FIRST STEPS
1. Remove your Waver Micro from the shipping box and inspect the unit
and accessories for shipping damage.
2. Read carefully through this user manual and all safety instructions
before using the Waver Micro.
3. Go to wavermicro.lifeprofitness.com and register your product within
14 days of purchase to activate your lifetime warranty.
4. Complete the steps in the EASY-START SETUP GUIDE on page 9
to begin using your Waver Micro.

ACTIVATE THE REMOTE CONTROL
• The battery compartment is located on the
bottom of the remote control. Press the tab in
and pull the compartment out to remove it.
• Insert one CR2025 battery into the battery
compartment as shown. Battery terminals are
polarized, so make sure to insert the battery with
the + side facing up.
• Replace the battery compartment inside the remote
control by pushing it in until it snaps securely in
place.
ATTACH THE TWO RESISTANCE BANDS
The resistance bands let you incorporate strength
training into your workout.
• Locate the two short black metal bars under the
front edge of the unit.
• Swivel each bar so it extends out the front of the
unit.
• Loop the end of a resistance band through one of
the metal bars.
• Thread the resistance band handle through the
loop and pull tight.
• Attach the second resistance band to the metal
bar on the opposite side in the same manner.
CONNECT TO POWER
• Insert the power cord firmly into the power cord
jack at the front of the unit.
NOTE: Press forcefully until you feel a click, which
indicates that the cord is securely connected.
Power cord fits tightly so it will not loosen during
use.
• Plug the power cord into an AC outlet.

• Flip the Power switch to the ON position.

Where you stand on the Waver Micro will impact how challenging the
vibrations are for your body. Stand with your feet close together for an
“easy” workout and stand with your feet further apart for “medium” and
“intense” workouts.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
USING THE CONTROL PANEL TO OPERATE THE WAVER MICRO
1. Power Button: Power the Waver Micro on and off. The control panel will
light up and the Waver Micro will enter standby mode. The default mode is
manual mode; the screen will show “88”.
2. Program Mode Button: Toggle through the 3 preset programs (P1–P3) and
manual mode (88).
3. Display Screen: Shows selected program 88 (manual mode) or P1–P3
during standby mode. During a manual mode program, alternates between
time, or speed.
4. Time/Speed / Buttons*: During standby mode, use the buttons to
increase the time duration for a manual mode workout, from 1–10 minutes
in one-minute increments. After the manual mode workout begins, use the
buttons to increase/decrease the vibration speed, from level 1–30.
5. Start/Stop Button: Start the selected preset program or manual mode
workout. Stop the exercise at any time.
6. Remote: Infrared receiver for the remote control. For best results point
the remote control directly at the receiver from no more than 7 feet away.
7. Speed Indicator LED: The LED lights up to indicate that the value shown
on screen is the current vibration speed.
8. Time Indicator LED: The LED lights up to indicate that the value shown on
screen is the time remaining in the workout.

change vibration speed to level, 10, 15,
or 20.
4. Quick Program Buttons (P1, P2, P3)*: Quickly select a preset program,
P1–P3.
5. Time +/- Buttons*: With manual mode selected, use the buttons to set a
time duration for the manual mode workout, from 1–10 minutes, in one-
minute increments.
6. Start/Stop Button: Press the button to start the selected preset
program or manual mode workout. Press again to stop the workout at any
time.
7. Mode Button: Press the button to toggle through the 3 preset programs,
P1–P3, and manual mode.
*Speed and time cannot be adjusted for preset programs.

