In general, in case of technical troubles check the electrical signal connections and the power
supply (LED glows) first. If this turns out to be not helpful, we arranged the following questions
and answers for you to find the cause and solve the problem.
Problem Description Possible Cause/Possible Solution
Battery does not load
or loads too long
•Do the charging state indicator LEDs glow? Possibly, the
current from your power supply is not sufficient.
•The LEDs do not glow - Please check, if all interfaces are
properly connected and the DC IN input was used to
charge. If the Power Station is charged via PC, it may be
necessary to switch the PC on to have power at the USB
port.
Battery cannot load
device
•Have you pushed shortly the N button on top?
•Is the Portable Power Station sufficiently charged? If no
LED glows, maybe the battery switched of due to safety
reasons. Please charge the battery as soon as possible.
•Please check, if the included adapters are compatible with
your mobile phone or devices. If necessary, check the
charging function with the original accessories of your
device.
Battery loads device
just partly
•Maybe the capacity of the device's battery is higher than the
capacity of the Power Station, especially possible with
Tablets, where batteries of high capacity are built in.
•Are apps, that cause a high processor load to the mobile
device, switched off?
