4a)
and back to back (4b). Go through steps 1- 3 in reverse to close everything up.
Be sure to check that the brace shoulder sits directly over your shoulder.
Adjust Waist Belt (1) till brace shoulder ts correctly.

Next open the neck brace by pushing the release button (1a) on the right
side of the brace (2b) and pull the brace shoulder appart.
Locate the shoulder
straps under the
shoulder cups (3a)
and pull the upper
strap away from the
bottom strap (3b)
Use help to measure from the bottom of the helmet rim to the top of the neck
brace platform (5b). The zone of optimum eectiveness is between 50 - 80 mm in
Front and 50 - 90 mm in Back (5c).

Cleaning
Wipe only with a soft cloth damped in gentle soap or mild detergent in cold
water, rinse by wiping with a soft cloth damped in cold water and dry with
a soft cloth. Common substances applied to this product (solvent, cleaners,
hair tonics, etc.) can cause damage that may be invisible to the user and
compromise the eectiveness/safety of your Leatt® protector.
Always refer to the material content label on the Fusion. None of the
materials used in the construction of the product are known to contain
anything that might cause an allergic reaction or be dangerous to health.

Storage and transportation
Place on a clean, dry surface and store in a dry, well-ventilated environment
away from direct sunlight and extremes of temperature. Do not place heavy
objects on top of your Fusion.
The protection provided by your Fusion should not be aected by non-
extreme ambient temperature and weather conditions.
Maintenance and Obsolescence
For maximum performance, your Fusion Vest 2.0 Junior must be inspected
prior to each use. Stop using the protector if any components show signs of
damage or are worn, cracked, and/or deformed, or if the inside padding has
deteriorated. Leatt® Corporation recommends that your Fusion should be
replaced every three (3) years under normal use conditions.
Should you experience a collision or if your Fusion or any component shows
any signs of damage, cracking, deformity and/or the inside padding is
deteriorating, return the product to the seller for inspection or destroy and
replace it. Please dispose of it in an environmentally-friendly manner.
Do not drill holes, paint, cut, heat, bend, apply decals or stickers, or make
any other modications to the Fusion. Doing so may compromise the
eectiveness and safety of your Leatt® product.

Testing and approval
The Leatt® Fusion Vest 2.0 Junior has been tested against the manufacturer’s
specications and EC Type - Examination certication has been issued by
RICOTEST Via Tione, 9 - 37010 Pastrengo (VR), Notied Body No. 0498. It is
CE marked to denote compliance with the EU Personal Protective Equipment
Directive 89/686/EEC.

Seiten.
Legen Sie den Protektor an und achten Sie darauf, dass er vorne (4a) und
hinten (b) richtig anliegt. Wiederholen Sie Schritte 1-3 in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge, um alles zu schließen.
Prüfen Sie unbedingt, dass das Schulterteil der Stütze direkt über Ihrer
Schulter sitzt. Stellen Sie den Hüftriemen (1) so lange ein, bis das Schulterteil
richtig anliegt.

Wasser angefeuchteten Tuch abwischen, mit einem weichen, in kaltem
Wasser angefeuchteten Tuch abspülen und mit einem weichen Tuch trocken
reiben. Das Auftragen gebräuchlicher Mittel auf dieses Produkt (Lösungs-
oder Reinigungsmittel, Haarwasser, usw.) kann Schäden verursachen, die
für den Benutzer unsichtbar sind und die Wirksamkeit bzw. Sicherheit Ihres
Leatt® Protektors beeinträchtigen.
Nehmen Sie immer Bezug auf das Materialetikett an der Fusion. Keine für

Transport und Aufbewahrung
Bewahren Sie das Produkt auf einer sauberen, trockenen Fläche in
einem trockenen, gut belüfteten Raum ohne direkte Sonneneinwirkung
oder extreme Temperaturschwankungen auf. Legen Sie keine schweren
Gegenstände auf Ihre Fusion ab.
Der Schutz, der Ihre Fusion Ihnen bietet, wird in der Regel nicht
durch geringfügige Schwankungen der Umgebungstemperatur und
Wetterbedingungen beeinusst.
Wartung und Veralterung
Für maximale Leistung muss Ihre Fusion Weste 2.0 vor jedem Gebrauch
untersucht werden. Benutzen Sie Ihre Fusion nicht mehr, wenn Sie Anzeichen
von Schäden oder Verschleiß, Risse und/oder Deformierungen feststellen
oder das Füllmaterial beschädigt ist. Die Leatt® Corporation empehlt, dass
Sie Ihre Fusion bei normaler Benutzung alle drei (3) Jahre ersetzen.
Sollten Sie in eine Kollision verwickelt sein oder sollte Ihre Fusion
irgendwelche Anzeichen von Schäden oder Verschleiß, Risse und/oder
Deformierungen aufweisen oder das Füllmaterial beschädigt sein, senden
Sie das Produkt zwecks Inspektion an den Händler zurück oder entsorgen
und ersetzen Sie es. Entsorgen Sie das Produkt bitte auf umweltfreundliche
Weise.
Perforieren, bemalen, schneiden, erhitzen und biegen Ihre Fusion nicht,
kleben Sie keine Sticker auf und nehmen Sie keine anderen Änderungen an
Ihrer Fusion vor. Eine derartige Vorgehensweise kann die Eektivität und
Sicherheit Ihres Leatt® Produkts beeinträchtigen.

