INDUCTION COOKING
The induction cooktop is different from other types of cooktops.
Each cooking zone on the cooktop has an induction coil below it.
The coil induces a magnetic field in the pan, generating heat and
performing the cooking. The cooking zone itself does not
become hot; instead, it may absorb some heat from the pan. If
there is no pan on the cooking zone, the sensor detects this and
the induction coil is not energized.
