Guide de démarrage
Lors du déballage, assure-toi que les pièces suivantes soient incluses :
1 x Lexibook® Connect’ Spy Move®
1 x Carte cadeau
1 x Mode d’emploi
ATTENTION : Les éléments d’emballage tels que lms plastiques, rubans adhésifs, étiquettes et rubans de xation
métalliques ne font pas partie de ce produit et doivent être enlevés pour raison de sécurité avant toute utilisation par un enfant.
Comment télécharger l’application
Cette Carte Cadeau Lexibook® permet de télécharger l’application Lexibook® Connect’ Spy Move® incluse depuis
l’adresse suivante : www.lexibook.com/Connect
Cette carte cadeau sera valable jusqu’à 12 mois après son activation.
Pour activer ta Carte Cadeau et télécharger ton application :
- Rends-toi sur www.lexibook.com/Connect
- Sélectionne ta langue
- Remplis le formulaire avec le numéro de la Carte Cadeau, son code d’activation et ton adresse email
- Suis ensuite le lien que tu auras reçu par email an de télécharger l’application.
Cette Carte Cadeau ne peut s’utiliser qu’une seule fois pour le téléchargement de l’application concernée. Ne peut être
ni échangée, ni remboursée même partiellement, ni portée au crédit d’une carte bancaire, d’un compte bancaire ou d’un
compte client, ni faire l’objet d’un escompte ou d’une opposition. N’est ni remplacée ni remboursée en cas de n de
validité, perte, vol ou détérioration.
Comment transférer, puis installer l’application sur la tablette
Pour plus de surêté et de praticité, l’application bonus téléchargeable sur le site web de Lexibook® se trouve dans un
chier « conteneur » au format ZIP, qu’il te faut avant tout « décompresser » sur ton ordinateur, an d’en extraire le
chier au format APK. Une fois le chier APK extrait du conteneur ZIP, il te faut le transférer et ensuite l’installer sur ta
tablette Lexibook®. Une fois le chier APK installé sur ta tablette Lexibook®, il ne te reste plus qu’à proter de ta nouvelle
application !
1. Une fois le conteneur ZIP téléchargé depuis le site web de Lexibook® sur ton ordinateur, tu dois l’ouvrir an d’en
extraire le chier APK. Pour cela, il est nécessaire d’utiliser un programme capable de lire les conteneurs ZIP, tel que
7-Zip, WinRAR® ou encore WinZip® (disponibles sur Internet). Dans l’exemple qui suit, nous avons utilisé le programme
7-Zip pour ouvrir le conteneur ZIP (Spy_Move.zip) et en extraire le chier APK (Spy_Move.apk) dans un nouveau dossier
(Spy_Move).
Note : Windows® 7 intègre son propre programme qui permet d’ouvrir les conteneurs ZIP. Il te suft d’ouvrir le conteneur
ZIP comme un dossier classique et de copier son contenu dans un nouveau dossier.

2. Connecte ta tablette Lexibook® à ton ordinateur à l’aide du câble USB (fourni) et sélectionne « Activer la mémoire de
stockage USB » an d’activer la connexion USB. Ceci te permet de transférer des chiers de ton ordinateur à ta tablette
Lexibook® et vice-versa.
Note : Si le message ne s’afche pas automatiquement, clique sur l’heure en bas à droite de l’écran et sélectionne
« Connecté par USB ».
3. Copie le chier APK dans la mémoire interne de ta tablette Lexibook®. Dans l’exemple qui suit, nous avons copié le
dossier contenant le chier APK dans la mémoire interne de notre tablette Lexibook® (MFC142FR).
4. Une fois le chier APK copié dans la mémoire interne de ta tablette Lexibook®, tu dois désactiver la connexion USB.
Pour cela, clique sur l’heure en bas à droite de l’écran, sélectionne « Désactiver la mémoire de stockage USB » et
conrme en sélectionnant « Désactiver la mémoire de stockage USB ».

