1st Product Introduction
LM-VC41 is a simple LED full-color video processor designed with advanced image
processing chips.
Compared with the conventional LED full-color video processor in the market, LM-VC41
is easy to operate, and the image of LED Screen can be set by one remote control, which can
achieve the image display effect of LED full-color full screen;
LM-VC41 supports the highest resolution up to 1920x1080@60Hz, which meets most of
the showrooms’ product display;
It supports 1 VGA 1 HDMI, 1 USB (USB cannot make full screen to LED), 1 composite
video total 4 signal inputs, with 3.5mm independent audio output.
2nd Main Functions
Support Remote to make quick setting for the device, simple, convenient and easy to use;
1 composite video, 1 VGA, 1 HDMI, 1 USB total 4 signal inputs;
1 HDMI output connect with LED sending card;
Support Panel Button, IR Remote, RS-232 serial port control;
Small Chassis, greatly reduce placing space for many showrooms.
3rd Detailed Introduction
1. Remote Setting
LED Width, LED Height, X Start position, Y Start position can be set by remote, simple and
convenient. At the same time, input signal source switching, output resolution and so on can also
be quickly switched by remote control. The operate menu is shown below:

2. Multiple Input Ports
LM-VC41 supports 1 Composite Video, 1 VGA, 1 HDMI, 1 USB signal input (USB cannot
make full screen to LED), all input signals are embedded or binding with external audio.
1 HDMI and 1 3.5mm aperture audio port output, with remote or control
software can switch any one of the 4 input signal to 1 output display unit, and audio
and video synchronous switching.
3. Customized Audio
LM-VC41 comes with standard Audio Function. All input signals are embedded or binding
with external audio, and audio can be played synchronously through the device's 3.5mm
earphone hole.
4. U-disk(USB) Play Function(USB cannot make full screen to LED),
Product supports USB port. User can insert a U-disk to our device to play the videos, photos,
TXT files, MP3 inside. Advertising, product exhibitions etc. in many places only need to display
some videos or photos, in this way only a U-disk is enough, no need to configure computer or
player separately, easier to use.

2. Equipment Installation
2.1. First ensure that the graphics card directly controls the sending card without
using the LED video processor, and the large screen can display the image normally;
2.2. Then connect the VGA or HDMI interface of the signal source to the input port
of the video processor, and connect the HDMI output port of the processor to the
sending card;
2.3. Ensure that the wiring is correct and power on to turn on the video processor.
Note: In order to facilitate the flexible use of the customer, the processor provides
the loadability of the sending card, that is, the sending card can be installed in
the processor, and the processor supplies power to the sending card, thereby
getting rid of the necessity of being powered by the desktop. The installation
method is as follows:

(1) Loosen the knob on the rear panel and pull it out to remove the temporary baffle;
(2) A four-wire small plug-in head is reserved in the processor, As shown below,
which corresponds to the corresponding slot on the sending card.
Dock it and fix the send card to the video processor.
(3) Re-install the pull box and connect the HDMI output port of the processor to the
sending card.
7th Equipment Commissioning
1. Press the menu of the remote control and enter the main menu of the device, as
shown below:
2. The output settings
2.1. Set screen size
2.1.1 Open the menu, use the up and down keys to select the change option, and
use the left and right buttons to change the option value.
X Start position 0 is the horizontal starting point; Y Start position 0 is the
vertical starting point;
X Width 384 is the horizontal width; Y Height 327 is the vertical height.
2.2. Set the LED screen resolution: Move to the Out Mode 1024X768@60 with
the up and down keys, and select the output resolution with the left and right
buttons.