CREATING A WORKOUT

Use the Waver Micro in program or manual mode. To get the best results,
alternate between the preset programs and custom workouts created in
manual mode to keep your body guessing. Your body tends to adapt, so you’ll
want to change up your workouts to keep improving your fitness.
PROGRAM MODE
In program mode, you can select from three preset programs: P1, P02, P03.
Each preset program is 10 minutes long and follows the patterns shown on
below under PRESET PROGRAM SPEEDS.
CHOOSING A PROGRAM IN PROGRAM MODE
1. Press the Power button on the remote control to turn on the control panel
to Standby Mode. Manual mode (88) is selected by default.
2. Press the Mode button on the remote control to toggle through the three
preset programs, P1–P3. You can also use the Quick Program buttons on
the remote control to quickly choose P1, P2, or P3.
3. While standing in position* on the Waver Micro, press the Start/Stop
button on the remote control to activate the selected program.
4. Press the Start/Stop button on the remote control at any time to stop the
workout.
*The Waver Micro’s powerful motor will cause it to move across the floor
if you are not standing on the machine when you press the Start button.
Always stand in position on the Waver Micro before pressing the Start button
to begin your workout program.
NOTE: Time and vibration speed cannot be adjusted for preset programs.
NOTE: If no program is selected and the Start button is not pressed within
three minutes of powering on, the unit will automatically shut off.
PRESET PROGRAM SPEEDS
MANUAL MODE
In manual mode, you can create a custom workout, with a duration of 1–10
minutes, in one-minute increments, while in standby mode. Once you begin the
manual workout, you cannot adjust the workout time.
The speed for your manual workout will begin automatically at level 1. Once
your workout has begun, you may adjust the speed, at any time, from 1–30.
CREATING A CUSTOM WORKOUT IN MANUAL MODE
1. Press the Power button on the remote control turn on the control panel to
standby mode. Manual mode (88) is automatically selected.
2. Use the Time + / - buttons on the remote control to set a time duration for
the workout, from 1–10 minutes in one-minute increments.
3. While standing in position* on the Waver Micro, press the Start/Stop
button on the remote control to begin the manual workout.
4. The vibration speed will automatically begin at level 1. To adjust the speed,
press the Speed / buttons on the remote control. You can also use the
Quick Speed buttons on the remote control to choose level 10, 15, or 20.
5. Press the Start/Stop button on the remote control at any time to stop the
workout.
*The Waver Micro’s powerful motor will cause it to move across the floor
if you are not standing on the machine when you press the Start button.
Always stand in position on the Waver Micro before pressing the Start button
to begin your workout program.

TIPS FOR USING THE WAVER MICRO
SAFETY TIPS
• Always stand in position on the Waver Micro before pressing the Start
button to begin your workout program. NOTE: The Waver Micro’s powerful
motor will cause it to move across the floor if you are not standing on the
machine when you press the Start button.
• Do not get on or off the Waver Micro until it is completely stopped.
• Use the remote control to adjust the workout once exercise has begun.
Using the control panel while the unit is moving could
cause an accident or injury.
• Always stand on the machine with your back
straight, your knees slightly bent, and your heels
slightly lifted.
• Do not use the machine with straight legs or arms,
as the vibrations are directed to your bones and
brain, which can be dangerous for your health.
Always slightly bend your legs and arms.
• If you feel vibrations in your eyes, vocal cords, or
other parts of your head, you are not standing on
the machine correctly and should shift your
position immediately.
• Never place your head or upper body directly on
the machine.
• Never jump on or jump off the unit.
• Never attempt to turn around on the unit while
it is in motion. Do not quickly lean back or change
position while the machine is in motion.
• Stop exercising immediately and contact your
doctor if you feel tired, dizzy, or nauseous, or if
you experience pain, difficulty breathing, or
abnormal heart rate.
• Never perform other activities while using
the unit as this could cause accidents or
injury.
• Do not use for more than 20 minutes per day. Prolonged or over-intense
exercise can be damaging to your health.
• Make sure your body is used to the vibrations before you sit on the
machine.
• Do not use after drinking alcohol or taking medication that could affect
your balance or make you sleepy.
SETUP TIPS
• Place the Waver Micro on a level, non-slip floor. You may put an exercise
mat under the unit to protect carpet or other flooring.
• Set up the Waver Micro up in an area with at least 5 feet of clearance on all
sides of the unit.
• Plug the power cord into an easily accessible wall outlet so that you can
remove the power cord immediately if there is a problem.
EXERCISE TIPS
• Start slow and easy, with 10-minute workouts.
• Work your way up to longer, more challenging workouts over several weeks.
• Long-term use will help you reach your fitness goals.
• Beginners should stand on the unit with their feet close together. Slowly
increase difficulty by standing with your legs further apart.
• Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes while using the unit.
• You can amplify the vibrations by removing your shoes and socks. Do not
wear socks or slippers while using the unit as this could cause you to slip.
• Do not wear jewelry, belts, or other clothing or accessories that could get
caught and cause an accident or injury.
• Remove cell phones and other valuables, as well as any sharp objects from
your pockets before using the Waver Micro.
• Warm up before using the unit and cool down at the end of your workout.
• Make sure to take sufficient breaks between exercises. Also take sufficient
time off between workout sessions.
• Breathe evenly. Exhale during exertion; inhale after exertion.
• Perform all exercises with smooth, even movements.
• We recommend placing a towel or training mat on top of the machine if
sitting, lying, or using your hands or arms on the unit.
• Drink plenty of water before and after exercise.
• Do not use on a full stomach; wait at least 80 minutes after eating to begin
exercise.

HOW TO BEGIN
It’s a good idea to start off slow and easy with your Waver Micro as it can take
time to get use to how vibration plates move and feel. We recommend you
follow the workout guide below--building from beginner to advanced over a
period of several weeks.
EXERCISE GUIDE
Hold the stretches and exercises on pages 20-21 for the number of seconds
shown in the chart below. You will build strength and stamina as you progress
through the levels.

