READ THIS FIRST

1. Installbattery, turnonthe phone and
select language.
2. Press SEND and listenfor instructions.
3. Enter your zip code and pickyour planwhen
prompted.
4. Write downthe phone number and Account
SecurityCode selected.
5. Make apayment to beginusing your device.
6. Follow the Setup Wizard to customize
your phone.
7. Register for My Verizon, go to
verizonwireless.com/myverizon.
NOTE: Once your activationis complete, fully

Setting Up Your Device
Step 1. Remove the Back Cover
1. Holdthe phone securelywithbothhands.
2. Usethe fingertipcutoutatthetopof the phonetopullthe Back
Coveroff.
Step 2. Insert the Battery
1. Alignthebatterycontactswiththeterminalsinthe battery
compartment.
2. Pushthe battery down untilitclicksintoplace.

Step 3. Replace the Back Cover
PlacetheBackCoverover the battery compartment,thenpressit
downwarduntilitclicksintoplace.
Step 4. Charge the Phone
YourdevicecomeswithaWall/USBchargerand a USBcable whichconnect
togethertochargeyourphone.Tochargeyourphone:

Powering On/Off
1. To turn the phoneon, pressandholdthe Power/EndKey until
thescreenlights up.
2. Toturn the phone off,pressand holdthePower/EndKey until
thedisplayturns off.
Making a Call
1. Pressthe OK Key tounlockthe screen(and keys).
2. Enterthephonenumberusingthekeypad.
3. Pressthe Send Key todialthe number.
4. Pressthe Power/EndKey toendthecall.
