1. Hold the React™ ﬁrmly with the

Seat Belt Cutter facing inwards

and the sharp edge pointing

downwards.

2. While keeping the seat belt taut,

slide the React™ in a downward

motion to slice through the seat

belt until completely free.

before using the Window Glass

Breaker.

• The Window Glass Breaker

is designed to break tempered

glass, only. Do NOT attempt to

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Using the Car Charger

1. Insert Car Charger into the

12-24V vehicle power socket.

*Refer to vehicle’s owner manual

for location.

2. The Battery Capacity Indicator

Lights will illuminate if properly

connected and ready to use.

3. Plug a USB chargeable device

into the USB Charging Port

(Output) via USB Cable.

Using the Power Bank

1. Turn on the Power Bank via the

Power Button located on the

side of the React™.

2. Plug a USB chargeable device

into the USB Charging Port

(Output) via USB Cable.

Checking the Battery Capacity

1. Press the Power Button once to

view the Battery Capacity

Indicator Lights.

2. See chart below to determine the

approximate Battery Capacity:

Re-charge the Power Bank when;

a. There is only one Battery

Capacity Indicator Light

12-24 vehicle power socket.

All four Battery Capacity

Indicator Lights will illuminate

when fully charged.

b. Use the included Micro USB

Charging Cable to connect the

React™ to a USB charging port

(not included).

Using the Flashlight

1. Press and hold the Power Button

located on the side of the React™

for approximately 3 seconds to

turn on the Flashlight.

2. Single click the Power Button

to scan through the Flashlight

modes; Low (default), High,

and Red Flashing.

3. Press and hold the Power Button

for approximately 3 seconds

to turn o the Flashlight.

Using the S.O.S. Audible Alarm

1. Slide the S.O.S. Power Switch

located on the side of the

React™ to activate the Alarm.

2. Slide the S.O.S. Power Switch

back to the original position to

deactivate the Alarm.

Using the Car Charger

1. Insert Car Charger into the

12-24V vehicle power socket.

*Refer to vehicle’s owner manual

for location.

2. The Battery Capacity Indicator

Lights will illuminate if properly

connected and ready to use.

3. Plug a USB chargeable device

into the USB Charging Port

(Output) via USB Cable.

Using the Power Bank

1. Turn on the Power Bank via the

Power Button located on the

side of the React™.

2. Plug a USB chargeable device

into the USB Charging Port

Checking the Battery Capacity

for approximately 3 seconds

to turn o the Flashlight.

Using the S.O.S. Audible Alarm

1. Slide the S.O.S. Power Switch

located on the side of the

React™ to activate the Alarm.

2. Slide the S.O.S. Power Switch

back to the original position to

deactivate the Alarm.

Using the Seat Belt Cutter

• This feature is intended for

• The Seat Belt Cutter uses a sharp

razor blade that is concealed

Subject to the exclusions contained

below, Limitless Innovations, Inc.

(“Limitless”) warrants the React™

product to be free from defects in

materials and workmanship under

normal consumer usage for a period of

one (1) year from the date of original

purchase, (the “Limited Warranty”).

As utilized herein, the term “React™”

(or the singular, React™ product) shall

include all products set forth above in

the what’s included section of this User

Manual that may be sold by Limitless

now or in the future.

This Limited Warranty is a consumer’s

sole and exclusive remedy regarding

any express warranty claim by a

consumer and is subject to the

exclusions on the following pages:

Exclusions:

The Limited Warranty shall not apply in

the event of the occurrence of any of

the following:

1. Normal Wear and Tear. The

Limited Warranty shall not apply

to cover the maintenance, repair

and/or replacement of parts or

the products due to normal wear

and tear by the consumer.

2. Abuse and Misuse. The

Limited Warranty shall not

cover defects or damage that

result in whole or in part

from: (a) improper operation,

storage, misuse or abuse,

accident or neglect by

the consumer (including, without

limitation, physical damage,

cracks and scratches to the

surface of the product;

(b) contact with liquid, water,

rain, extreme humidity or heavy

perspiration, sand, dirt or

the like, extreme heat, or food;

commercial purposes;

(d) subjecting the React™

product to abnormal usage

or conditions; and/or (e) other

acts which are not the sole and

absolute fault of the React™.

3. Unauthorized Service or

Modiﬁcation. The Limited

Warranty shall not cover defects

or damages resulting in whole

or in part from service,

testing, adjustment, installation,

maintenance, alteration, or

modiﬁcation in any way

by someone other Limitless or its

authorized service centers.

