Testing and Approval
Leatt®5.5/4.5 boots are a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) belonging to the second Category Risk
according to the REGULATION (EU) 2016/425 and it complies with the requirements laid down by the European
Standard EN13634:2017 Protective footwear for motorcycle’. It has been certied by DOLOMITICERT SCARL, Zi
Villanova, 32013 Longarone, Italy, Notied Body Number 2008.
This European Standard includes several properties which have two performance levels in terms of
protection aorded. These cover the degree of risk or hazard that a motorcyclist will face in terms of the
type of riding and the nature of the accident. At an increased accident risk “Level 2” the performance features
oers increased performance. This higher performance level has an increased penalty of weight and comfort
and may not be acceptably to all riders.

Protection provided
Leatt’s boots are designed and manufactured to provide both limited protection of the foot and lower leg
against the risk of impact in the event of a fall and maximum natural mobility to ride motorcycle with comfort
and security.
Both active and passive protection is given by the assembled plastic components and the articulation of
boot joint and mechanism that allows for natural foot, leg and ankle mobility. For proper function of the
boot it must t and cover the foot and leg correctly. Make sure you use the correct size according to the
manufacturer’s size chart.
Use
Our boots are manufactured with the latest technology and are specically designed for Motorcycle riders’
use only. The boots are not to be used for any other kinds of sports.

All motorized sports are HAZARDOUS, that involves various known and unknown risks that could result
injuries, permanent paralysis or even death. Leatt’s boots were designed to reduce the risk of injuries
to the foot in the event a motorcycle crash and were tested for cut and abrasive resistance as well. The
plastic components were also tested to be able to prevent injuries. No product, including Leatt’s boots, can
completely prevent injuries of any kind.
We strongly advise to check the general state of your boot, i.e, proper functioning of the closure system and
the fastening of the mechanisms, no tearing/perforation of the upper or sole, before any use.

WARRANTY
Use with other personal protective equipment
Leatt® protectors form part of a protective equipment ensemble available for use by participants in o road
motorcycling activities. Additional PPE, which it is recommended should be worn during o road motorcycling
activities, includes clothing conforming to EN 13595-1, where applicable to the riding environment (may not
be suitable for o-road motorcycling) or other suitable clothing providing full coverage to the body, arms and
legs; impact protectors conforming to EN 1621-1 (where not already a component of your Leatt®protector
or other motorcycle clothing); gloves conforming to EN 13594 helmet certied to your local standard. Always
perform any motor sport activity with caution and use/wear appropriate safety equipment.
Storage and transportation
Transport the Leatt® product on a clean, dry surface and store in a dry, well-ventilated environment away
from direct sunlight and extremes of temperature. Do not place heavy objects on top of Leatt®product as
this can damage the fabrics and plastic materials. The protection provided by your Leatt®product should not
be aected by non-extreme ambient temperature and weather conditions.
Maintenance and obsolescence
For maximum performance, the Leatt®product must be inspected prior to each use. Stop using the protector
if any components show signs of damage or are worn, cracked, and/or deformed, or if the inside padding has
deteriorated. Leatt®Corporation recommends that the Leatt®product is replaced every three (3) years under
normal use conditions. Should you experience a collision or if the Leatt®product or any component shows
any signs of damage, cracking, deformity and/or the inside padding is deteriorating, return the product to the
seller for inspection or destroy and replace it. Please dispose of it in an environmentally-friendly manner. Do
not drill holes, paint, cut, heat, bend, apply decals or stickers, or make any other modications to the boot.
Cleaning
To clean the Leatt boots use a damp cloth and clean water. Touch-and-close fastenings can be cleared of
debris using a nail brush. If the boot has become soiled in use, wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Use a
soft brush, damped in water, to clean the perforations in the components. Only use tap water. Do not use a
power washer for cleaning the boots. Dry away from direct heat / sunlight in a well-ventilated space. Never
use cleaners or detergents. The product will be damaged by the cleaning process and chemicals and the level
of protection provided severely reduced. Common substances applied to this product (solvent, cleaners, hair
tonics, etc.) can cause damage that may be invisible to the user and compromise the eectiveness/safety of
your Leatt® product. If in any doubt, please contact the manufacturer before cleaning your protector. None of
the materials used in the construction of the product are known to contain anything that is harmful or might
cause an allergic reaction or be dangerous to health.
Bending or twisting the boots excessively is considered improper use and it may cause the loss of protection
properties or breakage of the gear. During use the motorcycle boots’ temperature should not drop below
-20° C and not exceed 60°C.
We recommend that the boots are not left outside or exposed to high temperatures before use.
Doing so may compromise the eectiveness and safety of your Leatt®product.
Only use ocial Leatt spare parts and please consult a boot specialist in the event that a sole replacement
is required