5. À partir de la page d’accueil de ta tablette Lexibook®, clique sur le bouton avec six petits points blancs en haut à droite
de l’écran et sélectionne l’application « Explorateur ».
6. Clique sur « Mémoire interne » et sélectionne le dossier dans lequel se trouvent le chier APK. Dans notre exemple,
nous avons ouvert le dossier Spy_Move, dans lequel se trouve notre chier APK.
7. Clique sur le chier APK pour l’installer et conrme en sélectionnant « Installer ».
Note : Merci de patienter pendant l’installation de l’application, opération qui peut nécessiter plusieurs minutes en fonction
de la taille du chier.

8. Une fois l’installation terminée, tu peux cliquer sur « OK » pour revenir dans l’application « Explorateur » ou sur
« Ouvrir » pour lancer directement l’application.
Note : L’application installée est disponible dans la liste des applications, à laquelle tu peux accéder en cliquant sur le
bouton avec six petits points blancs en haut à droite de l’écran, sur la page d’accueil de la tablette Lexibook®.
Sur une tablette à version interface
Dans cet exemple, nous avons utilisé notre tablette Lexibook® (MFC410FR).
1. Sélectionne ton prol.
2. Sélectionne ensuite le menu « Multimédia », puis l’application « Explorateur ».
1. Après avoir installé l’application du Connect’ Spy Move® sur ta tablette Lexibook®, glisse l’interrupteur sur « ON » pour
mettre la voiture en marche. La DEL de mise sous tension orange s’allume. La DEL de connexion bleue prend environ 30
secondes avant de clignoter.
Comment se connecter au Wi-Fi de la voiture
3. Une fois dans la page d’accueil de « Explorateur », suis les étapes 6 à 8 de la section « Comment transférer, puis
installer l’application sur la tablette ».
Note : pour installer l’application Connect’ Spy Move® sur un appareil autre qu’une tablette Lexibook®, réfère-toi au mode
d’emploi de l’appareil.

Informations sur les piles
Présentation de la voiture
1. Utiliser un tournevis pour ouvrir le couvercle du compartiment des piles situé sous l’appareil.
2. Retirer le couvercle, puis insérer 4 x piles de type AA / LR6 de 1,5V (non fournies) en prenant le soin de respecter
les polarités indiquées au fond du compartiment des piles et selon le schéma ci-contre.
3. Referme le compartiment des piles et ressère la vis.
ATTENTION : D’importantes interférences électromagnétiques ou des décharges électrostatiques peuvent provoquer un
mauvais fonctionnement ou une perte de données. En cas de mauvais fonctionnement, réinitialiser l’appareil ou enlever et
remettre les piles. Si le problème persiste, relire attentivement la notice an de vérier que rien n’a été omis.
Ne pas recharger les piles non rechargeables. Retirer les accumulateurs du jeu avant de
les recharger. Ne charger les accumulateurs que sous la surveillance d’un adulte. Ne pas
mélanger différents types de piles ou accumulateurs, ou des piles et accumulateurs neufs et
usagés. Les piles et accumulateurs doivent être mis en place en respectant la polarité. Les
piles et accumulateurs usagés doivent être enlevés du jouet. Les bornes d’une pile ou d’un
accumulateur ne doivent pas être mises en court-circuit. Ne pas jeter les piles au feu. Retirer
les piles en cas de non utilisation prolongée.

Le nom du réseau créé par ta voiture (auquel il faut te connecter pour pouvoir jouer) est de la forme suivante :

2. Pour plus d’informations sur comment se connecter à un réseau Wi-Fi, consulte le mode d’emploi de ta tablette. Choisis
le réseau portant le même nom que celui sur l’étiquette SSID (sous la voiture).
3. Une fois connecté au réseau Wi-Fi de la voiture, quitte le menu des paramètres de ta tablette, puis ouvre l’application
du Connect’ Spy Move®. La DEL bleue s’arrête de clignoter et reste allumée. L’image captée par la caméra s’afche sur
l’écran vidéo.
Note : une fois connecté au réseau Wi-Fi de la voiture, tu ne pourras pas accéder au navigateur. Pour utiliser Internet, il
faudra se connecter à un autre réseau.
* Avec un tournevis ou une pièce de monnaie, tourner le sélecteur dans le sens d’une aiguille d’une montre ou dans le sens
contraire jusqu’à obtenir l’angle désiré.