4. Altered Products. The Limited

Warranty shall not cover defects

or damages to a React™

product with (a) serial numbers

or date tags that have, at any

time, been removed, altered, or

obliterated; (b) broken seals or

that show evidence or tampering;

numbers; or (d) non-conforming

or non-React™ housings, or

components.

5. Communication Services.

Defects, damage, or the failure

of the React™ product due to

any communication service or

signal you may subscribe to or

use with the React™ product or

software.

Who is Covered?

This warranty extends only to the ﬁrst

consumer purchaser and is not

transferable to any third party nor

applicable to any subsequent owner

other than the ﬁrst consumer

purchaser.

What Will Limitless Do?

If Limitless determines, in its sole and

absolute discretion, that a claim is

subject to the Limited Warranty, it will,

at its sole option, repair or replace the

React™ product or alternatively, it will,

in its discretion, refund the purchase

price of any React™ products or software.

The React™ product replacement will

be with a functionally equivalent re-

conditioned / refurbished / pre-owned

or new React™ product or part.

How Do I Make a Claim?

In the event of any warranty claim

under the Limited Warranty, you can

the address below at which time and

in response thereto, you will receive

instructions on how to ship any React™

product at your expense, to a Limitless

authorized repair center. To obtain

service, you must include: (a) a copy

of your receipt, bill of sale or other

comparable proof of purchase; (b) a

written description of the problem; (c)

the name if your service provider, if ap-

plicable; and (d) your mailing address,

Resolution of Claims or Disputes

Any claim or dispute between you and

Limitless arising out of or relating in any

way to the Product or this Agreement

shall be resolved through ﬁnal, binding

arbitration. This arbitration obligation

applies regardless of whether the

claim or dispute involves a tort, fraud,

misrepresentation, product liability,

negligence, violation of a statute, or any

other legal theory. Both you and Limitless

speciﬁcally acknowledge and agree that

you waive your right to bring a lawsuit

based on such claims or disputes and to

have such lawsuit resolved by a judge

or jury.

Limitation of Legal Remedies

All arbitrations under this Agreement

shall be conducted only on an individual

(and not a class-wide) basis and an

arbitrator shall have no authority to award

class wide relief. You acknowledge and

agree that this Agreement speciﬁcally

prohibits you from commencing

arbitration proceedings as a representative

of others or joining in any arbitration

proceedings brought by any other person.

Arbitration Procedures

Before commencing any arbitration

proceedings under this Agreement,

you must ﬁrst present the claim/

dispute to Limitless by calling (855)

843-4828, providing requested contact

information and allowing Limitless

the opportunity to resolve it. If your

claim or dispute is not resolved within

sixty (60) days, you may commence

arbitration proceedings in accordance

with the terms of this Agreement. The

arbitration of claim(s)/dispute(s) under

this Agreement shall be pursuant to

the American Arbitration Association’s

(“AAA”) United States Commercial Dispute

Resolution Procedures and Supplementary

Procedures for Consumer-Related

Disputes (see www.adr.org for their rules

and procedures). The arbitration of any

claim/dispute under this Agreement shall

be in the State of Illinois or the location

All administrative expenses of arbitration

proceedings under this Agreement shall be

divided equally between you and Limitless,

except that: (a) if the claim/dispute

subject to the arbitration proceedings

is less than ten thousand dollars (US

more than one hundred twenty-ﬁve dollars

(US $125) in administrative expenses;

(b) if the claim or dispute subject to the

arbitration proceedings is more than ten

thousand dollars (US $10,000), but less

than seventy-ﬁve thousand dollars (US

$75,000), you will be responsible for

no more than three hundred seventy-

ﬁve dollars (US $375) in administrative

expenses; and (c) if the claim/dispute

subject to the arbitration proceedings is

more than seventy-ﬁve thousand dollars

(US $75,000), then you will be responsible

for administrative expenses in accordance

with the Commercial Fee Schedule

provided by the AAA. You acknowledge

and agree that each party shall pay the

fees and costs of its own counsel, experts

and witnesses.

Choice of Law & Severability

This Agreement shall be governed by

the United States Federal Arbitration

Act and the laws of the state of Illinois.

If any provision of this Consumer Rights

and Arbitration Agreement is declared

or found to be unlawful, unenforceable

or void, such provision will be ineective

only to the extent that it is found unlawful,

unenforceable or void and the remainder

shall remain fully enforceable.

below, Limitless Innovations, Inc.