Die Leatt® Fusion Weste 2.0 Junior wurde nach den Spezikationen
des Herstellers geprüft, und eine Prüfbescheinigung gemäß EG-
Typengenehmigung wurde von RICOTEST Via Tione, 9 - 37010 Pastrengo
(VR), benannte Stelle Nr. 0498, ausgestellt. Das Produkt trägt das CE-

da 1 a 3 al contrario per richiudere il protettore.
Vericare che la spalla del collare si trovi in corrispondenza della spalla
dell'utente. Regolare la cintura in vita (1) no a che la spalla del collare non
risulti correttamente posizionata.

Pulizia
Pulire esclusivamente con un panno morbido inumidito in acqua fredda
con detersivo o sapone delicato; risciacquare utilizzando un panno morbido
inumidito in acqua fredda, quindi asciugare con un panno morbido. Le
sostanze più comuni applicate a questo prodotto (solventi, detergenti, lozioni,
ecc....) possono causare danni invisibili all'utente ma che compromettono
l'ecacia/sicurezza del protettore Leatt® .
Consultare sempre l'etichetta descrittiva dei materiali su Fusion. Nessuno dei
materiali utilizzati per la fabbricazione del prodotto contiene sostanze che

Conservazione e trasporto
Posizionare su una supercie asciutta e pulita, quindi conservare in ambiente
asciutto e ben ventilato lontano dalla diretta luce del sole e da temperature
estreme. Non appoggiarvi sopra oggetti pesanti.
La protezione garantita da Fusion non deve mai risultare compromessa da
condizioni ambientali e da relative temperature non estreme.
Manutenzione e obsolescenza
Per ottenere prestazioni massime, è necessario ispezionare con attenzione
Fusion Vest 2.0 Junior prima dell'uso. L'uso del protettore deve essere
sospeso in caso di evidenti segni di danneggiamento o usura, fessurazioni
e/o deformazioni o se l'imbottitura interna risulti deteriorata. Leatt®
Corporation raccomanda di sostituire Fusion a cadenza triennale in
condizioni normali di utilizzo.
In caso di collisioni o laddove Fusion o altro componente mostri segni
di danneggiamento, fessurazione, deformazione e/o deterioramento
dell'imbottitura interna, restituire il prodotto al venditore per opportuna
ispezione o distruzione e sostituzione. Smaltire il prodotto attenendosi alle
norme di tutela dell'ambiente.
Non realizzare fori, verniciature, tagli, riscaldamenti, essioni, non applicare
trasferelli o sticker, non apportare qualsiasi altro tipo di modica a Fusion, in
quanto potrebbe risultare compromessa l'ecacia e sicurezza del prodotto
Leatt® .

produttore e alla tipologia CE. La certicazione post-esame è stata emessa da
RICOTEST Via Tione, 9 - 37010 Pastrengo (VR), Organismo noticato n. 0498.
È dotato di marcatura CE per attestare l'ottemperanza alla Direttiva 89/686/

Ouvrir la ceinture de taille des deux côtés
Enler le protecteur et s'assurer que de l'avant est bien devant (4a) et l'arrière
bien derrière (4b). Suivre les étapes 1 à 3 à l'envers pour fermer le tout.
Vériez que les épaules du protecteur repose bien directement sur vos
épaules. Réglez la ceinture de taille (1) de manière à ce que les épaules soient
correctement ajustées.

Ensuite, ouvrir le protège-cou en poussant le bouton de déverrouillage (1
a) sur la droite du protège-cou (2b) et tirer l'épaule du protège-cou pour le
détacher.

Faites-vous aider pour mesurer la distance entre la base du casque et la surface

Nettoyage
Essuyer avec un chion doux humidié à l'eau froide et au savon ou
détergent doux, rincer un essuyant avec un chion doux humidié à l'eau
froide, puis sécher avec un chion doux. L'application de substances
ordinaires sur ce produit (solvants, nettoyants, tonique capillaire) risquerait
de causer des dommages pouvant être invisibles pour l'utilisateur et
compromettre l'ecacité/la sécurité de votre protecteur Leatt® .
Toujours se référer à l'étiquette des matériaux de composition sur le Fusion.
Aucun des matériaux employés dans la construction de ce produit n'est
connu pour contenir quelconque élément susceptible de causer une réaction
allergique ou nuire à la santé.

Remisage et transport
Placer sur une surface propre et ranger dans un environnement sec et bien
ventilé, à l'abri du rayonnement solaire direct et de températures extrêmes.
Ne placez pas d'objets lourds sur votre Fusion.
La protection que procure votre Fusion ne devrait pas être aecté par des
conditions météorologiques et de température ambiante non extrêmes.
Entretien et obsolescence
Pour une performance maximale, votre Fusion Vest 2.0 Junior doit
être inspecté avant chaque utilisation. Cessez d'utiliser le protecteur si
quelconque de ses composants comporte des signes de dommages ou sont
usés, ssurés et/ou déformés, ou si le matelassage intérieur s'est détérioré.
Leatt® Corporation recommande de remplacer votre Fusion tous les trois (3)
ans dans des conditions d'utilisation normales.
Après une collision, ou si votre Fusion ou quelconque de ses composants
présente tous signes de dommages, ssures, déformations et/ou
détérioration du matelassage intérieur, retourner le produit auprès du
vendeur pour inspection ou le détruire et le remplacer. Veuillez éliminer le
produit en respectant l'environnement.
Ne pas percer, peindre, couper, chauer, tordre, appliquer d'autocollants ou
décalcomanies, ni apporter toute autre modication au Fusion. Cela pourrait
compromettre l'ecacité et la sécurité de votre produit Leatt® .