Sämtliche motorisierten Sportarten sind GEFÄHRLICH, was mit verschiedenen bekannten und unbekannten
Risiken verbunden ist, die zu Verletzungen, dauerhafter Lähmung oder sogar zum Tod führen können. Die
Motorradstiefel von Leatt sind unter der Zielsetzung entwickelt worden, das Verletzungsrisiko des Fußes
bei einem Motorradcrash zu reduzieren. Zudem sind sie auch auf Schnitt- und Abriebfestigkeit getestet
worden. Auch die Kunststokomponenten wurden geprüft, ob diese dazu imstande sind, Verletzungen
zu verhindern. Kein Produkt, einschließlich der Motorradstiefel von Leatt, kann Verletzungen jeglicher Art
vollständig verhindern.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen dringend, den Allgemeinzustand Ihres Schuhs, d.h. die einwandfreie Funktion des
Verschlusssystems und des Befestigungsmechanismus und die Ober- und Untersohle des Schuhs auf Risse
oder Perforationen, vor jeglichem Gebrauch zu prüfen.

Prüfung und Genehmigung
Leatt 5.5/4.5 Stiefel stellen eine persönliche Schutzausrüstung (PSA) dar, die zur zweiten Risikokategorie gemäß
der EU-VERORDNUNG 2016/425 gehört und den Anforderungen der Europäischen Norm EN13634:2017
„Schutzschuhe für Motorräder“ entspricht. Sie wurden von DOLOMITICERT SCARL, Zi Villanova, 32013 Longarone,
Italien, (geführt unter der Nummer 2008), zertiziert.
Diese Europäische Norm enthält mehrere Eigenschaften, die zwei Leistungsstufen in Bezug auf den Schutz
aufweisen. Diese decken den Grad des Risikos oder der Gefahr ab, dem ein Motorradfahrer in Bezug auf die Art
der Fahrt und die Art des Unfalls ausgesetzt ist. Bei erhöhtem Unfallrisiko „Level 2“ bieten die Leistungsmerkmale
eine Leistungssteigerung. Dieses höhere Leistungsniveau hat eine stärkere Einschränkung hinsichtlich Gewicht und
Komfort und ist möglicherweise nicht für alle Fahrer akzeptabel.

Bereitgestellter Schutz
Die Stiefel von Leatt sind so konzipiert und hergestellt, dass sie sowohl begrenzten Schutz des Fußes und des
Unterschenkels gegen das Aufprallrisiko im Falle eines Sturzes als auch maximale natürliche Bewegungsfreiheit bieten.
Eine komfortable und sichere Nutzung des Motorrads ist möglich.
Sowohl der aktive als auch der passive Schutz wird durch die angebrachten Kunststokomponenten und die Anordnung
von Schuhgelenk und Mechanismus gewährleistet, die eine natürliche Beweglichkeit von Fuß, Bein und Sprunggelenk
ermöglichen. Für eine einwandfreie Funktion des Motorradstiefels muss dieser passen und den Fuß und das Bein
komplett abdecken. Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die richtige Größe gemäß der Größentabelle des Herstellers verwenden.
Gebrauch
Unsere Stiefel werden unter Hinzunahme neuester Technologien hergestellt und sind ausschließlich auf den Gebrauch