(“Limitless”) warrants the React™

product to be free from defects in

materials and workmanship under

normal consumer usage for a period of

one (1) year from the date of original

purchase, (the “Limited Warranty”).

As utilized herein, the term “React™”

(or the singular, React™ product) shall

include all products set forth above in

the what’s included section of this User

Manual that may be sold by Limitless

now or in the future.

This Limited Warranty is a consumer’s

sole and exclusive remedy regarding

any express warranty claim by a

consumer and is subject to the

exclusions on the following pages:

Exclusions:

The Limited Warranty shall not apply in

the event of the occurrence of any of

the following:

1. Normal Wear and Tear. The

Limited Warranty shall not apply

to cover the maintenance, repair

and/or replacement of parts or

the products due to normal wear

and tear by the consumer.

2. Abuse and Misuse. The

Limited Warranty shall not

cover defects or damage that

result in whole or in part

from: (a) improper operation,

storage, misuse or abuse,

accident or neglect by

the consumer (including, without

limitation, physical damage,

cracks and scratches to the

surface of the product;

(b) contact with liquid, water,

rain, extreme humidity or heavy

perspiration, sand, dirt or

the like, extreme heat, or food;

commercial purposes;

(d) subjecting the React™

product to abnormal usage

or conditions; and/or (e) other

acts which are not the sole and

absolute fault of the React™.

3. Unauthorized Service or

Modiﬁcation. The Limited

Warranty shall not cover defects

or damages resulting in whole

or in part from service,

testing, adjustment, installation,

maintenance, alteration, or

modiﬁcation in any way

by someone other Limitless or its

authorized service centers.

4. Altered Products. The Limited

Warranty shall not cover defects

or damages to a React™

product with (a) serial numbers

or date tags that have, at any

time, been removed, altered, or

obliterated; (b) broken seals or

that show evidence or tampering;

numbers; or (d) non-conforming

or non-React™ housings, or

components.

5. Communication Services.

Defects, damage, or the failure

of the React™ product due to

any communication service or

signal you may subscribe to or

use with the React™ product or

software.

Who is Covered?

This warranty extends only to the ﬁrst

consumer purchaser and is not

transferable to any third party nor

applicable to any subsequent owner

other than the ﬁrst consumer

purchaser.

What Will Limitless Do?

If Limitless determines, in its sole and

absolute discretion, that a claim is

subject to the Limited Warranty, it will,

at its sole option, repair or replace the

React™ product or alternatively, it will,

in its discretion, refund the purchase

price of any React™ products or software.

The React™ product replacement will

be with a functionally equivalent re-

conditioned / refurbished / pre-owned

or new React™ product or part.

How Do I Make a Claim?

In the event of any warranty claim

under the Limited Warranty, you can

contact the telephone number below

or provide a written correspondence to

the address below at which time and

in response thereto, you will receive

instructions on how to ship any React™

product at your expense, to a Limitless

authorized repair center. To obtain

service, you must include: (a) a copy

of your receipt, bill of sale or other

comparable proof of purchase; (b) a

written description of the problem; (c)

the name if your service provider, if ap-

plicable; and (d) your mailing address,

email address and telephone number.

Resolution of Claims or Disputes

Any claim or dispute between you and

Limitless arising out of or relating in any

way to the Product or this Agreement

shall be resolved through ﬁnal, binding

arbitration. This arbitration obligation

applies regardless of whether the

claim or dispute involves a tort, fraud,

misrepresentation, product liability,

negligence, violation of a statute, or any

other legal theory. Both you and Limitless

speciﬁcally acknowledge and agree that

you waive your right to bring a lawsuit

based on such claims or disputes and to

have such lawsuit resolved by a judge

or jury.

Limitation of Legal Remedies

All arbitrations under this Agreement

shall be conducted only on an individual

(and not a class-wide) basis and an

arbitrator shall have no authority to award

class wide relief. You acknowledge and

agree that this Agreement speciﬁcally

prohibits you from commencing

arbitration proceedings as a representative

of others or joining in any arbitration

proceedings brought by any other person.

