Welcome to LED Technologies, Inc and our dpl® Neck Pain Relief
System. We are thrilled to announce this product as an in-home
device to be used at your convenience.
The dpl®Neck Pain Relief System uses light emitting diodes (LEDs)
in the infrared and red spectrums, which are medically proven to
relax muscles and relieve muscle spasms, pain and stiffness.
Please read this manual before operating the dpl®Neck Pain Relief
System.
CAUTIONS
1. The dpl® Neck Pain Relief System is an electrical device. To
avoid electrical shock:
• Do not wash electrical parts with water.
• Do not touch the plug or device with wet hands.
• Do not touch unit to wet skin.
• Do not use if cord or plug appears to be damaged.
• Do not use the unit if it has been damaged, torn, or has
come in contact with water.
• Do not pull, lift, or carry unit by the power cord.
2. Do not use the cord as a handle, close a door on the cord, or
pull the cord against sharp edges or corners.
3. Do not use near heated surfaces.
4. Do not operate the unit in areas where flammable or
combustible products or vapors may be present. Explosion or
fire may occur.
5. Do not allow children to use – this is not a toy. Do not leave
small children unattended close to unit.
6. Not to be used by disabled, sleeping or unconscious persons.
7. Do not use the unit on an open wound, as heat may increase
circulation and cause bleeding.
8. Do not use with liniments, salves or ointments that contain
heat-producing ingredients as it may cause skin discomfort.
Consult your doctor prior to using, especially under these
circumstances:
• You are pregnant, are taking drugs known to cause sensitivity of
skin to light, have any suspicious or cancerous lesions, and/or
recently had a steroid injection or use topical steroids.
• Read all instructions and safety precautions before using.
• If you experience discomfort or have a concern about its use,
stop use immediately and contact your doctor.
• Use only the supplied power supply.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use to avoid tripping hazards.
• Do not unplug by pulling the cord. Grasp the plug itself, not the
cord, when unplugging from an outlet.
• Do not exceed 40 minutes of use in one therapy.
OPERATING YOUR NECK PAIN RELIEF SYSTEM
• Plug device USB cord into power supply or other universal
USB power port.
• Place device on neck.
• Turn on device with on/off button on power cord.
• Enjoy the therapeutic lights.
• Treatment time is 14-25 minutes.
• Turn off device and unplug the adapter after treatment.
TREATMENT
• There is no timer. Treatment time is managed by user.
• Treatment time is 14-25 minutes.