Lagerung und Transport
Das Leatt®-Produkt sollte auf einer sauberen, trockenen Oberäche transportiert und in einer trockenen, gut
belüfteten Umgebung gelagert werden, die vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung und extremen Temperaturen geschützt
ist. Stellen Sie keine schweren Gegenstände auf das Leatt®-Produkt, da dies das Gewebe und die Kunststoe
beschädigen kann. Der Schutz Ihres Leatt®-Produkts sollte nicht durch nicht extreme Umgebungstemperaturen
und Witterungsbedingungen beeinträchtigt werden.
Pege und Alterserscheinungen
Für maximale Leistung muss das Leatt®-Produkt vor jedem Einsatz überprüft werden. Die Protektoren nicht mehr
benutzen, sofern Teile beschädigt sind oder abgenutzt, abgerissen und/oder verformt sind oder falls die Innenpolsterung
beschädigt ist. Das Unternehmen Leatt® empehlt, das Leatt®-Produkt alle drei (3) Jahre bei normalen Einsatzbedingungen
auszutauschen. Bei einer Kollision oder falls das Leatt®-Produkt oder eine Komponente des Schuhs Anzeichen von
Beschädigung, Rissbildung, Verformung und/oder Abnutzung der Innenpolsterung aufweist, senden Sie das Produkt
zur Wartung an den Verkäufer zurück oder entsorgen oder tauschen Sie es aus. Bitte entsorgen Sie es umweltgerecht.
Bohren, bemalen, schneiden, erhitzen, biegen, Abziehbilder oder Aufkleber anbringen oder andere Modikationen der
Reinigung
Zur Reinigung der Motorradstiefel von Leatt verwenden Sie ein feuchtes Tuch und sauberes Wasser.
Klettverschlüsse können mit einer Nagelbürste von Verschmutzungen befreit werden. Falls der Schuh bei
Gebrauch verschmutzt worden ist, wischen Sie dessen Oberäche mit einem feuchten Tuch ab. Reinigen Sie die
Perforationen der einzelnen Schuhbestandteile mit einer weichen, mit Wasser befeuchteten Bürste. Verwenden
Sie nur Leitungswasser. Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Stiefel keinen Hochdruckreiniger. In einem gut belüfteten
Raum vor direkter Hitze/Sonneneinstrahlung schützen. Verwenden Sie niemals Reinigungs- oder Waschmittel.
Das Produkt wird durch den Reinigungsprozess und die Chemikalien beschädigt und das Schutzniveau sinkt
stark. Gängige Substanzen, die auf dieses Produkt aufgetragen werden (Lösungsmittel, Reiniger, Haarwasser, etc.),
können Schäden verursachen, die für den Benutzer unsichtbar sein können, aber die Wirksamkeit/Sicherheit Ihres
Leatt®-Produkts beeinträchtigen. Im Zweifelsfall wenden Sie sich bitte an den Hersteller, bevor Sie Ihre Protektoren
reinigen. Keine der bei der Herstellung des Produkts verwendeten Materialien enthält Inhaltsstoe, die schädlich
sind, eine allergische Reaktion hervorrufen oder die Gesundheit gefährden könnten.

Verwendung mit anderen persönlichen Schutzausrüstungen
Leatt® Protektoren sind Teil eines Schutzausrüstungs-Ensembles, das den Teilnehmern von Oroad-
Motorradaktivitäten zur Verfügung steht. Zusätzliche PSA, die bei Oroad-Motorradaktivitäten getragen
werden sollte, beinhaltet Kleidung gemäß EN 13595-1, gegebenenfalls für die Fahrumgebung (möglicherweise
nicht für Oroad-Motorräder geeignet) oder andere geeignete Kleidung, die Körper, Arme und Beine
vollständig abdeckt; Aufprallprotektoren gemäß EN 1621-1 (sofern sie nicht bereits Bestandteil Ihres
Leatt®-Protektors oder anderer Motorradbekleidung ist); Handschuhe gemäß EN 13594; Helm, der nach
Ihrer lokalen Norm zertiziert ist. Betreiben Sie jeglichen Motorsport mit Vorsicht, nutzen Sie geeignete
Sicherheitsausrüstung.
Stiefel sind untersagt. Ein übermäßiges Verbiegen oder Verdrehen der Stiefel gilt als unsachgemäßer Gebrauch und
kann zum Verlust der Schutzeigenschaften oder zum Bruch der Ausrüstung führen. Während des Gebrauchs sollte die
Temperatur der Motorradstiefel nicht unter -20° C sinken und eine Temperatur von 60°C nicht überschreiten.
Wir empfehlen, die Motorradstiefel vor dem Gebrauch nicht im Freien zu lagern oder hohen Temperaturen auszusetzen.
Andernfalls kann die Eektivität und Sicherheit Ihres Leatt®-Produkts beeinträchtigt werden.
Verwenden Sie nur ozielle Leatt-Ersatzteile und konsultieren Sie bitte einen Stiefelpro für den Fall, dass ein Austausch
der Sohle erforderlich ist.

