It onlytakesafewsecondstoconnect yourprojectortoyourdesktopornotebookcomputer,VCR,
orothersystems. However, aMacadapter(anoptionalaccessory)isneededforconnectionto
Macintoshcomputers.

7. OPERATION
StartUp
1.Plugthepowercordintoawall socket.
2.Turnonthemainpowerswitch.
3.Press POWERtostart theunit. Theback-lit POWERkeyflashesgreenandstaysgreen
whenthepoweristurnedon
(Whenthepoweristurnedoff, thereisa60-secondcoolingperiodbeforetheprojectorcanbe
re-started.)
4.Switchonall connectedequipment.

Digital KeystoneCorrection
Keystoningreferstothesituationwheretheprojectedimageisnoticeablywiderat eitherthe
toporbottom. Tocorrect this, pressKEYSTONE+/-(hot key)onthecontrolpanelofthe
projectororontheremotecontrol, andthen adjust theslidingbarlabeledKeystone, as
needed. Press +tocorrect keystoningat thetopoftheimage. Press -tocorrect keystoning
at thebottomof theimage.
AutoAdjustment
Insomecases, youmayneed tooptimizethepicturequality. Todothis, press theAUTO key
onthecontrolpaneloftheprojectororontheremotecontrol. Within3seconds, thebuilt-in
Intelligent AutoAdjustment functionwill re-adjust settingstoprovidethebest picturequality.