Description des activités
Découvre tes capacités de conducteur au volant de ton Connect’ Spy Move® ! Dirige ta voiture, enregistre son parcours et
plus encore. Que la course commence !
Contrôle des mouvements
Par joystick
Pour avancer, place le joystick sur le haut.
Pour reculer, place le joystick sur le bas.
Pour avancer vers la gauche, place le joystick sur la gauche ou en haut à gauche.
Pour avancer vers la droite, place le joystick sur la droite ou en haut à droite.
Pour reculer vers la gauche, positionne le joystick en bas à gauche.
Pour reculer vers la droite, positionne le joystick en bas à droite.
Pour arrêter la voiture, retire ton doigt de l’écran.
Par capteurs de gravité
1. Appuie sur pour activer le contrôle de la voiture par les capteurs de gravité de ta tablette et cacher le joystick.
2. Pour démarrer, incline ton appareil dans la direction vers laquelle tu souhaites te diriger.
3. Pour désactiver cette fonction, appuie de nouveau sur . Le joystick réapparaît sur l’écran.
Note : la position neutre de ta tablette (position à laquelle la voiture ne bouge pas) est la position dans laquelle se trouve ta
tablette au moment où tu appuies sur .
Réglage du volume
1. Appuie sur pour activer la fonction audio de la voiture.
2. Pour désactiver cette fonction, appuie sur .
Note : les sons sont uniquement transmis sur la tablette lorsque la voiture est immobile. Aucun son ne sera transmis et
entendu lorsque la voiture est en déplacement.
Caméra
Equipée d’une caméra, qui peut aussi servir de caméra espion avec son éclairage de nuit, ta voiture te mettra au cœur de
l’action. L’image captée par la caméra s’afche en direct sur l’écran de ta tablette. Tu pourras ainsi contrôler ta voiture à
distance tout en suivant son parcours sur ta tablette.
Prendre une photo
Pour prendre des photos, appuie sur . Les photos sont automatiquement enregistrées au format JPEG sur ton appareil.
Zoom
1. Pour effectuer un zoom avant, appuie sur de l’écran.
2. Pour effectuer un zoom arrière, appuie sur .
Notes : le rapport de zoom actuel s’afche sur l’écran. Le zoom maximum est de 200% et le minimum, de 100%. Chaque
intervalle est de 25%.
Filmer une vidéo
1. Appuie sur pour lmer une vidéo. La vidéo ainsi que le son de la voiture (si la fonction audio est activée) seront
enregistrés au format AVI (AndroidTM) ou MOV (iOSTM) sur l’appareil.
2. Appuie de nouveau sur pour arrêter l’enregistrement.
Notes :
• Le nombre de photos et de vidéos que tu peux enregistrer dépend de la capacité de mémoire de l’appareil ou de la carte
de mémoire.

• Les photos et les vidéos sont enregistrées dans l’application « Galerie » de ta tablette Lexibook®.
• Les vidéos enregistrées peuvent prendre un moment avant d’être téléchargées sur la tablette.
Enregistrement du parcours
Cette fonction permet de mémoriser, jusqu’à 60 secondes, le parcours de la voiture.
1. Démarre l’enregistrement du parcours en appuyant sur , puis dirige la voiture vers l’endroit désiré. Dans ce mode, tu
peux également prendre des photos et des vidéos.
2. Appuie de nouveau sur pour arrêter l’enregistrement.
3. Appuie sur pour lire le parcours mémorisé. La voiture répètera donc exactement le parcours que tu viens
d’enregistrer.
4. Appuie deux fois sur pour activer la lecture du parcours en continu. Appuie sur pour arrêter cette fonction.
Notes :
• Lorsque le joystick ou le capteur de gravité est activé, la lecture ou la répétition du parcours s’arrête.
• Un nouveau parcours mémorisé effacera le parcours précédent.
• Le parcours enregistré sera effacé lors de la réinitialisation du Connect’ Spy Move®.
• Faire attention à l’utilisation de la mémoire de l’appareil lors de la prise de photos, et / ou de l’enregistrement de vidéos.
Vision nocture
1. Appuie sur pour activer le capteur de vision nocturne.
2. Appuie de nouveau sur pour le désactiver.
Note : lorsque la vision nocturne est en marche, le ux vidéo est en noir et blanc.
Phares / Feux arrière
1. Appuie sur pour activer les phares et le feu arrière de la voiture. Les phares s’allument lorsque la voiture se déplace
en avant. Les feux arrière s’allument lorsque la voiture tourne ou se déplace en arrière.
2. Appuie de nouveau sur pour désactiver les phares et le feu arrière.
Paramètres
Informations
Appuie sur pour afcher les informations suivantes : adresse IP, port, version du logiciel, version du rmware, icône et
nom de l’application, et SSID connecté.
Réinitialisation
Pour remettre la voiture à zéro, utilise l’extrémité d’un trombone pour appuyer sur le bouton RESET pendant 7 secondes.
Note : le parcours mémorisé sera effacé lors de la réinitialisation.
Remplacement des roues
Les roues de la voiture sont interchangeables (vendues séparément). Tourne l’enjoliveur dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre pour serrer, et dans le sens contraire pour desserrer.