Arbitration Procedures

Before commencing any arbitration

proceedings under this Agreement,

you must ﬁrst present the claim/

dispute to Limitless by calling (855)

843-4828, providing requested contact

information and allowing Limitless

the opportunity to resolve it. If your

claim or dispute is not resolved within

sixty (60) days, you may commence

arbitration proceedings in accordance

with the terms of this Agreement. The

arbitration of claim(s)/dispute(s) under

this Agreement shall be pursuant to

the American Arbitration Association’s

(“AAA”) United States Commercial Dispute

Resolution Procedures and Supplementary

Procedures for Consumer-Related

Disputes (see www.adr.org for their rules

and procedures). The arbitration of any

claim/dispute under this Agreement shall

be in the State of Illinois or the location

All administrative expenses of arbitration

proceedings under this Agreement shall be

divided equally between you and Limitless,

except that: (a) if the claim/dispute

subject to the arbitration proceedings

is less than ten thousand dollars (US

more than one hundred twenty-ﬁve dollars

(US $125) in administrative expenses;

(b) if the claim or dispute subject to the

arbitration proceedings is more than ten

thousand dollars (US $10,000), but less

than seventy-ﬁve thousand dollars (US

$75,000), you will be responsible for

no more than three hundred seventy-

ﬁve dollars (US $375) in administrative

expenses; and (c) if the claim/dispute

subject to the arbitration proceedings is

more than seventy-ﬁve thousand dollars

(US $75,000), then you will be responsible

for administrative expenses in accordance

with the Commercial Fee Schedule

provided by the AAA. You acknowledge

and agree that each party shall pay the

fees and costs of its own counsel, experts

and witnesses.

Choice of Law & Severability

This Agreement shall be governed by

the United States Federal Arbitration

Act and the laws of the state of Illinois.

If any provision of this Consumer Rights

and Arbitration Agreement is declared

or found to be unlawful, unenforceable

or void, such provision will be ineective

only to the extent that it is found unlawful,

unenforceable or void and the remainder

shall remain fully enforceable.

Limitation of Legal Remedies

All arbitrations under this Agreement

shall be conducted only on an individual

(and not a class-wide) basis and an

arbitrator shall have no authority to award

prohibits you from commencing

arbitration proceedings as a representative

of others or joining in any arbitration

proceedings brought by any other person.

Arbitration Procedures

Before commencing any arbitration

proceedings under this Agreement,

information and allowing Limitless

the opportunity to resolve it. If your

claim or dispute is not resolved within

sixty (60) days, you may commence

arbitration proceedings in accordance

product to be free from defects in

materials and workmanship under

normal consumer usage for a period of

(or the singular, React™ product) shall

include all products set forth above in

the what’s included section of this User

Manual that may be sold by Limitless

now or in the future.

This Limited Warranty is a consumer’s

sole and exclusive remedy regarding

any express warranty claim by a

consumer and is subject to the

exclusions on the following pages:

Exclusions:

The Limited Warranty shall not apply in

1. Normal Wear and Tear. The

Limited Warranty shall not apply

to cover the maintenance, repair

Resolution of Claims or Disputes

Any claim or dispute between you and

Limitless arising out of or relating in any

way to the Product or this Agreement

shall be resolved through ﬁnal, binding

arbitration. This arbitration obligation

applies regardless of whether the

claim or dispute involves a tort, fraud,

misrepresentation, product liability,

negligence, violation of a statute, or any

other legal theory. Both you and Limitless

speciﬁcally acknowledge and agree that

you waive your right to bring a lawsuit

based on such claims or disputes and to

have such lawsuit resolved by a judge

or jury.

Limitation of Legal Remedies

All arbitrations under this Agreement

shall be conducted only on an individual

(and not a class-wide) basis and an

arbitrator shall have no authority to award

class wide relief. You acknowledge and

agree that this Agreement speciﬁcally

prohibits you from commencing

arbitration proceedings as a representative

of others or joining in any arbitration

proceedings brought by any other person.

Arbitration Procedures

Before commencing any arbitration

proceedings under this Agreement,

you must ﬁrst present the claim/

dispute to Limitless by calling (855)

843-4828, providing requested contact

information and allowing Limitless

the opportunity to resolve it. If your

claim or dispute is not resolved within

sixty (60) days, you may commence

arbitration proceedings in accordance

with the terms of this Agreement. The

arbitration of claim(s)/dispute(s) under

this Agreement shall be pursuant to

the American Arbitration Association’s

(“AAA”) United States Commercial Dispute

Resolution Procedures and Supplementary

Procedures for Consumer-Related

Disputes (see www.adr.org for their rules

and procedures). The arbitration of any

claim/dispute under this Agreement shall

be in the State of Illinois or the location

divided equally between you and Limitless,

(US $125) in administrative expenses;

(b) if the claim or dispute subject to the

arbitration proceedings is more than ten

thousand dollars (US $10,000), but less

than seventy-ﬁve thousand dollars (US

$75,000), you will be responsible for

no more than three hundred seventy-

ﬁve dollars (US $375) in administrative

expenses; and (c) if the claim/dispute

subject to the arbitration proceedings is

more than seventy-ﬁve thousand dollars

(US $75,000), then you will be responsible

for administrative expenses in accordance

with the Commercial Fee Schedule

provided by the AAA. You acknowledge

and agree that each party shall pay the

fees and costs of its own counsel, experts

and witnesses.