ATTENZIONE
Tutti gli sport con l’uso di motocicli sono PERICOLOSI, che comportano vari rischi conosciuti e sconosciuti che
potrebbero causare lesioni, paralisi permanente o addirittura la morte. Gli stivali Leatt sono stati progettati
per ridurre il rischio di lesioni ai piedi in caso di incidente in moto e sono stati collaudati anche per resistenza
al taglio e all’abrasione. I componenti in plastica sono stati anche collaudati per essere in grado di prevenire
lesioni. Nessun prodotto, inclusi gli stivali Leatt, può completamente prevenire lesioni di qualsiasi tipo.
Si consiglia vivamente di controllare lo stato generale degli stivali, cioè il corretto funzionamento del sistema
di chiusura e il ssaggio dei meccanismi, nessuna lacerazione / perforazione della tomaia o della suola, prima
di qualsiasi utilizzo.

Test e approvazione
Gli stivali Leatt 5.5/4.5 sono dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI) appartenenti al secondo rischio di categoria
secondo il REGOLAMENTO (UE) 2016/425 e sono conformi ai requisiti stabiliti dalla norma europea EN13634: 2017
calzature protettive per motocicli. È stato certicato da DOLOMITICERT SCARL, di Villanova, 32013 Longarone, Italia,
numero di organismo noticato 2008.

e alla natura dell’incidente. Rispetto ad un incrementato rischio di incidente le caratteristiche delle prestazioni del
“Livello 2” orono una performance ampliata. Questo livello di prestazione avanzata ha uno svantaggio maggiore
riguardo al peso e al confort, che potrebbe non essere accettabile da tutti i motociclisti.

Protezione fornita
Gli stivali Leatt sono progettati e prodotti per fornire sia una estrema protezione del piede e della gamba inferiore
rispetto al rischio di impatto in caso di caduta, che la massima mobilità naturale per guidare una motocicletta con
confort e sicurezza.
La protezione attiva e passiva è data dai componenti in plastica assemblati e dall’articolazione dello stivale
e dal meccanismo che consente una mobilità naturale del piede, della gamba e della caviglia. Per il corretto
funzionamento dello stivale, deve adattarsi e coprire correttamente il piede e la gamba. Assicurati di utilizzare le
dimensioni corrette in base alla tabella delle dimensioni del produttore.
Uso
I nostri stivali sono realizzati con la tecnologia più avanzata e sono progettati specicamente da usare solo
per motociclisti . Gli stivali non devono essere utilizzati per altri tipi di sport.