Certaines personnes sont susceptibles de faire des crises d’épilepsie ou d’avoir des pertes de conscience à la vue de
certains types de lumières clignotantes ou d’éléments fréquents dans notre environnement quotidien. Ces personnes
s’exposent à des crises lorsqu’elles regardent certaines images télévisées ou lorsqu’elles jouent à certains jeux vidéo.
Ces phénomènes peuvent apparaître alors même que le sujet n’a pas d’antécédent médical ou n’a jamais été confronté à
une crise d’épilepsie. Si vous-même ou un membre de votre famille avez déjà présenté des symptômes liés à l’épilepsie
(crise ou perte de conscience) en présence de stimulations « lumineuses », veuillez consulter votre médecin avant toute
utilisation. Nous conseillons aux parents d’être attentifs à leurs enfants lorsqu’ils jouent avec des jeux vidéo. Si vous-même
ou votre enfant présentez les symptômes suivants : vertige, trouble de la vision ; contraction des yeux ou des muscles,
perte de conscience, trouble de l’orientation, mouvement involontaire ou convulsion, veuillez immédiatement cesser de
jouer et consulter un médecin.

Protéger le jouet de l’humidité. S’il est mouillé, l’essuyer immédiatement. Ne pas le laisser en plein soleil, ne pas l’exposer
à une source de chaleur. Ne pas le laisser tomber. Ne pas le démonter. Pour le nettoyer, utiliser un chiffon légèrement
imbibé d’eau à l’exclusion de tout produit détergent.
Note : Veuillez garder ce mode d’emploi, il contient d’importantes informations. Ce produit est couvert par notre garantie
de 2 ans. Pour toute mise en œuvre de la garantie ou du service après-vente, vous devez vous adresser à votre revendeur
muni d’une preuve d’achat. Notre garantie couvre les vices de matériel ou de montage imputables au constructeur à
l’exclusion de toute détérioration provenant du non-respect de la notice d’utilisation ou toute intervention intempestive sur
l’article (telle que le démontage, exposition à la chaleur ou à l’humidité …). Il est recommandé de conserver l’emballage

Précautions à prendre dans tous les cas pour l’utilisation d’un jeu vidéo :
• Ne vous tenez pas trop près de l’écran. Jouez à bonne distance de l’écran de télévision et aussi loin que le permet le
cordon de raccordement.
• Utilisez de préférence les jeux vidéo sur un écran de petite taille. Evitez de jouer si vous êtes fatigué ou si vous manquez
de sommeil.
• Assurez-vous que vous jouez dans une pièce bien éclairée.
• En cours d’utilisation, faites des pauses de 10 à 15 minutes toutes les heures.