Choice of Law & Severability

This Agreement shall be governed by

the United States Federal Arbitration

Act and the laws of the state of Illinois.

If any provision of this Consumer Rights

and Arbitration Agreement is declared

or found to be unlawful, unenforceable

or void, such provision will be ineective

only to the extent that it is found unlawful,

unenforceable or void and the remainder

shall remain fully enforceable.

Subject to the exclusions contained

below, Limitless Innovations, Inc.

(“Limitless”) warrants the React™

product to be free from defects in

materials and workmanship under

normal consumer usage for a period of

one (1) year from the date of original

purchase, (the “Limited Warranty”).

As utilized herein, the term “React™”

(or the singular, React™ product) shall

include all products set forth above in

the what’s included section of this User

Manual that may be sold by Limitless

now or in the future.

This Limited Warranty is a consumer’s

sole and exclusive remedy regarding

any express warranty claim by a

consumer and is subject to the

exclusions on the following pages:

Exclusions:

The Limited Warranty shall not apply in

the event of the occurrence of any of

the following:

1. Normal Wear and Tear. The

Limited Warranty shall not apply

to cover the maintenance, repair

and/or replacement of parts or

the products due to normal wear

and tear by the consumer.

2. Abuse and Misuse. The

Limited Warranty shall not

cover defects or damage that

result in whole or in part

from: (a) improper operation,

storage, misuse or abuse,

accident or neglect by

the consumer (including, without

limitation, physical damage,

cracks and scratches to the

surface of the product;

(b) contact with liquid, water,

rain, extreme humidity or heavy

perspiration, sand, dirt or

the like, extreme heat, or food;

commercial purposes;

(d) subjecting the React™

product to abnormal usage

or conditions; and/or (e) other

acts which are not the sole and

absolute fault of the React™.

3. Unauthorized Service or

Modiﬁcation. The Limited

Warranty shall not cover defects

or damages resulting in whole

or in part from service,

testing, adjustment, installation,

maintenance, alteration, or

modiﬁcation in any way

by someone other Limitless or its

authorized service centers.

4. Altered Products. The Limited

Warranty shall not cover defects

or damages to a React™

product with (a) serial numbers

or date tags that have, at any

time, been removed, altered, or

obliterated; (b) broken seals or

that show evidence or tampering;

numbers; or (d) non-conforming

or non-React™ housings, or

components.

5. Communication Services.

Defects, damage, or the failure

of the React™ product due to

any communication service or

signal you may subscribe to or

use with the React™ product or

software.

Who is Covered?

This warranty extends only to the ﬁrst

consumer purchaser and is not

transferable to any third party nor

applicable to any subsequent owner

other than the ﬁrst consumer

purchaser.

What Will Limitless Do?

If Limitless determines, in its sole and

absolute discretion, that a claim is

subject to the Limited Warranty, it will,

at its sole option, repair or replace the

React™ product or alternatively, it will,

in its discretion, refund the purchase

price of any React™ products or software.

The React™ product replacement will

be with a functionally equivalent re-

conditioned / refurbished / pre-owned

or new React™ product or part.

Resolution of Claims or Disputes

Any claim or dispute between you and

Limitless arising out of or relating in any

way to the Product or this Agreement

shall be resolved through ﬁnal, binding

arbitration. This arbitration obligation

applies regardless of whether the

claim or dispute involves a tort, fraud,

misrepresentation, product liability,

negligence, violation of a statute, or any

other legal theory. Both you and Limitless

speciﬁcally acknowledge and agree that

you waive your right to bring a lawsuit

based on such claims or disputes and to

have such lawsuit resolved by a judge

or jury.

Limitation of Legal Remedies

All arbitrations under this Agreement

shall be conducted only on an individual

(and not a class-wide) basis and an

arbitrator shall have no authority to award

class wide relief. You acknowledge and

agree that this Agreement speciﬁcally

prohibits you from commencing

arbitration proceedings as a representative

of others or joining in any arbitration

proceedings brought by any other person.

