WARNING
Improper assembly or operation of this product could result in serious injury or
property damage. Read and understand all assembly and operation instructions.
Never remove side cover while hose is under tension. Serious injury could
occur.
Keep hose away from sharp edges. Check hose for wear before each use.
Do not exceed maximum pressure of 300 PSI. Use compressed air regulated to
a maximum pressure at or below the rated pressure of any attachments to this
product.
Protect your eyes by wearing safety glasses or a face shield when mounting and
using this product.
Keep loose clothing, hair, and jewelry away from moving parts of hose reel.
Make sure that the product is firmly mounted before pressurizing.
Rapidly retracting hose could cause injury and property damage. Maintain
control of hose as it retracts.

Before assembling the product, make sure all parts are included. Compare parts with
package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged,
do not attempt to assemble the product.

Find a piece paper to make a template of the
wall mount bracket (D). Place the paper over
the mounting bracket and mark the bolt holes of
the bracket. See figure 1.
1. Pick where you would like to hang the hose
reel. Tape the template on the wall.
2. Using the 3/8" drill bit, drill the 3 holes that
you marked on the template. See figure 2.
If drilling directly into wood then there is no need
to use the plastic anchors.
If drilling into dry wall or cement you will need to
insert the plastic anchors into the hole.
Insert anchors if needed, then screw 2 of the
mounting screws into the holes (upper one and
the lower one). Leave about 6 mm (1/4-in)
between the wall and screw head. BB AA

1. To extend air hose (B), slowly pull air hose to desired length. The hose reel will
make a “clicking” sound as the hose is pulled out. The clicking sound you hear is
the drum locking into place so it will not retract when you let go of the air hose. It
may be necessary to pull the air hose beyond desired length to keep it from
automatically retracting.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Always operate the product with care by following the operating instructions.
NOTE To avoid damaging the hose reel (A), always hold on to air hose (B) while it is
rewinding.
2. To retract, slowly pull air hose (B) until clicking stops. While holding the air hose,
let the hose automatically draw back until the bumper (I) stops against the hose
guide (H).
6.Pull out the hose to the desired length,
ensure the hose reel is locked (will not rewind)，
open the latch on the bumper (G) and move it
to the desired location. Re-latch the bumper (G).
See figure 4.

3. Hang the hose reel on the 2 screws you
previously installed.
4. Push down on the mounting bracket until the
2 screws slide into the top of the top of the hole
in the bracket. See figure 3.
5. Tighten the 2 screws and then insert and
tighten the middle screw to finish locking the
bracket in place.

of purchase to the point of purchase. If it is determined that the tool is defective and
covered by this warranty, the distributor will replace the tool or refund the
purchase price.
This warranty is void if: defects in materials or workmanship or damages result from
repairs or alterations which have been made or attempted by others or the
unauthorized use of nonconforming parts; the damage is due to normal wear,
damage is due to abuse (including overloading of the tool beyond capacity),
improper maintenance, neglect or accident; or the damage is due to the use of the
tool after partial failure or use with improper accessories or unauthorized repair or
alteration.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that
vary from state to state.

en busca de rasgaduras antes de cada uso.
No exceda la presión máxima de 300 PSI. Use el aire comprimido regulado a una
presión máxima que sea igual o inferior a la calificada para cualquiera de los
accesorios de este producto.
Proteja los ojos con lentes de seguridad o un protector facial cuando monte y use
este producto.
Mantenga el cabello, la ropa holgada y las joyas lejos de las piezas en movimiento

Busque un trozo de papel para hacer una plantilla
del soporte de montaje de pared (D). Coloque el
papel sobre el soporte de montaje y marque los
orificios para pernos del soporte.
Consulte la figura 1.
1. Elija dónde le gustaría colgar el carrete para
manguera. Fije la plantilla a la pared.
2. Con la broca para taladro de 3/8", perfore los
3 orificios que marcó en la plantilla.
Consulte la figura 2.
Si taladra directamente en la madera, no es
necesario utilizar las anclas de expansión de
plástico.
Si perfora una pared de yeso o cemento, deberá
insertar las anclas de expansión de plástico en el
orificio.
Inserte anclas de expansión si es necesario, luego
enrosque 2 de los tornillos de montaje en los
orificios (el superior y el inferior). Deje alrededor
de 6 mm (1/4 pulg.) entre la pared y la cabeza del
tornillo.

1. Para extender la manguera de aire (B), jale lentamente de la manguera de aire
hasta la longitud deseada. El carrete para manguera hará un sonido de "clic"
cuando se extraiga la manguera. El chasquido que escucha es el tambor trabado
en su lugar, por lo que no se retraerá cuando suelte la manguera de aire. Puede
ser necesario tirar de la manguera de aire más allá de la longitud deseada para
evitar que se retraiga automáticamente.
INSTRUCCIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO
Siempre utilice el producto con cuidado siguiendo las instrucciones de
funcionamiento.
NOTA Para evitar dañar el carrete para manguera (A), siempre sostenga la
manguera de aire (B) mientras se rebobina.
2. Para retraerla, jale suavemente la manguera de aire (B) hasta que se detenga el
sonido de "clic". Mientras sostiene la manguera de aire, deje que la manguera
retroceda automáticamente hasta que el tope (I) se detenga contra la guía de la
manguera (H).
6. Jale de la manguera hasta la longitud deseada,
asegúrese de que el carrete para manguera esté
bloqueado (no se enrollará), abra el pestillo del
tope (G) y muévalo hacia la posición deseada.
Vuelva a bloquear el tope (G). Consulte la figura 4.
3. Cuelgue el carrete para manguera de los 2
tornillos que instaló anteriormente.
4. Presione el soporte de montaje hasta que los 2
tornillos se deslicen en la parte superior del orificio
del soporte. Consulte la figura 3.
5. Apriete los 2 tornillos y luego inserte y apriete el
tornillo central para terminar de bloquear el soporte
en su lugar.
