Ensure the pulveriser is installed on a stable, at surface in a room that is well ventilated and dry.
The oor must be adequate to cope with the weight and vibration of the machine in use. Check
that all nuts and bolts are securely fastened, and that the machine has arrived in good order.
Before starting the motor check that the machine is properly grounded. If any abnormality occurs
after switching on the power, verify that the wiring is correct, as per the circuit diagram. In particu-
lar, check that the direction of rotation is correct.
NOTE: Do not use the machine without the lter net and the gate being fastened.
NOTE: The machine is not blast-proof, and cannot be used for work that requires
blast-proong.
NOTE: Do not use feed any metal in to the machine, whether as part of the raw materials
or otherwise.
NOTE: The raw materials fed into this machine must not exceed 5% moisture.
INSTALLING THE DIE
1. Switch on the power, press the start button.
2. When feeding material, ensure that the grain size is within the limits allowed, and
that the material is fed in smoothly.
3. The machine must be run with the dust catcher operating to remove dust from the
crushing process.
4. From time to time, as needed, turn the hand wheel to compact dust powder into
the bag below.
NOTE: Dispose of dust according to health and safety principles.
Feed raw materials in smoothly, and ensure that the electric current consumed does not
exceed 11A.

Operation
Proper maintenance and lubrication are essential to the long service life of the pulveriser.
The spindle has been lubricated before delivery. After 100 hours running time, all screws, nuts,
bolts and fasteners should be checked and if necessary tightened.
The tension of delta belt of the driving mechanism is adjustable. Take care to set it at the right
degree of tension for your work. Ensure the rubber transferring belt is not allowed to become
clogged or dirty.
Remove powder dust and clean the dust catcher and the pulverising barrel at least every month.
If the machine is in continuous use, it should be cleaned every week, or more if required.
The lter bag opening and the bag itself should be checked frequently for signs of damage.
If disassembling the toothed disk, only remove the bolt.
If disassembling the bearing, open the machine chamber rstly, disassemble the revolving
toothed disk or revolving blade, remove the material fending ring, hole fending ring and centre
bearing cover, then remove the outside belt pulley and bearing cover. Disassemble both ends of
the bearing and shaft respectively by pushing out axially.
When setting the screen ring, slot it carefully into the machine chamber to avoid damage when
closing the door.
If setting two screen cloths, align them 00-00 then press the screen cloth into the inside of the
screen ring.
NOTE: The screen cloth length should equal the screen ring internal diameter plus 12mm
extra.
The bearings of the drive mechanism should then be lled with lubricating grease to cover two
thirds of the bearing.
The oil feed nozzle needs lithium primary lubricating grease every 500 hours.