Arbitration Procedures

Before commencing any arbitration

proceedings under this Agreement,

you must ﬁrst present the claim/

dispute to Limitless by calling (855)

843-4828, providing requested contact

information and allowing Limitless

the opportunity to resolve it. If your

claim or dispute is not resolved within

sixty (60) days, you may commence

arbitration proceedings in accordance

with the terms of this Agreement. The

arbitration of claim(s)/dispute(s) under

this Agreement shall be pursuant to

the American Arbitration Association’s

(“AAA”) United States Commercial Dispute

Resolution Procedures and Supplementary

Procedures for Consumer-Related

Disputes (see www.adr.org for their rules

and procedures). The arbitration of any

claim/dispute under this Agreement shall

be in the State of Illinois or the location

All administrative expenses of arbitration

proceedings under this Agreement shall be

divided equally between you and Limitless,

except that: (a) if the claim/dispute

more than one hundred twenty-ﬁve dollars

(US $125) in administrative expenses;

(b) if the claim or dispute subject to the

arbitration proceedings is more than ten

thousand dollars (US $10,000), but less

than seventy-ﬁve thousand dollars (US

$75,000), you will be responsible for

no more than three hundred seventy-

ﬁve dollars (US $375) in administrative

expenses; and (c) if the claim/dispute

subject to the arbitration proceedings is

more than seventy-ﬁve thousand dollars

(US $75,000), then you will be responsible

for administrative expenses in accordance

with the Commercial Fee Schedule

provided by the AAA. You acknowledge

and agree that each party shall pay the

fees and costs of its own counsel, experts

and witnesses.

Choice of Law & Severability

This Agreement shall be governed by

the United States Federal Arbitration

Act and the laws of the state of Illinois.

If any provision of this Consumer Rights

and Arbitration Agreement is declared

or found to be unlawful, unenforceable

or void, such provision will be ineective

only to the extent that it is found unlawful,

unenforceable or void and the remainder

shall remain fully enforceable.

below, Limitless Innovations, Inc.

(“Limitless”) warrants the React™

product to be free from defects in

materials and workmanship under

normal consumer usage for a period of

one (1) year from the date of original

purchase, (the “Limited Warranty”).

As utilized herein, the term “React™”

(or the singular, React™ product) shall

include all products set forth above in

the what’s included section of this User

Manual that may be sold by Limitless

now or in the future.

This Limited Warranty is a consumer’s

sole and exclusive remedy regarding

any express warranty claim by a

consumer and is subject to the

exclusions on the following pages:

Exclusions:

The Limited Warranty shall not apply in

the event of the occurrence of any of

the following:

1. Normal Wear and Tear. The

Limited Warranty shall not apply

to cover the maintenance, repair

and/or replacement of parts or

the products due to normal wear

and tear by the consumer.

2. Abuse and Misuse. The

Limited Warranty shall not

cover defects or damage that

result in whole or in part

from: (a) improper operation,

storage, misuse or abuse,

accident or neglect by

the consumer (including, without

limitation, physical damage,

cracks and scratches to the

surface of the product;

(b) contact with liquid, water,

rain, extreme humidity or heavy

perspiration, sand, dirt or

the like, extreme heat, or food;

commercial purposes;

(d) subjecting the React™

product to abnormal usage

or conditions; and/or (e) other

acts which are not the sole and

absolute fault of the React™.

3. Unauthorized Service or

Modiﬁcation. The Limited

Warranty shall not cover defects

or damages resulting in whole

or in part from service,

testing, adjustment, installation,

maintenance, alteration, or

modiﬁcation in any way

by someone other Limitless or its

authorized service centers.

4. Altered Products. The Limited

Warranty shall not cover defects

or damages to a React™

product with (a) serial numbers

or date tags that have, at any

time, been removed, altered, or

obliterated; (b) broken seals or

that show evidence or tampering;

numbers; or (d) non-conforming

or non-React™ housings, or

components.

5. Communication Services.

Defects, damage, or the failure

of the React™ product due to

any communication service or

signal you may subscribe to or

use with the React™ product or

software.

Who is Covered?

This warranty extends only to the ﬁrst

consumer purchaser and is not

transferable to any third party nor

applicable to any subsequent owner

other than the ﬁrst consumer

purchaser.

What Will Limitless Do?

If Limitless determines, in its sole and

absolute discretion, that a claim is

subject to the Limited Warranty, it will,

at its sole option, repair or replace the

React™ product or alternatively, it will,

in its discretion, refund the purchase

price of any React™ products or software.

The React™ product replacement will

be with a functionally equivalent re-

conditioned / refurbished / pre-owned

or new React™ product or part.

NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS

(VIA WEB OR TELEPHONE), CALL (855)

843-4828 TO COORDINATE THE RETURN

THE PRODUCT TO LIMITLESS WITHIN

FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF RECEIPT AT

NO COST TO YOU. IF YOU PURCHASED

THE PRODUCT ELSEWHERE, WITHIN

FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF PURCHASE

YOU MUST CALL (855) 843-4828

AND THEN, ALSO WITHIN THIS SAME

FOURTEEN (14) DAY PERIOD, RETURN

THE PRODUCT TO THE POINT OF

PURCHASE. FOR ANY QUESTIONS

RELATED TO THE ABOVE, PLEASE CALL

Resolution of Claims or Disputes

Any claim or dispute between you and

Limitless arising out of or relating in any

way to the Product or this Agreement

shall be resolved through ﬁnal, binding

arbitration. This arbitration obligation

applies regardless of whether the

claim or dispute involves a tort, fraud,

misrepresentation, product liability,

negligence, violation of a statute, or any

other legal theory. Both you and Limitless

speciﬁcally acknowledge and agree that

you waive your right to bring a lawsuit

based on such claims or disputes and to

have such lawsuit resolved by a judge

or jury.

Limitation of Legal Remedies

All arbitrations under this Agreement

shall be conducted only on an individual

(and not a class-wide) basis and an

arbitrator shall have no authority to award

class wide relief. You acknowledge and

agree that this Agreement speciﬁcally

prohibits you from commencing

arbitration proceedings as a representative

of others or joining in any arbitration

proceedings brought by any other person.

Arbitration Procedures

Before commencing any arbitration

proceedings under this Agreement,

you must ﬁrst present the claim/

dispute to Limitless by calling (855)

843-4828, providing requested contact

information and allowing Limitless

the opportunity to resolve it. If your

claim or dispute is not resolved within

sixty (60) days, you may commence

arbitration proceedings in accordance

with the terms of this Agreement. The

arbitration of claim(s)/dispute(s) under

this Agreement shall be pursuant to

the American Arbitration Association’s

(“AAA”) United States Commercial Dispute

Resolution Procedures and Supplementary

Procedures for Consumer-Related

Disputes (see www.adr.org for their rules

and procedures). The arbitration of any

claim/dispute under this Agreement shall

be in the State of Illinois or the location

Warranty, Terms,

& Conditions

in which you received this Agreement.

All administrative expenses of arbitration

proceedings under this Agreement shall be

divided equally between you and Limitless,

except that: (a) if the claim/dispute

subject to the arbitration proceedings

is less than ten thousand dollars (US

$10,000), you will be responsible for no

more than one hundred twenty-ﬁve dollars

(US $125) in administrative expenses;

(b) if the claim or dispute subject to the

arbitration proceedings is more than ten

thousand dollars (US $10,000), but less

than seventy-ﬁve thousand dollars (US

$75,000), you will be responsible for

no more than three hundred seventy-

ﬁve dollars (US $375) in administrative

expenses; and (c) if the claim/dispute

subject to the arbitration proceedings is

more than seventy-ﬁve thousand dollars

(US $75,000), then you will be responsible

for administrative expenses in accordance

with the Commercial Fee Schedule

provided by the AAA. You acknowledge

and agree that each party shall pay the

fees and costs of its own counsel, experts

and witnesses.

Choice of Law & Severability

This Agreement shall be governed by

the United States Federal Arbitration

Act and the laws of the state of Illinois.

If any provision of this Consumer Rights

and Arbitration Agreement is declared

or found to be unlawful, unenforceable

or void, such provision will be ineective

only to the extent that it is found unlawful,

unenforceable or void and the remainder

shall remain fully enforceable.

Using the Seat Belt Cutter

• This feature is intended for

emergency use only.

• The Seat Belt Cutter uses a sharp

razor blade that is concealed

within the React™.

• If you are NOT in a life-threatening

situation, please call for help

before using the Seat Belt Cutting

feature.

• After a SINGLE USE in an

emergency situation, we

recommend that you replace the

product to ensure optimal

performance in another emergency.

1. Hold the React™ ﬁrmly with the

Seat Belt Cutter facing inwards

and the sharp edge pointing

downwards.

2. While keeping the seat belt taut,

slide the React™ in a downward

motion to slice through the seat

belt until completely free.

Using the Window Glass Breaker

• This feature is intended for

emergency use only.

• If you are NOT in a life-threatening

situation, please call for help

before using the Window Glass

Breaker.

• The Window Glass Breaker

is designed to break tempered

glass, only. Do NOT attempt to

break a windshield, laminated

glass, or paned glass.