Stoccaggio e trasporto
Trasporti il suo prodotto Leatt su una supercie pulita e asciutta e che venga conservato in un ambiente ben
ventilato, lontano dalla luce diretta del sole e da temperature estreme. Non posizionare oggetti pesanti sopra al
prodotto Leatt® in quanto ciò potrebbero danneggiare i tessuti e le materie plastiche. La protezione fornita dal
prodotto Leatt® non e’ essere inuenzata da condizioni ambientali e condizioni meteorologiche non estreme.
Manutenzione e obsolescenza
Per le massime prestazioni, il prodotto Leatt® deve essere ispezionato prima di ogni utilizzo. Smettere
di usare la calzatura se alcuni componenti mostrano segni di danneggiamento o sono logori, incrinati e
/ o deformati, o se l’imbottitura interna si è deteriorata. Leatt® Corporation raccomanda che il prodotto
Leatt® venga sostituito ogni tre (3) anni nelle normali condizioni d’uso. In caso di collisione o se il prodotto
Leatt® o qualsiasi componente mostra segni di danni, incrinature, deformità e / o l’imbottitura interna si sta
deteriorando, restituisci il prodotto al venditore per l’ispezione o per distruggerlo e sostituirlo. Si prega di
smaltirlo in modo ecologico. Non praticare fori, dipingere, tagliare, riscaldare, piegare, applicare decalcomanie
o adesivi, o apportare altre modiche allo stivale. Piegare o torcere eccessivamente gli stivali è considerato
Pulizia
Per pulire gli stivali Leatt utilizzare un panno umido e acqua pulita. Le chiusure touch-and-close possono essere
pulite dai detriti usando una spazzola per unghie. Se lo stivale si è sporcato durante l’uso, pulire la supercie con
un panno umido. Utilizzare una spazzola morbida, inumidita con acqua, per ripulire le aree più frastagliate nei
componenti. Utilizzare solo acqua di rubinetto. Non utilizzare un getto d’acqua per pulire gli stivali. Asciugare
lontano da fonti di calore diretto / luce solare in uno spazio ben ventilato. Non usare mai detergenti . Il prodotto
puo’ essere danneggiato dal processo di pulizia e dalle sostanze chimiche e il livello di protezione fornito sarà
notevolmente ridotto. Le sostanze comuni applicate a questo prodotto (solventi, detergenti, tinture per capelli,
ecc.) possono causare danni tali da essere invisibili all’utente ma quindi compromettere l’ecacia / la sicurezza
del prodotto Leatt®. In caso di dubbio, contattare il produttore prima di pulire la calzatura. Nessuno dei materiali
utilizzati nella costruzione del prodotto contiene elementi che possono essere nocivi o potrebbero causare una
reazione allergica o essere pericolosi per la salute.

Les bottes de marque Leatt 5.5/4.5 sont un Equipement de Protection Personnelle (EPP) faisant partie de la
seconde categorie de risque selon la REGULATION (UE) 2016/425 et en conformité avec les exigences imposées par
le Standard Européen EN13634 :2017 pour les Chaussures de protecion pour les motocycles. Il a été certié par le
DOLOMITICERT SCARL, ZI Villanova, 32013 Longarone, Italy,Notied Body Number 2008.
La présente Norme européenne comprend plusieurs propriétés orant deux niveaux de performance en termes
de protection. Celles-ci couvrent le degré de risque ou de danger auquel un motocycliste sera confronté en termes
de type de conduite et de la nature de l’accident. Avec un risque d’accident accru «Niveau 2», les caractéristiques de
performance orent une performance accrue. Ce niveau de performance plus élevé entraîne une pénalité accrue
en termes de poids et de confort et peut ne pas être acceptable pour tous les coureurs.

Protection fournie
Les bottes Leatt sont conçues et fabriquées pour orir à la fois une protection limitée du pied et de la jambe
contre les risques d’impact en cas de chute et une mobilité naturelle maximale pour conduire la moto avec
confort et sécurité.
Une protection à la fois active que passive est assurée par les composants plastiques assemblés ainsi que
l’articulation du joint de botte et un mécanisme qui permette une mobilité naturelle du pied, de la jambe et
de la chéville. Pour un fonctionnement correct de la botte, elle doit bien entrer et couvrir le pied ainsi que
la jambe correctement. S’assurer d’utiliser la bonne taille en fonction du tableau des tailles du fabricant.
Usage
Nos bottes sont fabriquées avec la dernière technologie et sont spéciquement fabriquées pour l’usage
des conducteurs de motos. Les bottes ne doivent pas être utilisées pour autres types de sport.

