Handlebar wire cover
Self-tapping screw (x4) M4*15 bolt (x2)
M8*15 bolt (x4) M8*40 bolt (x2)

sTEP BY sTEP AssEmBLY:
Thread the control wire1. (14) through
the stand post(5). Lay the stand post(5)
down in order to connect the control
wire(14) to the connector on the base
unit(1). Attach the stand post(5) to the
main unit(1) using M8*15 bolts(11).
Attach the front & rear decorative covers2. (3,4)
to the stand post(5) with the self-tapping
screws(9) and M4*15 bolts(10).
Attach the handlebar3. (6) to the stand post(5) using the
M8*40 bolts(12) but do not screw them all the way in.
Only screw them in enough to hold the handlebar in
place. Once the handlebar is held in place by the bolts(12),
thread the wires from the handlebar through the hole in
the back of the stand post(5) and out of the top so they
are with the control wire(14).

Connect the control wire4. (14) and the wires from the
handlebar to the control unit(7) wires. Slide control
unit into stand post and then nish tightening the
M8*40 bolts(12) used to secure the handlebar.
Secure the control unit5. (7) to the stand post(5)
using the M6*45 bolts. Once the bolts are in
place, attached the handlebar cover(8) to hide
the wires.
With your Body Vibe in its nal location for use, adjust 6.
