ConnectthechargingadapterandUSBcableasshown;theLGlogoonthechargingadapter
shouldfacetowardyou.
l PlugoneendoftheUSBcableintothephone'sCharger/AccessoryPortandtheotherend
intoanelectricaloutlet.Thechargetimevariesdependinguponthebatterylevel.
Note: Yourphone‘sbatteryshouldhaveenoughchargeforthephonetoturnonandfindasignal,
runthesetupapplication,setupvoicemail,andmakeacall.Youshouldfullychargethebatteryas

3. PressandholdthePower/Lock Button toturnthephoneon.
l Ifyourphoneisactivated,itwillturnon,searchforSprintservice,andbeginthesetup
application.
l Ifyourphoneisnotyetactivated,seeActivateYourPhoneformoreinformation.

Followtheinstructionsbelowtoactivateyourphoneifithasnotalreadybeenactivated.Depending
onyouraccountorhowandwhereyoupurchasedyourphone,itmaybereadytouseoryoumay
needtoactivateitonyourSprintaccount.

onyouraccount(you’reswappingphones),youcanactivateonyourcomputeronlineordirectly
onyourphone.
l Activate on your computer:

l Activate on your phone:
o Turnonyournewphone.(Makesuretheoldoneisturnedoff.)Yourphonewill
automaticallyattemptHands-FreeActivation.
o TouchActivate tooverrideauto-activationandstartthemanualactivationwizard.
o Followtheon-screenpromptstocompletetheactivationprocess.