Stockage et transport
Transportez le produit Leatt® sur une surface propre et sèche et stockez-le dans un environnement sec et bien
ventilé, à l’abri de la lumière directe du soleil et des températures extrêmes. Ne pas placer d’objet lourds au dessus
du produit Leatt® puisque cela peut endommager les tissus ainsi que les matériaux plastiques. La protection
fournie par le produit Leatt® ne devrait être aectée par une température ambiante non-extrême ainsi que des
conditions environnementales propices.
Maintenance et obsolescence.
Pour un maximum d’ecacité, le produit Leatt® doit être inspecté avant tout usage. Arrêter d’utiliser le protecteur si
l’un quelconque des composants montre des signes d’endommagement où sont déchirés, cassés, et/ou déformés,
ou si la protection interieure s’est deteriorée. La compagnie Leatt® recommende que le produit Leatt® soit
remplacé chaque trois(3) ans dans les conditions normales d’utilisation. Si vous experimentez une collision ou si
le produit Leatt® ou tout composant montre un quelconque signe d’endommagement où sont déchirés, cassés,
et/ou déformés, ou si la protection interieure s’est deteriorée retourner le produit au vendeur pour inspection

Nettoyage
Pour nettoyer les bottes de marque Leatt, utiliser un tissu mouillé et de l’eau propre. Une brosse à ongles peut être
utilisée pour débarraser le système de ferméture des débris. Si la chaussure devient ensablée par l’usage, nettoyer
la surface avec un tissu mouillé. Utiliser une brosse douce , imbibée d’eau pour nettoyer les perforations dans les
composants. Utiliser seulement l’eau de robinet. Ne pas utiliser de machine à laver pour nettoyer les bottes. Secher
loin de la chaleur directe/ les lumières de soleil dans un endroit bien ventilé. Ne jamais utiliser de produits de
nettoyage ni de détergeants. Le produit sera endommagé par le processus de nettoyage et les produits chimiques
qui auront pour conséquence de reduire considérablement le niveau de protection. Les substances communes
appliquées à ce produit (dissolvent, nettoyants, hairtonics, etc) peuvent causer des dommages qui pourraient être
invisibles à l’utilisateur et compromettre l’ecacité/sécurité de votre produit Leatt®. En cas de doute, veuillez
contacter le fabricant pour tout nettoyage de votre protecteur. Aucun des matériaux utilisés dans la fabrication
du produit ne sont reconnus comme contenant quelque chose de dangereux ou qui pourrait causer une réaction
allergique ou dangereuse pour la santé.

Utilisation avec d’autres equippements personnels de protection
Les protecteurs Leatt® font partie d’un ensemble d’équipements de protection pouvant être utilisé par les
participants à des activités de motocyclisme hors route. Les équipements de protection supplémentaires, qu’il
est recommandé de porter pendant les activités de motocyclisme hors route, comprennent les vêtements
conformes à la norme EN 13595-1, le cas échéant, dans l’environnement de conduite (pouvant ne pas
convenir à la moto hors route) ou tout autre vêtement approprié orant une protection complète. le corps,

casque certié à votre norme locale. Toujours mener des activités de sport motorisés avec precaution et

N’utilisez que des pièces de rechange Leatt ocielles et consultez un spécialiste en chaussures au cas où un
remplacement unique serait nécessaire.

Almacenamiento y transporte
Transporte el producto Leatt® sobre una supercie limpia y seca, en un entorno bien ventilado alejado de la
luz solar directa y temperaturas extremas. No coloque objetos pesados sobre el producto Leatt® ya que esto
puede dañar los tejidos y materiales plásticos. La protección provista por su producto Leatt® no debe ser
afectados por la temperatura ambiente no extrema y las condiciones climáticas.
Mantenimiento y obsolescencia
Para obtener el máximo rendimiento, el producto Leatt® debe inspeccionarse antes de cada uso. Deja de

Limpieza
Para limpiar las botas Leatt use un paño húmedo y agua limpia. Los residuos en los cierres táctiles pueden

