Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the LINDY HDMI & DVI with audio to Mini DisplayPort converter. This

device allows you to convert a single link HDMI or DVI signal to a Mini DisplayPort interface. It

also has a 3.5mm jack input port which along with the DVI signal takes analogue audio and

combines it to output both audio and video through the Mini DP port. Included is a Mini DP to

DP adapter to convert HDMI or DVI to DisplayPort.

Connections

Make sure all devices are switched off before making any connections!

Connect your HDMI or DVI source device to the HDMI or DVI input port. The DVI signal is video

only, to get audio through the Mini DP port you will need to connect a 3.5 jack to jack cable from

your source to the 3.5mm input port. Then connect the screen with the Mini DP port to the

convertor using a Mini DP male to Mini DP Male cable. You can also connect a screen with a

DP port to the convertor using the Mini DP to DP adapter cable included.

To select the required input, press the “select” button on the front of the unit.

Einleitung

Vielen Dank für den Kauf des LINDY HDMI / DVI & Audio auf Mini DisplayPort Konverter. Er

erlaubt Ihnen ein HDMI- oder DVI Single Link-Signal zu konvertieren und auf einer Mini

DisplayPort-Schnittstelle auszugeben. Über den 3,5mm Stereoeingang werden analoge

Audiosignale zusammen mit dem DVI Signal konvertiert und am Mini DP Anschluss

ausgegeben. Ein Mini DP an Standard-DisplayPort Adapter liegt bei für die Ausgabe an Geräte

mit Standard-DP-Eingang.

Installation & Betrieb

Schalten Sie zur Installation alle Geräte aus. Verbinden Sie dann die HDMI- bzw. DVI -

Signalquelle mit dem HDMI- bzw. DVI-Eingangsport des Konverters. Das DVI-Signal ist ein

reines Videosignal, Audiosignale müssen daher über ein 3,5mm Stereokabel an den Konverter

übertragen werden.

Über ein Mini DP-Kabel schließen Sie dann den Monitor am Mini DP-Port des Konverters an.

Einen Monitor mit DP-Port können Sie mit beiliegendem Mini DP an DP Adapter anschließen.

Die gewünschte Eingangsquelle wählen Sie mit der Taste “Select” vorne am Konverter aus.

Connexions

Vérifiez que tous les appareils soient éteints avant de faire les connexions!

Connectez votre HDMI ou DVI au port d’entrée HDMI ou DVI. Ce signal DVI est uniquement de

la vidéo, pour obtenir le son sur la sortie Mini DP: vous devez connecter un câble Jack 3.5mm

depuis votre source vers le port d’entrée 3.5mm du convertisseur. Puis connectez l’écran vers

le port Mini DP du convertisseur en utilisant un câble Mini DP mâle vers Mini DP mâle. Vous

pouvez aussi connecter un écran avec un port DP au convertisseur, en utilisant le câble

adaptateur Mini DP vers DP, câble fourni.

Pour sélectionner le signal d’entrée, presses le bouton “select” sur la façade du convertisseur.

Grazie per aver scelto il Converter LINDY HDMI & DVI con audio a Mini DisplayPort. Questo

dispositivo consente di convertire un segnale HDMI o DVI single link in un’interfaccia Mini

DisplayPort. L’ingresso jack da 3.5mm consente di portare il segnale audio nel caso la sorgente

sia DVI e li converte sull’unica uscita sia audio che video Mini DP. L’adattatore Mini DP a DP è

incluso per convertire da HDMI o DVI a DisplayPort.

Assicurarsi che tutti i dispositivi siano spenti prima di effettuare qualsiasi collegamento!

Collegare la sorgente HDMI o DVI alla porta HDMI o DVI. I segnali DVI sono solo video quindi,