• After a SINGLE USE in an

emergency situation, we

recommend that you replace the

product to ensure optimal

performance in another emergency.

you hereby agree that Limitless Inno-

vations, Inc., an Illinois corporation and

its aliates (“Limitless”) shall have no

liability for any losses associated with

property damage, personal injury or

loss of life that are incurred by you or

by any third party in connection with

or relating in any manner whatsoever

to your use of the React™. By using

the React™, you hereby agree at all

times to comply fully with all safety

warnings, operating instructions and

general safety information in this User

Manual. By using the React™, you

further agree to hold harmless Limit-

less, (and Limitless’ ocers, directors,

shareholders and employees) in

connection with any losses sustained

by you (including, without limitation,

losses arising in whole or in part from

property damage, personal injury or

loss of life) relating in any manner

whatsoever to your use of the React™.

should be kept away from children.

• Do NOT use the Window Glass

Breaker or Seat Belt Cutter unless

• The Window Glass Breaker is

designed to break tempered glass

only, NOT a windshield, laminated

glass, or paned glass.

• Do NOT use the Seat Belt Cutter

on any surface other than a seat

belt. Only use the Seat Belt Cutter

in an emergency.

• Do NOT attempt to modify,

disassemble, or repair the React™

or any of its features including,

but not limited to, the Window

Glass Breaker and Seat Belt Cutter.

Doing so will void the warranty.

• Do NOT expose the React™ to ﬁre

or extreme temperatures. Exposure

to ﬁre or temperatures above

212°F may cause an explosion.

• Do NOT leave the React™ on the

dashboard, car seat, or in direct

sunlight for extended periods of

time. This will expose the React™

to extreme temperatures and may

cause damage to the internal battery.

• Do NOT expose the React™ to

extreme heat, moisture, water, rain,

or snow.

• Do NOT use the React™ if it has

been damaged and/or modiﬁed.

• Do NOT stick foreign objects in

any port or opening of the React™.

Doing so may cause electric shock.

• Do NOT force a connector into a

port of the React™. Always check

for obstructions in the port.

• Do NOT clean the React™ with

harsh chemicals and keep it away

from liquids.

• Do NOT paint or apply coatings

to the React™, as you might aect

moving parts or damage internal

components.

• Do NOT use third party power

supplies or non-approved adapters

with the React™.

• Do NOT leave the Car Charger

plugged in when not in use. Doing

so may drain the vehicle battery.

• Batteries should be recycled or

disposed of, as per state and local

guidelines.

• If this device is accessible to or

may be used by a minor,

purchasing adult agrees to be

solely responsible for providing

supervision, instruction, and

warnings. Purchaser agrees to

defend, indemnify, and hold

Limitless harmless for any claims

or damages arising from unintended

use or misuse by a minor.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Using the Car Charger

1. Insert Car Charger into the

12-24V vehicle power socket.

*Refer to vehicle’s owner manual

for location.

2. The Battery Capacity Indicator

Lights will illuminate if properly

connected and ready to use.

3. Plug a USB chargeable device

into the USB Charging Port

(Output) via USB Cable.

Using the Power Bank

1. Turn on the Power Bank via the

Power Button located on the

side of the React™.

2. Plug a USB chargeable device

into the USB Charging Port

(Output) via USB Cable.

Checking the Battery Capacity

1. Press the Power Button once to

view the Battery Capacity

Indicator Lights.

2. See chart below to determine the

approximate Battery Capacity:

Re-charge the Power Bank when;

a. There is only one Battery

Capacity Indicator Light

illuminated.

b. There are no Battery Capacity

Indicator Lights illuminated

after pressing the Power Button.

Re-Charging the Power Bank

a. Insert the Car Charger into a

12-24 vehicle power socket.

All four Battery Capacity

Indicator Lights will illuminate

when fully charged.

b. Use the included Micro USB

Charging Cable to connect the

React™ to a USB charging port

(not included).

Using the Flashlight

1. Press and hold the Power Button

located on the side of the React™

for approximately 3 seconds to

turn on the Flashlight.

2. Single click the Power Button

to scan through the Flashlight

modes; Low (default), High,

and Red Flashing.

3. Press and hold the Power Button

for approximately 3 seconds

to turn o the Flashlight.

Using the S.O.S. Audible Alarm

1. Slide the S.O.S. Power Switch

located on the side of the

React™ to activate the Alarm.

2. Slide the S.O.S. Power Switch

back to the original position to

deactivate the Alarm.