Limpeza
Para limpar as botas Leatt, use um pano húmido e água limpa. Amarrações de toque e fechamento podem ser
limpas de detritos com uma escova. Se a bota estiver suja devida a utilização, limpe a superfície com um pano
húmido. Use uma escova macia, humedecida em água, para limpar as perfurações nos componentes. Use apenas
água da torneira. Não use uma máquina de lavar de alta pressão para limpar as botas. Seca, longe de fontes
directas da luz do sol/calor ou em um espaço bem ventilado. Nunca use produtos de limpeza ou detergentes.
O produto será danicado pelo processo de limpeza e produtos químicos e o nível de protecção oferecido será
drasticamente reduzido. Substâncias comuns aplicadas a este produto (solventes, produtos de limpeza, tónicos

Opslag en transport
Transporteer het Leatt®-product op een proper, droog oppervlak en bewaar het in een droge, goed-
geventileerde omgeving, weg van rechtstreeks zonlicht en extreme temperaturen. Plaats geen zware
voorwerpen op dit Leatt®-product want dat kan de stoen en plastic materialen beschadigen. De bescherming
die uw Leatt®-product biedt, zou niet beïnvloed moeten worden door niet-extreme omgevingstemperaturen
en weersomstandigheden.
Onderhoud en veroudering
Voor maximale prestaties moet het Leatt®-product voorafgaand aan elk gebruik worden geïnspecteerd.
Stop met het gebruik van de beschermer als een onderdeel tekenen van beschadiging vertoont of versleten,
gebarsten en / of vervormd is, of als de binnenkant van de opvulling is verslechterd. Leatt® Corporation
raadt aan het Leatt®-product om de drie (3) jaar te vervangen (onder normale gebruiksomstandigheden).
Mocht u een botsing/ongeluk ervaren of het Leatt®-product of een onderdeel ervan vertoont tekenen van

Schoonmaak
Gebruik voor het schoonmaken van de Leatt-laarzen een vochtig doekje en schoon water. Het vuil van de
“klik en sluit” bevestigingen kan verwijdert worden met een nagelborstel. Als de hoes tijdens gebruik vies
is geworden, veeg het oppervlak dan af met een vochtig doekje. Gebruik een zachte borstel, gedept in
water, om de perforaties in de componenten te reinigen. Gebruik alleen leidingwater. Gebruik geen krachtig
schoonmaakmiddel voor het reinigen van de laarzen. Droog weg van directe warmte / zonlicht in een goed
geventileerde ruimte. Gebruik nooit reinigingsmiddelen of wasmiddelen. Het product zal beschadigd raken
door het reinigingsproces en chemicaliën en het niveau van bescherming zal aanzienlijk verminderd worden.
Veel voorkomende stoen toegepast op dit product (oplosmiddel, reinigingsmiddelen, haartonica, enz.)
kunnen schade veroorzaken die mogelijk onzichtbaar is voor de gebruiker maar zal de eectiviteit / veiligheid
van uw Leatt®-product aantasten. Neem bij twijfel contact op met de fabrikant voordat u uw beschermer
schoonmaakt. Geen van de materialen die bij de productie van het product werd gebruikt, is van bekend
dat ze schadelijke stoen bevatten of mogelijk een allergische reactie veroorzaken of gevaarlijk zijn voor de
gezondheid.

Leatt®-beschermers maken onderdeel uit van een beschermend materiaalgeheel, dat beschikbaar

Varning

skador på foten i händelse av en motorcykel krasch och var även testats för skär-och slipmotstånd. Plast
komponenterna testades också för att kunna förebygga skador. Ingen produkt, inklusive Leatts stövlar, kan
helt förhindra skador av något slag.
Vi rekommenderar att du kontrollerar det allmänna tillståndet på din stövel Dvs, att stängningssystemet
fungerar väl och att mekanismerna inte kan slita/perforera den övre eller den tunga, innan någon
användning.