9. Never allow more than one person on the Waver Micro at a time.
10. Place the Waver Micro on a level, non-slip surface, with at least five feet of
clearance on all sides of the unit (front, back, left, right).
11. Do not place the Waver Micro on any surface that blocks air openings. To protect
the floor or carpet from damage, place a non-slip rug or exercise mat under the
machine.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
12. Never leave the machine unattended while it is running. Always unplug the power
cord when unit is not in use.
13. Only power the unit using the included power cord. Do not use included power
cord to power other machines.

14. Only plug the unit into a properly grounded wall outlet, installed by a
certified electrician.
15. Always unplug the power cord by pulling gently from the plug. Never unplug by
pulling on the cord itself.
16. Never operate the unit or plug/unplug the power cord with wet hands.
17. Always place the power cable where it won’t be stepped on or create a tripping
hazard. Do not wrap the power cord around the unit. Do not squeeze, place heavy
objects on top of the power cord. Never place the power cord on sharp objects or
hot surfaces.
18. Use and store indoors, away from moisture, dust, dirt, and heat sources. Do not
use or store in high-temperature or high-humidity environments. Keep out of
direct sunlight.
19. Do not operate the Waver Micro where aerosol products are used or where oxygen
is being administered.
20. Keep the power cord, surge suppressor, and batteries away from all heat sources.
21. Always replace dead or defective batteries immediately and appropriately recycle
or dispose of the old batteries. Always keep batteries out of reach of children.
EXERCISE SAFETY
22. Consult with a medical professional before beginning a new exercise program to
determine your appropriate fitness intensity and duration.
23. People with the following conditions must get approval from a physician before
using the Waver Micro: anyone who is or may be pregnant, or has recently given
birth; people who experience dizziness or balance disorders or are taking drugs
that affect balance; people with implants such as pacemakers, intrauterine
devices, joint implants, and chest stents; people with open wounds, tumors,
heart or vascular disease, blood circulation disorders, chronic hypertension,
osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, acute joint disease, thrombosis, arrhythmia,
severe diabetes, epilepsy, or acute migraines; people with spinal injuries, fractures,
herniated discs, or ankylosing or cervical spondylitis.
24. Stop exercising immediately and contact your doctor if you feel tired, dizzy, or

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Quickly troubleshoot simple issues you might experience using the table below. Please contact us for

ISSUE MACHINE DOES NOT TURN ON
CAUSE Power cable is not plugged into a wall outlet.
SOLUTION Connect power cable to an outlet.
CAUSE Power switch is not flipped to the ON position.
SOLUTION Flip the Power switch on the front of machine to the ON position.
CAUSE Power cable is not securely plugged into the front of the unit.
SOLUTION Re-insert the power cable forcefully. You will hear a click when it is securely connected.
ISSUE REMOTE CONTROL DOES NOT WORK
CAUSE Remote is too far away from the infrared sensor on the display.
SOLUTION Point remote directly at infrared sensor when in use (effective distance is approx. 7 feet).
CAUSE Battery is installed incorrectly.
SOLUTION Check to see if the batteries are installed in the correct direction.
CAUSE Battery is dead.
SOLUTION Replace dead battery with one new CR2025 battery.
ISSUE MACHINE STOPPED WORKING SUDDENLY
CAUSE Program or manual workout has ended (10minute run-time max).
SOLUTION Begin a new exercise program.
ISSUE CANNOT TURN OFF MACHINE USING REMOTE CONTROL OR CONTROL PANEL
CAUSE The Waver Micro must be powered off via the Power switch.
SOLUTION Flip the Power switch on the front of the unit to the OFF position.
CLEANING, STORAGE & MAINTENANCE
1. DANGER: Always unplug the power cord immediately after use, before cleaning, moving,
storing, or performing the maintenance and adjustment procedures described in this
manual. Allow to cool before cleaning, moving, storing, or doing maintenance.
2. Use a slightly damp cloth or soft towel to wipe away dirt or moisture. Do not use
abrasive, solvent, or chemical cleaners or harsh detergents.
3. Store in a well-ventilated area free of dust, with low humidity and out of direct sunlight.
4. When storing for a long time, remove the batteries from the remote control and cover
the unit to keep out dust and dirt.
5. Inspect and tighten all external screws periodically (do not remove the motor hood).
6. Never remove the motor hood unless instructed to do so by an authorized service
representative. Servicing other than the procedures in this manual should be performed
by an authorized service representative only.
7. Never insert or drop any object into any opening.
