!NOTE: Grounding the appliance
This appliance is for use on 120 volts.
The cord has aplug as shown in (A).
An adapter as shown in (C) is available
for connecting three-blade grounding
type plugs to two-slot receptacles, as
shown in (B). The green grounding plug
extending from the adapter must be
connected to a permanent ground such
as a properly grounded outlet box.
The adapter should not beused if a
three-slot grounded receptacleis
available. To disconnect appliance,
turn controls to off, then remove plug
from outlet. (Fig 1)

BEFORE YOUR FIRST USE:
1. Remove your appliance from the packaging.
2. Install your appliance in accordance with the installation & safety instructions.
3. Your appliance is now ready for normal use.
Dispose of the packaging in a responsible manner.
WARNING: This product must be installed correctly, failure to do so may result in injury,
electric shock to the user or damage to your product and your Property.

1. Secure provided 3 in 1 bolts (DD) into the pilot nuts.
(On the back of top panel (A))
2. Put the front Frame in place, ensure the bolts are fully inserted to the holes.
Put the 3 in 1 Cam (EE) in place and secured them.

3. Put the Side Frames (C) in place, place the 3 in 1 Cam (EE) in place and secured them.

4. Secure the 3 in 1 Bolts (DD) into Fireplace top.
5. Place the top Assembly finished on Step 3 onto fireplace top. Ensure all the bolts are
fully inserted into the holes, put the 3 in 1 Cams (EE) into and secured.

When appliance is Off:
1 press-Puts appliance into Standby Mode.

Powering the Fireplace
NOTE:
NOTE: All previous settings are held in memory, so the next
time you power up the fireplace, the unit will turn on
with the same settings.
Turns the Flame Effect On and Off, actived by pressing
the button on the remote. Cycles the unit through
the four settings:
Press the Thermostat button on the control panel or
on remote control to change the setting temperature.

The thermostat setting range is 59°F- 86°F or 15°C- 30°C.
The thermostat is adjustable by 1°F or 1°C increments by press-
ing the Up or Down “ “ buttons on the remote control
or buttons on control panel.
Turns the Heater On and Off, actived by pressing the
button on the remote or control panel. Cycles the
unit through the three settings:
NOTE:
The unit can be operated in Demo Mode,Press and hold the
button on the control panel (not by using the remote) for
more than 5 seconds, to change to Demo mode.The heater
and thermostat are disabled, and "dE" will be displayed on
the Digital Display. Press and hold again for 5 seconds to
exit Demo mode.
The default temperature setting is 77°F (25°C)
then press and hold the button on the control panel for
5 seconds, or vice versa.
That can be only operated on the control panel.
NOTE:
The unit can be operated in Heat Only Mode, when the unit is
only running with the heater, Low heat (H1) or high heat (H2),
icon will continuously be displayed on the control panel.

Setting the Timer
Press the Timer button on control panel or remote to cycle
through the nine timer settings (30 minutes, 1Hour, 2H,3H,
4H,5H,6H,7H,8H) and the timer OFF.
Press the Brightness button on the remote control to change
the Fuel bed color between the 3 settings: High, Middle and
Low. Indicated by the second digit on the Floating Display™
changing to show: "P" (high), "C"(middle) and "L" (low).

Resetting the Temperature
Cutoff Switch
Should the heater overheat, an auto-matic cut out
will turn the heater off and it will not come back on
without being reset. It can be reset by unplugging
the unit and waiting 30 minutes before plugging the
unit back in.
CAUTION: If you need to con-
tinuously reset the heater, unplug
the unit and call technical support.
Operation
CAUTION: “E3” is on Display
Once cut out is tripping.
NOTE: Please operate the remote control at a slow measured
pace. Press the remote control buttons with an even motion and
gentle pressure.Repeatedly pressing buttons in rapid succession
may cause the transmitter to malfunction.
NOTE: Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline,
standard (carbonzinc), or rechargeable (nicad,nimh, etc) batteries.
Close the battery compartment door.
The battery may contain hazardous substances that
could endanger the enviroment and human health.
This symbol marked on the battery and/or packaging
indicates that used battery shall not be treated as
municipal waste.Instead it should be left at the
appropriate collection point for recycling.
By correctly disposing used batteries, you prevent
potential negative consequences for the environment
and human health.Recycling used materials also
conserves natural resources.
For more information about collecting and recycling
used batteries, please contact your local municipality,
your waste disposal service or the point of sale where
you purchased this product.
Disposing of Used Batteries
NOTE: Batteries should be removed if the product is to be left
unused for a long time.
Replacing the remote control
Batteries
When the remote control stops operating or its range
seems reduced, it is time to replace the batteries with
new ones.
Insert two AAA batteries, checking that the + and -
sides of the battery match inside the battery compartment.
On the back end of the remote, press and slide the
battery door open and remove the old batteries.

Glass Cleaning
The glass is cleaned in the factory
during the assembly operation.
During shipment, installation,
handling, etc., the front glass
panel may collect dust particles;
these can be removed by dusting
lightly with a clean dry cloth.

completely dried with a lint free
cloth to prevent water spots. To
prevent scratching, do not use
abrasive cleaners or spray liquids
on the glass surface.
Fireplace Cleaning

Fireplace. Do not use abrasive
cleaners.
To prolong the life of your unit and
optimize the performance of your
heater, vacuum or dust the outlet
of the heater, and under and

Trouble Shooting

Inspect the heater and check that the air inlets and outlets are not blocked
as this may cause overheating. Unplug the heater for 30 minutes and allow
it to cool down. Replug, operate, and monitor the heater for signs of
overheating. If the problem persists discontinue use of the heater and
contact customer service.
The heater does not blow warm
air.
The heater is in a cool down
cycle.
This is normal operation and the heater will continue to run for several
minutes before shutting down. Times will vary based on temperatures.
During this time cool air will blow.
There is no power. There is no power to the unit.
Check that unit is plugged into a standard 120V outlet. Press the Power
button several times and make sure the power is set to the “ON” position.
The heater does not blow any
air.
Thermostat setting is preventing
heater from turning on.
Adjust the temperature settings to ensure that the thermostat is set higher
than the current room temperature.
The heater does not work, but
Power and Heater settings are
“ON” and thermostat is set.
Manual reset overheat
protection triggered.
Turn the Power to “OFF” and unplug the unit from the wall outlet for 5
minutes. After 5 minutes plug the unit back into wall outlet, and operate as
normal. If the problem persists contact customer service.
Flame effect works but heater
Heater or
Thermostat button is pressed.
The product is on Demo Mode.
The heater and thermostat are
disabled.
With the power on press and hold the Heater button on the control panel
for more tahn 5 seconds. Once re-enabled the ‘dE’ on the display
disappears.
The remote control is not
working.
There are no batteries or the
signal is poor.
Change the remote batteries.
Operate remote transmitter at a slow measured pace.
Press the remote control buttons with an even motion
and gentle pressure. Repeatedly pressing buttons in rapid
succession may cause the transmitter to malfunction.
The noise when the heater is on
is louder than normal.
a. The air intakes are dirty or
obstructed.
b. The blower/heater assembly
is defective.
a. Check the air intakes for obstructions or high dust build up.
b. Contact Customer Service for a new Heater/Blower Assembly.
Abnormal noise when the heater
is on. The spinner motor is defective. Contact Customer Service for a new Gear Motor.
