A. Inspect the tools before and after every use for any shipping like scratches, holes, gouges,
or punctures. If you find any defect, DO NOT USE the massage set and contact Customer
Service for a replacement.
B. We recommend using steady and smooth motions to maximize your massage, and avoid
putting too much strain on your muscles
C. Breath comfortably during massages, and avoid holding your breath
D. Use the massage balls and rollers in areas free of items that can get in the way of your
massage and rolling
E. If you suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure or any other disease or condition,
consult your doctor before beginning any massages. Instructions presented herein is in
no way intended as a substitute of medical counseling.
F. Stop and rest if you feel dizzy or short of breath.
G. Avoid using the massage balls and rollers on open sores, wounds, cracked or blistered
skin.
H. Muscles and personal preference differ from people to people. Apply only the amount of
pressure that feels comfortable for you.
I. Use caution when rolling over and around joints and bones. The balls and rollers are
intended as therapy for deep muscle tissue and trigger points, not connective bone tussue
or joints.

A. Clean the massage balls and roller with damp cloth, or mild soap and water and air dry.
Do not use harsh chemicals.
B. Avoid exposing the lacrosse balls to rough or abrasive surfaces
C. Keep the massage balls and roller away from extreme heat and direct sunlight.
D. The “life span” of the massage balls and rollers depend on the amount of usage and
proper care
E. If tools appear damaged or broken, do not attempt to repair the equipment.
