Your new electric fireplace may be installed virtually somewhere in your home. However, when choosing a location be sure to follow the
general instructions included. For best results install out of direct sunlight. Power supply service must be either completed or placed
within the electric fireplace prior to finishing to avoid reconstruction.

Drilling the Holes

Choosing a Wall Location
Choose a wall location to attach the Mounting Bracket (B).
Position the Mounting Bracket (B) in the desired location.
Use a level to align the bracket and mark the four holes
with a pencil.
Drill five 7/25 in. (7 mm) holes in the wall.
Insert the Wall Anchors (BB) into the holes using
a hammer.

Use the two marked center holes of the Top Mounting
Bracket (B) to measure and locate the hole for the Bottom
Bracket (A). Follow the dimensions in the drawing. Mark
the Bottom Bracket (A) hole with a pencil.

Attach the Top Mounting Bracket (B) to the wall by fastening
the four Anchor Screws (AA) into the wall anchors.

Hang the Fireplace (C&D) on the hook at the top of the Top Mounting Bracket (B)
and let the Fireplace (C&D) sit onto the Bottom Mounting Bracket (A).

6Securing the Fireplace
Secure the fireplace (C&D) to the Bottom Mounting Bracket (A) with the retaining Screw (CC).
Continue to the fuel bed setup instructions (Page 15).

1Removing the Frame
Remove the four screws that attach the Frame (D) to the Fireplace (C) and remove the Frame (D).

Placing the Logs and media pieces
Place the Crystal Media Pieces (J) on the Fuel bed.
Place the Frame (D) back on the Fireplace (C) with the four screws removed in Step 1.
Place the Logs Media(I) on the Crystal Media Pieces (if need a Log effect view).

1Jointing and Securing the Trims
Take one Horizontal Trim (E) and one Longitudinal Trim (F), joint and align the 3 holes on the edges.

Secure other trims to be a finished Frame
Repeat the upper steps to secure all 12 bolts and nuts.
The Wall Fire provided 2 Frames options, it can be Frame option either front glass or Metal Frame,
the Metal Frame is covering the front glass when it was fixed.
Insert Inner hexagonal bolt (DD) to go through the aligned holes, secure the Outer hexagonal nut (EE) on the bolt
by using provided Tool (FF).
Repeat step 2 to secure other 2 nuts.

Press the Brightness button on the remote control to change
the Fuel bed color between the 3 settings: High, Middle and
Low. Indicated by the second digit on the Floating Display™
changing to show: "P" (high), "C"(middle) and "L" (low).

Push the Power button to supply power to all functions
of the fireplace and put the wall fire in a standby mode.
Push the Power button again to turn off all functions.
Press the Timer button on remote to cycle through the nine
timer settings (30 minutes, 1Hour, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H,
7H, 8H ) and the OFFsetting.

The thermostat setting range is 59°F - 86°F or 15°C - 30°
The thermostat is adjustable by 1°F or 1°C increments by
pressing the Up or Down “ “ buttons on the remote
control or buttons on control panel.
Turns the Heater On and Off, actived by pressing the
button on the remote or control panel. Cycles the unit
through the three settings:
NOTE:
The unit can be operated in Press and hold
the button on the control panel (not by using the remote)
for more than 5 seconds, to change to Demo mode. The
heater and thermostat are disabled, and "dE" will be
displayed on the Screen Display. Press and hold again for
5 seconds to exit Demo mode.

The default temperature setting is 77°F (25°C)

NOTE: When the Theme is on cycle, the brightness button

continuously be displayed on the On Screen Display.

