1Introduction
Please read this entire manual before using the Limm Manual Massage Set, as failure to follow
these instructions can lead to significant injury and/or property damage. Limm recommends
consulting with your physician before following any self-massage methods. In case of any
discomfort felt while using Limm Manual Massage Set, discontinue use and consult your
physician.
Exercise caution and carefully follow all massage instructions when using our massage balls and
rollers to enjoy and maximize its benefits. All massages included in these product documentations
can be modified as needed for your needs.

Each set of your Limm Manual Massage Sets come in a nylon bag with an A4 instruction manual
and a hanging label.
Limm Manual Massage Set comes in different variations:
1. Limm Original Massage Balls Set: 2 Orange Lacrosse balls + 1 Blue Spiky Ball
2. Type A: 3 Lacrosse Balls (Yellow - Soft, Blue - Medium, Orange - Hard)
3. Type B: 1 Hard Lacrosse Ball + 1 Dual Massage Roller

2.1 Product Key Features
A. The Limm Manual Massage Set are comprised of massage balls and rollers in various
shapes to target knots from different angles. All lacrosse balls are made of 100% high
density rubber, and all rollers are made of 100% EVA. Spiky balls are made of PVC.
B. Each set helps to target different problem areas.
C. Easy to use and travel friendly
D. High quality, latex-free, non-toxic and durable designed for repeated use
E. No need for inflation or pumps, products are ready-to-use from the package

2.2 Use and Safety Instructions
A. Inspect the tools before and after every use for any shipping like scratches, holes, gouges,
or punctures. If you find any defect, DO NOT USE the massage set and contact Customer
Service for a replacement.
B. We recommend using steady and smooth motions to maximize your massage, and avoid
putting too much strain on your muscles
C. Breath comfortably during massages, and avoid holding your breath
D. Use the massage balls and rollers in areas free of items that can get in the way of your
massage and rolling
E. If you suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure or any other disease or condition,
consult your doctor before beginning any massages. Instructions presented herein is in
no way intended as a substitute of medical counseling.
F. Stop and rest if you feel dizzy or short of breath.
G. Avoid using the massage balls and rollers on open sores, wounds, cracked or blistered
skin.
H. Muscles and personal preference differ from people to people. Apply only the amount of
pressure that feels comfortable for you.
I. Use caution when rolling over and around joints and bones. The balls and rollers are
intended as therapy for deep muscle tissue and trigger points, not connective bone tussue
or joints.
J. The Limm Manual Massage Set is suitable for ages 13 and over. Keep out of reach of
younger children or observe supervision.

A. Clean the massage balls and roller with damp cloth, or mild soap and water and air dry.
Do not use harsh chemicals.
B. Avoid exposing the lacrosse balls to rough or abrasive surfaces
C. Keep the massage balls and roller away from extreme heat and direct sunlight.
D. The “life span” of the massage balls and rollers depend on the amount of usage and
proper care
E. If tools appear damaged or broken, do not attempt to repair the equipment.

Do not use this product in ways not intended by its manufacturers. Failure to do so may result in
severe injury. Consult your physician before engaging in any regular exercise or massage. Do not
use Limm products for anything other than their intended purpose. Limm Group is not responsible
for any problems that may arise from misuse of this product.
4LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
This product is covered by Limm’s 100% Customer Satisfaction Warranty. This covers
manufacturing defects in the materials and workmanship quality; however, this lifetime warranty
does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, misuse and failing to follow use, care and
safety instructions, loss or theft. This Lifetime Warranty applies to all types of defects or failure
during standard use.