Provning och godkännande
Leatt 5.5/4.5 stövlar är en Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) som tillhör den andra kategorin risk
enligt REGULATION (EU) 2016/425 och uppfyller de krav som fastställs av Europeiska Europeisk standard

Skydd som tillhandahålls
Leatts stövlar är designade och tillverkade för att tillhandahålla både visst skydd för fötter och underben
vid risk för påverkan i händelse av fall men har maximal naturlig rörlighet för att kunna köra motorcykel
bekvämt och säkert.
Både aktivt och passivt skydd ges av de sammansatta plastkomponenterna och artikulationen av gemensam
stövel och mekanism som gör det möjligt för naturlig fot, ben och fotleds rörlighet. För korrekt funktion

Förvaring och transport
Transportera Leatt® produkterna på en ren, torr yta och förvara dem i en torr, välventilerad miljö utan direkt
solljus och extrema temperaturer. Placera inte tunga föremål ovanpå Leatt®-produkten eftersom kan skada
tyger och plast material. Det skydd som din Leatt®-produkt ska inte påverkas av icke-extrema omgivnings
temperaturer och väder förhållanden.
Underhåll och åldrande
För maximal prestanda måste Leatt® produkten inspekteras före varje användning. Sluta använda skydd om
några komponenter visar tecken på skada eller är slitna, spruckna och/eller deformerade, eller om insidan
stoppning har försämrats. Leatt® Corporation rekommenderar att Leatt® produkten byts vart tredje (3) år
under normala användnings förhållanden. Skulle du få en kollision eller om Leatt® produkten eller någon
komponent visar tecken på skada, sprickbildning, deformitet och/eller insidan stoppning försämras, returnera
produkten till säljaren för inspektion eller förstöra och ersätta den. Kassera det in en miljö vänlig Sätt. Borra
inte hål, måla, klippa, hetta, böj, applicera dekaler eller klister märken, eller gör några andra modieringar

För att rengöra Leatt stövlar använd en fuktig trasa och rent vatten. Tryck-och-stäng fästen kan rensas

i ett väl ventilerat utrymme. Använd aldrig rengöringsmedel. Produkten kommer att skadas av rengörings
processen och kemikalier och skyddsnivån förminskas kraftigt. Vanliga substanser som appliceras på denna
produkt (spädnings vätska, tonika, etc.) kan orsaka skador som kan vara osynliga för användaren och äventyra
eektiviteten/säkerheten hos din Leatt®-produkt. Om du är osäker, kontakta tillverkaren innan du rengör din

Leatt® skyddsutrustning utgörs av en hel rad skydd som är tillgängliga för alla som brukar åka o-

保管および輸送
リーット®製品を清潔で乾燥した場所に移動し、直射日光や極端な温度から離して、換気のよい乾燥した環境に保管し
てください。生地やプラスチック部品を破損することがあるため、Leatt®製品の上に物を置かないでください。Leatt®製
品の保護性能は、極端ではなくとも温度や気象条件の影響を受けないことが望ましいです。
メンテナンスおよび 劣 化
最大限の性能を引き出すために、Leatt®製品は使用前に毎回点検しなければなりません。部品に損傷の兆候が見られ、

クリー ニ ング
Leattブーツを掃除する際は、湿らせた布と綺麗な水を使います。タッチアンドクローズの固定部分のゴミは、ネイルブ
ラシを使って取り除くことができます。ブーツが使用中に汚れた場合は、湿らせた布で表面を拭いてください。水に浸し
た柔らかいブラシで、部品の穴を掃除します。水道水のみ使用してください。ブーツの掃除にパワーウォッシャーを使用
しないでください。風通しの良い場所で直射日光や熱を避けて乾燥させてください。クリーナーや洗剤を絶対に使用し
ないでください。掃除や化学薬品によって製品が傷つき、本来あるべき保護レベルが著しく低下します。溶剤・洗剤・ヘ
アトニックといった一般的な物質は、この製品に付着すると、ユーザーの目に見えない傷を引き起こし、Leatt製品の有
効性/安全性を損なう可能性があります。何か不明な点があれば、プロテクターを掃除する前にメーカーに問い合わせ
てください。この製品の製造に使用されている部品で、有害なもの、アレルギーを引き起こす可能性のあるもの、健康に