be discarded for your child’s safety.
How to download the application
This Lexibook® Gift Card allows you to download the Lexibook® Connect’ Spy Move® application available at the following
address: www.lexibook.com/Connect.
This gift card will be valid for up to 12 months following its activation.
To activate your Gift Card and download your application:
- Go to www.lexibook.com/Connect
- Select your language
- Complete the form with the Gift Card number, its activation code and your email address
- Then follow the link that you receive by email in order to download the application.
This Gift Card can only be used once to download the application concerned. It cannot be exchanged, reimbursed (even in
part), credited to a bank card, bank account or a client account, be used to obtain a discount or be blocked. Neither can it
be replaced if it is no longer valid, or is lost, stolen or damaged.
How to transfer and install the application on the tablet
For enhanced safety and convenience, the bonus application that is downloadable from the Lexibook® website is found
in a ZIP format “container” le, which must rst be “decompressed” on your computer in order to extract the le in APK
format. Once the APK le has been extracted from the ZIP container le, it must be transferred and then installed on your
Lexibook® tablet. Once the APK le has been installed on your Lexibook® tablet, you can enjoy your new application!
1. Once the ZIP container le has been downloaded from the Lexibook® website and saved on your computer, you need
to open it in order to extract the APK le. To do so, you need to use a program capable of reading ZIP container les,
such as 7-Zip, WinRAR® or WinZip® (available for download on the Internet). In the following example, we have used
the 7-Zip program to open the ZIP container le (Spy_Move.zip) and extract the APK le (Spy_Move.apk) to a new folder
(Spy_Move).
Note: Windows® 7 has a built-in program for opening ZIP container les. Simply open the ZIP container le as you would a
normal folder and copy its content to a new folder.

2. Connect your Lexibook® tablet to your computer using the USB cable (provided) and select “Turn on USB storage” to
activate the USB connection. This enables you to transfer les between your computer and your Lexibook® tablet.
Note: If the message is not automatically displayed, click the clock in the bottom-right corner of the screen and select “USB
connected”.
3. Copy the APK le in the internal memory of your Lexibook® tablet. In the following example, we have copied the folder
containing the APK le in the internal memory of our Lexibook® tablet (MFC142FR).
4. Once the APK le has been copied in the internal memory of your Lexibook® tablet, you need to de-activate the USB
connection. To do so, click the clock located in the bottom-right corner of the screen, select “Turn off USB storage” and
conrm by selecting “Turn off USB storage”.

5. From the homepage of your Lexibook® tablet, click the button with six little white dots in the top-right corner of the
screen and select the “Explorer” application.
6. Click on “Internal Memory” and select the folder containing the APK le. In our example, we have opened the Spy_Move
folder, which contains our APK le.
7. Click on the APK le to install it and conrm by selecting “Install”.
Note: Please wait during the installation of the application, which may require several minutes depending on the size of the
le.

8. Once the installation is complete, you can click on “Done” to go back to the “Explorer” application or you can click on
“Open” to open the application.
Note: The installed application is now available in the list of applications, which you can access by clicking the button with

On a tablet with interface
In this example, we have used our Lexibook® tablet (MFC410EN).
1. Select your prole.
2. Select the “Multimedia” menu, and then click on the “Explorer” application.
1. After installing the Connect’ Spy Move® application on your Lexibook® tablet, turn the car on by sliding the switch to ON
position. The orange power LED lights up. Wait approximately 30 seconds for the blue connection LED to blink.
Connecting to the car’s Wi-Fi
3. Once in the “Explorer” application home page, please follow steps 6 to 8 in the section “How to transfer and install the
application on your tablet”.
Note: to install the Connect’ Spy Move® application on a device other than a Lexibook® tablet, please refer to the device’s
instruction manual.

Battery Information
1. Use a screwdriver to open the battery door located under the device.
2. Remove the battery door and insert 4 x AA/LR6 1.5V type batteries (not included) observing the polarity indicated
inside the battery compartment and as per the diagram shown opposite.
3. Close the battery compartment and tighten the screw.
WARNING: Mal-function or loss of memory may be caused by strong frequency interference or electrostatic discharge.
Should any abnormal function occur, reset the unit or remove the batteries and insert them again. If the problem persists,
read the instructions carefully to ensure that nothing has been omitted.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries are to be removed
from the toy before being charged. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult
supervision. Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed. Only
batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used. Batteries are to be
inserted with the correct polarity. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy. The supply
terminals are not to be short circuited. Do not throw batteries into a re. Remove the batteries if
you are not going to use the game for a long period of time.
The network name created by your car (that you need to connect to in order to play) is of the following format:
MFG230_ XXXXXXXXXXXX
2. For information on how to connect to a Wi-Fi network, please refer to the instruction manual of your tablet. Choose the
Wi-Fi network with the same name as the one written on the SSID label (under the car).
3. Once connected to the Wi-Fi network, exit the settings of your tablet and open the Connect’ Spy Move® application. The
blue LED stops blinking and stays on. The view captured by the camera is displayed on the video screen.
Note: once connected to the car’s Wi-Fi, you will not be able to access the browser. To use Internet, please connect to
another Wi-Fi network.