NOTE: Please operate the remote control at a slow
measured pace. Press the remote control buttons with
an even motion and gentle pressure. Repeatedly pressing
buttons in rapid succession may cause the transmitter to
malfunction.
NOTE: Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix
alkaline, standard (carbonzinc), or rechargeable (nicad,
nimh, etc) batteries.
When the remote control stops operating or its range
seems reduced, it is time to replace the battery with
new ones.
On the back end of the remote, press and slide
the battery door open and remove the old batteries.
Insert two AAA batteries, checking that the + and -
sides of the battery match inside the battery
compartment.
Replace the battery compartment door.
The battery may contain hazardous substances that
could endanger the enviroment and human health.
This symbol marked on the battery and/or packaging
indicates that used battery shall not be treated as
municipal waste. Instead it should be left at the
appropriate collection point for recycling.
By correctly disposing used batteries, you prevent
potential negative consequences for the environment
and human health. Recycling used materials also
conserves natural resources.
For more information about collecting and recycling
used batteries, please contact your local municipality,
your waste disposal service or the point of sale where
you purchased this product.

8Using the Power Cord Correctly
This heater is for use on 120 volts. The cord has a plug
as shown in the figure.
Connect to properly grounded outlets only.
Do not use a 2 prong adapter. Never use with an
extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/
power strip).
NOTE: Batteries should be removed if the product is to
be left unused for a long time.

NOTE:
The last theme 8 isaprism where the unit cycles through a variety
of colours.Pressing the button stops the cycling and holds the
unit on the preferred color, indicated bya solid circle. Use the same
button to release for cycling, When the unit is on cycling through
the colours, arotating circlewill bedisplayed.
Adjusting the Color Themes
Press the Themes button on the control panel or remote control
to change the Color Themes. There are 8 settings: OFF, Red,
Sky Blue,Orange, Blue, Purple, Green and Cycling as indicated
on the Display:

Care and Cleaning
Clean the metal trim using a soft cloth, slightly dampened with a citrus oil-based product and buff with a soft, clean cloth. DO NOT use
brass polish or household cleaners as these products will damage the metal trim.
Purchase citrus oil-based products at a hardware store.
WARNING:
Make sure the power is turned off before proceeding with repairs. Any electrical repairs or rewiring of this unit should be
carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with national and local codes. If repairing or replacing any electrical component or wiring,
the original wire routing, color coding and securing locations must be followed. During any service of this appliance, the power to the unit
must be turned off. First turn the main power switch to the OFF position. Then remove the electrical plug from the wall outlet.
WARNING:
Electrical outlet wiring must comply with local building codes and other applicable regulations to reduce the risk of fire,
electrical shock and injury to persons.

Keep electrical cords, drapery, furniture and other combustibles at least 3 ft (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and away
from the sides.

Troubleshooting

or disconnected.

Inspect the heater and check that the air inlets and outlets are not blocked
as this may cause overheating. Unplug the heater for 30 minutes and allow
it to cool down. Replug, operate, and monitor the heater for signs of
overheating. If the problem persists discontinue use of the heater and
contact customer service.
The heater does not blow warm
air.
The heater is in a cool down
cycle.
This is normal operation and the heater will continue to run for several
minutes before shutting down. Times will vary based on temperatures.
During this time cool air will blow.
There is no power. There is no power to the unit.
Check that unit is plugged into a standard 120V outlet. Press the Power
button several times and make sure the power is set to the “ON” position.
The heater does not blow any
air.
Thermostat setting is preventing
heater from turning on.
Adjust the temperature settings to ensure that the thermostat is set higher
than the current room temperature.
The heater does not work, but
Power and Heater settings are
“ON” and thermostat is set.
Manual reset overheat
protection triggered.
Turn the Power to “OFF” and unplug the unit from the wall outlet for 5
minutes. After 5 minutes plug the unit back into wall outlet, and operate as
normal. If the problem persists contact customer service.
Flame effect works but heater
Heater or
Thermostat button is pressed.
The product is on Demo Mode.
The heater and thermostat are
disabled.
With the power on press and hold the Heater button on the control panel
for more tahn 5 seconds. Once re-enabled the ‘dE’ on the display
disappears.
The remote control is not
working.
There are no batteries or the
signal is poor.
Change the remote batteries.
Operate remote transmitter at a slow measured pace.
Press the remote control buttons with an even motion
and gentle pressure. Repeatedly pressing buttons in rapid
succession may cause the transmitter to malfunction.
The noise when the heater is on
is louder than normal.
a. The air intakes are dirty or
obstructed.
b. The blower/heater assembly
