Disable discrete graphics
To avoid conflicts with the graphics in Lenovo
Legion BoostStation, disable the computer's
discrete graphics in the Device Manager.
Step 1. Press the power button to turn on the
computer.
Step 2. Press the Windows logo key + X.
Step 3. Select Device Manager.
Step 4. Expand the Display adapters section.
Step 5. Right click the name of the discrete
graphics and click Properties.
Step 6. Select Driver tab.
Step 7. Select the Disable Device option and click
Yes.
Step 8. Close the Device Manager.
Install BoostStation Optimization
Install program “BoostStation Optimization.exe”
before using Lenovo Legion BoostStation.
Step 1. Press the power button to turn on the
computer.
Step 2. Go to the link
https://support.lenovo.com/accessories/
docks to download the program
"BoostStation Optimization.exe".
Step 3. Save "BoostStation Optimization.exe" in
the computer to double click, and the
program will be installed automatically.
Step 4. Once the installation is done, press OK to
restart the computer.
Enable Thunderbolt™ Boot Once
Step 1. Press the power button to turn on the
computer.
Step 2. Press the F2 key to enter the BIOS setup
menu.
Step 3. Select Configuration →Thunderbolt™
Boot Support →Boot once.
Step 4. Press F10 to pop up the “Save
confirmation changes and exit now?”
window and click Yes to exit the setup
menu.
Change the Windows power
management setting
This step applies to the Thunderbolt™ controller.
Step 1. Press the power button to turn on the
computer.
Step 2. Press the Windows logo key + X.
Step 3. Select Device Manager.
Step 4. Expand the System devices section.
Step 5. Right click on Thunderbolt™ Controller →
Properties.
Step 6. Uncheck the Allow the computer to turn
off this device to save power box in the
Power Management tab.
Step 7. Click OK.
Step 8. Close the Device Manager.

Removing the Lenovo Legion
BoostStation
Note: Do not disconnect the Thunderbolt™ 3 cable
of the Lenovo Legion BoostStation when running
(includes running programs or playing media).
Safely remove the hardware and eject media from
your computer before attempting to disconnect.
Step 1. Click the Safely Remove Hardware and
Eject Media icon at the button-right.
Step 2. Click Eject NVIDIA USB Type-C Port
Policy Controller.
Step 3. Click Eject ASM1153E Test.
Note: Names may vary depending on the hard
drive installed.

禁用笔记本自带独立显卡
为避免与 Lenovo Legion BoostStation 中的显卡发生冲
突，请在设备管理器中禁用笔记本自带独立显卡。
步骤 1. 按电源键开机。

步骤 5. 右键单击笔记本上显示自带独立显卡的名称属性。

安装 BoostStation Optimization
使用 Lenovo Legion BoostStation 前，请先安装程序
BoostStation Optimization.exe。
步骤 1. 按电源键开机。
步骤 2. 前往路径 https://newsupport.lenovo.com.cn
去下载程序"BoostStation Optimization.exe" 。
步骤 3. 保存"BoostStation Optimization.exe"于笔记本
内并双击执行，此程序将自动安装。

启动 Thunderbolt™ Boot Once
步骤 1. 按电源键开机。
步骤 2. 按F2 键进入 BIOS 设置选单。

步骤 4. 按F10 后在弹出窗口 “Save confirmation
changes and exit now?”中单击 Yes。
更改 Windows 电源管理设置

步骤 1. 按电源键开机。
步骤 2. 按Windows 键和 X组合键。
步骤 3. 选择设备管理器。
步骤 4. 展开系统设备部分。
步骤 5. 右键单击 Thunderbolt™ 控制器 →属性。
步骤 6. 在电源管理选项卡上取消选中允许计算机关闭此设
备以节约电源复选框。
步骤 7. 单击确定。
步骤 8. 关闭设备管理器。

移出 Lenovo Legion BoostStation
使用 Lenovo Legion BoostStation 时（包括程式运行和
播放过的影片），请勿直接拔除 Thunderbolt™ 3 连接线，
请通过系统安全移出硬件并弹出媒体。
步骤 1. 点击右下方安全删除硬件并弹出媒体图标。
步骤 2. 单击弹出 NVIDIA USB Type-C Port Policy
Controller。
步骤 3. 单击弹出 ASM1153E Test。
注：名称会因安装的硬盘而有所不同。