much more. Let the race begin!
Movement Control
Using the joystick
To move forward, position the joystick at the top.
To move backward, position the joystick at the bottom.
To move forward towards the left, position the joystick on the left or upper left side.
To move forward towards the right, position the joystick on the right or upper right side.
To move backward towards the left, position the joystick at the lower left.
To move backward towards the right, position the joystick at the lower right.
To stop the car, release your nger
Using the gravity sensor
1. Press the button to activate the gravity sensor control mode and hide the joystick from the screen.
2. To drive, simply tilt your device in the direction that you would like to go to.
3. To turn off this function, press the button again. The joystick reappears on the screen.
Note: the neutral position of your tablet (position in which the car is not moving) is the position in which your tablet is
located at when you press .
Volume level
1. Press the button to activate the audio function of the car.
2. To deactivate this function, press the button.
Note: sounds will only transmit to the tablet when the car is still. No sounds will be transmitted and heard when the car is
moving.
Camera
Fitted with a camera that can also be used as a spy camera with its night vision, your car will get you in the heart of the
action. The image caught on the camera displays live on the tablet screen. You will be able to control your car by distance
while following its path on your tablet.
Snapshots
Press to take a picture. Pictures are automatically saved to your device in JPEG format.
Zoom
1. To zoom in on an object, press on the screen.
2. To zoom out, press .
Notes: current zoom ratio will be displayed on the screen accordingly. The maximum zoom ratio is 200% while the minimum
is 100%. Each zoom interval is 25%.
Video recorder
1. Press to start recording a video. The video as well as the audio capture from the car (if activated) will be stored in the
device in AVI (AndroidTM) or MOV (iOSTM) format.
2. Press again to stop the recording.

Some people are susceptible to epileptic seizures or loss of consciousness when exposed to certain kinds of ashing
lights or elements common in our everyday environment. These individuals may suffer a seizure when they watch certain
televised images or when they play certain video games. These phenomena can occur even if the person has no previous
medical history or has never suffered an epileptic seizure. If you or a family member has ever displayed symptoms related
to epilepsy (seizure or loss of consciousness) in the presence of stimulation in the form of light, please consult your
physician before using. We advise parents to be attentive to their children while they play video games. If you or your child
experience the following symptoms: dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of consciousness, disorientation,
involuntary movements or convulsions, immediately stop playing and consult a physician.
Notes:
• The number of pictures and videos that can be saved depends on the memory capacity of your device or memory card.
• Pictures and videos are saved in the ‘Gallery’ application of your Lexibook® tablet.
• Recorded videos may take some time to load onto the tablet.
Action Recorder
This function records the driving actions of your car for up to 60 seconds.
1. Start recording actions by pressing and manoeuvring the car. You can also take snapshots and videos while in this
mode.
2. Press again to stop the recording.
3. Press to play the recorded actions. The car will repeat the exact actions you just recorded.
4. Double-click the button to repeat the actions continuously until you press .
Notes:
• The playback or repeat mode will be stopped when the joystick or gravity sensor is activated.
• Recorded actions will be overwritten if a new set of actions is recorded.
• Recorded actions will be erased if the Connect’ Spy Move® has been reset.
• Please be careful about the memory usage of the device if the recording involves snapshot taking, and/or video
recording.
Night Vision
1. Press to activate the night vision sensor.
2. Press again to turn it off.
Note: when the night vision mode is on, the video stream will be in black and white.
Lights
1. Press to turn on the lights function of the car.
Headlights turn on when the vehicle is moving forward. Tail-lights turn on when the vehicle is making turns or moving
backward.
2. Press again to turn off this function.
Settings
Information
Press to view the following information: IP address, port, software version, rmware version, application icon and name,
and connected SSID.
Reset
To restore the vehicle back to its original state, use the end of a paperclip to press the RESET button for 7 seconds.
Note: the path recorded will be erased after reset.
Replacement of the wheels
Wheels are interchangeable (sold separately). Twist the wheel cap in clockwise direction to tighten and in anti-clockwise
direction to loosen.
